The worst service ever. Called early in the afternoon to request table for 8 at 5:30pm. Was told by person answering ''perfect''. Arrive at 5:25 and told it will be 20 mins. Twenty-five mins later hostess comes out and asks us if it is ok to split the party into 2 groups? We wanted to sit together that is why we called early in the afternoon. Hostess disappears and does not come back. Go inside to speak to her and am told "oh, we dont take reservations. We just put you on the list and see what we can do.". The 99 in Wareham is probably my favorite chain restaurant in the area. I always sit at the bar and receive great friendly service from the bartenders. I would say everything is about par to above par on the menu for food and drinks. One thing that helps the 99 move about the rest is their Thursday .40 cent wing special. read more

We stopped in around 6pm on a weeknight. Several people were waiting and I asked how long the wait time was. We were told only 10-15 minutes so we decided to wait. When it hit on 30 minutes I went to inquire and was then told a booth was ready and they apologized about the wait. Waitress was friendly and attentive in the beginning however, halfway through our meal we all needed drinks and she was nowhere to be found. She didn't appear then till the end of our meal, asked if we wanted refills which at that time was too late as we were done. Food was decent and generous servings as we ended up taking some home. With very loud music playing and so many people talking it made conversation a bit tough at times. read more

Took our family to dinner here last night and was really disappointed. They were very busy - so we were expecting to wait a bit. Not a big deal and not a problem. The disappointment was the food. The chicken fingers the kids ordered tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Not good at all. We were not given any utensils and needed to ask more than once for them. The salads we ordered were ok. Nothing amazing, but acceptable. The potato skins (appetizer) were also pretty greasy. Our waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed. My son's stomach was a bit upset and we asked for ginger ale. We got a cup of carbonated water that had no mix in it. It took 30mins for her to come back and tell us it's out and offer something different. By then we had ordered a replacement from the bar. Saturday night, where do we eat? On Cape Cod in May the options are limited, so we decided to try 99. We didn't do call ahead seating, our mistake and we were told our wait would be 35 minutes. 40 minutes later I asked the hostess how much longer would our wait be. She told us she had one table ahead of us. 10 minutes later our buzzer went off, for a total wait of 50 minutes. My husband politely asked the hostess why we were told 35 minutes if the wait was going to be 50 minutes. Rudely, she walked away without bothering to answer. The meal was saved from total disaster, by our waiter, Andy. He was funny and polite and my daughter thought he was "hot". The only complaints I have are he never asked or brought us a bowl of popcorn, and I never got a soda refill. Food was okay, not great but good for 99, so if your okay with a long wait on a hungry Saturday night, this is your place. read more

99 is one of my favorite restaurants to go to. Their pomegranate iced tea is absolutely amazing and my meal is always delicious. I usually stick to my old favorite Chicken, Broccoli, and Ziti, but I also like the fish and chips. The last time my family and I went to this location, our waiter was Starr. He was attentive, friendly, and an all around nice guy. The next time you're in Mashpee, ask for Starr and you will get the best service imaginable. The wait for a table can take a little while, but if you call ahead to put your name in (this goes for any location), you will be seated as soon as possible. read more

Great place to go with kids the day after a Red Sox win (kids eat free)! I had the fried shrimp meal and it was tasty. Only $9.99 for a big plate of large crunchy shrimp, fries and crisp cole slaw. My husband had the baked scallops and the kids liked their steak meals. Not many restaurants offer steak on the kids' menu. Ice cream sandwiches come with the kid meals. I would like to see more local craft beer options on draft. How about a hazy IPA? read more

Orders messed up, over cooked food, tiny tiny frozen chicken tender portion (stop and shop 100% better plus they are fresh and cheaper) Frozen mozzarella sticks. Garlic potates still had chunks, yes chunks, of undercooked potAtoe. They told use 40 minutes, but food was cold, so obviously it was made much earlier.
