This tea house is in between Bradenton and Cortez. We were here for their Vietnamese food. Unfortunately they don't serve that even though it is still in their menu. So we decided to have their tea items. They have a lot of selection for the boba tea. So i got their Taro glass jelly milk tea. This drink almost 8 dollars and they use powder for the drink flavor. Glass jelly is good. Tea is very light. For the area, they are the best tea. But for the Bay Area they are below average. read more

Nice place for boba and Vietnamese food in Bradenton. We were in town for a competition, and my daughter requested boba afterwards. We discovered 941 Tea House on Yelp. We arrived to an empty restaurant, but soon after we ordered, they started having a steady stream of customers. We ordered several tea drinks, a combination banh mi, and a "corn dog" (I'm assuming it was a mochidog). We were offered a free egg roll as they were promoting their food items, but the egg roll had been sitting in its container for a while, so we declined. Service is medium speed. The drinks were available first. I had the crazy drink that had flan, basil seeds, aloe vera and other toppings all in it, plus a fruit tea of indistinguishable origin. I asked for 30% sweet as I knew the toppings would be sweet on their own. I should have asked for unsweetened as it was still a little too sweet. My daughter liked her mango tea with mango popping boba (half sweet). My banh mi was okay. Not the best, but not bad. The balance was a bit off. But it certainly was edible and decent. The "corn dog" was half cheese (I don't know if they fried up the wrong item in the kitchen or if they just don't have an accurate menu). I thought the breading was too sweet, and my daughter agreed. She only ate the hot dog part and peeled off the rest. All in all, this isn't a bad place to go if you're in Bradenton and want boba and Vietnamese food. As I live in Tampa, I won't be making the drive down as there are better places closer to me. read more

We were in town on business. We were recommended to this place by the clerk at the hotel. We ordered banh mi, mochi donuts and boba tea. Let me say my first clue where it was heading should have been the empty restaurant. The ambiance was like that of a funeral home. The only reason I am giving this three stars instead of two was the service was fast. But then were the only people in there. I ordered the Black boba. The tea tasted rancid. The Boba did not have the texture of every other boba I have had. My partner ordered the taro glass jelly milk tea and was also disappointed. For the price (essentially $8 each) you would think they wouldn't use powder. read more

Was really excited to try this place out. Went on a Saturday night and they were not staffed to handle the rush. Out of mochi donuts, big letdown which turned our drink & dessert outing into just drinks. When we walked in only 2 people were in front of us in line and there was no indication 20 drinks were in queue (guessing a combination of delivery services & just a general backlog). People are expecting to get boba tea relatively quickly (not wait 25 minutes for 2 drinks), if there was going to be that excessive of a delay they should have advised the customer of the wait or paused on taking more orders until the queue was managable. Had the line been out the door or we been advised it would take 30 minutes, we surely would have left - customers should be given the opportunity to make their own decisions if the wait is appropriate before paying for an order. The waiting process was chaotic they ran out of black boba and continued to take tons of orders with black boba and yelled out to sub each one (getting the wrong customer input on duplicate drinks). Then they were making drinks completely out of order and not with the other drinks in the party, resulting in several people grabbing the wrong drinks or people who just walked in getting a drink over people who had been waiting. I did notice what appeared to be delivery service drivers have drinks made right on the spot when they came to the counter. All of this is a shame because the boba tea was very good! Definitely take advantage of that slight or half sweet option, though. I'd recommend calling first to see if they have mochi & what their wait is. read more

I've been twice now. Once for take out and once dine in. Both times, everything was just delicious! This dine experience was lovely. The woman working the front was so sweet and helpful! I will definitely be back for more Boba and to try more yummy food. 10 out of 10 for me! Also, the boba selection is wonderful! So many choices! read more

Stopped in to try some of the teas. There is a wide variety of flavors to choose from for boba and teas. I had the Thai tea and my husband and daughter had the strawberry. They were all delicious! I would definitely come back and try other flavors. read more

Great donuts best ones I've tried so far in town really crispy on the outside and soft and chewy inside . Only complaint was the matcha donut was slightly smaller than the coconut and the tea I ordered the cup wasn't filled all the way (inch and a half away from top) but it's probably Cuase I said no ice ‍ other than that tasty . Delicious!!! We passed by and saw the "Grand Opening" sign and stopped on a whim. SO GLAD WE DID!! What a fantastic find! After going over the menu and explaining this was our first time trying boba, the staff members offered no guidance or suggestions. The service and food was little to be desired. Please keep in mind that we were the only customers in the establishment. Waited 15 minutes for 2 boba teas( which we had to pay extra for the boba, was not aware that is the standard) 4 mochidonuts(premade) 4 macaroons(premade, still a little frozen when my daughter took a bite).
