The coffee is great! As far as food, I've only had both of their avocado toasts (one with avocado and one without). They're both JUST ok, not the worst I've had but worth the price. I'm usually used to only getting one piece of toast but was glad to see they give 2 per order. The environment is fun, colorful and upbeat. Stopped at Raining Berries while driving north. It's an easy place to access from the highway and good for a quick morning bite to eat. They had lots of drink options to pick from including seasonal options. I went with an iced seasonal flavor that I found to be on the sweet side and I typically like my coffee sweet. I also ordered the avocado toast. It was good and not too heavy but it was definitely messy and was missing some acidity. My friend ordered an acai bowl, the base was kind of bland but the fruit was nice and fresh. read more

My boyfriend and I are obsessed with this spot! Whenever we finish the gym no matter how far away, we drive to this location just to indulge in the tasty shakes mixed with protein. My go to is the one with honey oats strawberry banana and vanilla protein. The interior is spacious with plenty of seating and trendy vibes. If we have time we enjoy it on the spot or sometimes we take it to go! The only thing I wish they had were multiple sizes because let me tell you, my go to is delicious and I want it to last longer! read more

So many choices! I thought the "berries" in their name was for the fruit smoothies and bowls, but learned that berries is another term for coffee beans. And even though it's a coffee shop, there's great food there, too, with delicious gluten-free options. Mine was yummy with beautiful presentation (pesto sandwich on a GF everything bagel). My husband enjoyed the cappuccino. It's got great ambience and great service, so glad we were able to find it while visiting the area! read more

I had the pleasure to meet Caleb and he had such a sense of pride for this new açaí, smoothie, coffee establishment. They have a great menu with Açaí bowls, smoothies, coffee and tea choices, breakfast and lunch items. Here are some interesting facts he shared that make them unique: 1. No added sugars unless requested. 2. No ice, water or substrates what is on the menu board is what is in the smoothie. 3. Açaí and other fruit bowls are 6 ounces of pure concentrate with NO additives. This is different than most other places. 4. The coffees are single blend and more specific and specialized with high quality all natural body focused products. Great notes to the coffee and no drip coffee so coffees are always fresh and consistent. Caleb is so full of information and pride that I recommend you come see him personally!! We had a stoke of luck by being the last customers on soft opening day where everything was 50% off.. After a long day of work and putting so much effort for live day, they welcomed us with with biggest smile :) The store is so beautiful with many cute props for great photos. I had the Feeling' Nutty Bowl and my husband had the Berry Bomb Smoothie. They were delish. So glad they made Sarasota they're home in such a great location. This is a great addition right next to the gym. The owner is present, funny, and recognized repeat customers while I was there. The kitchen accidentally made an extra grilled cheese and they offered it to me--it was really good but maybe it was the serendipity of the whole atmosphere there. I also had a honey lavender latte and protein machine smoothie. I enjoyed both. My two cents would be to put a brown sugar and cinnamon rim on the latte. That might just be me. Lots of good choices in the menu in each category--bowls, smoothies, coffee, and food. Varied and comfortable seating. Staff were sweet and welcoming with all guests, who ranged from families, older couples, young and trendy, to a reasonably good looking bald guy eating a free grilled cheese. It's slightly pricey. I got a "raining berries" açaí bowl. I was intrigued that this usual topping combo (blueberries, bananas, granola, etc) had Nutella and peanut butter instead of honey. It was a total winner! All the fruit was perfectly fresh. I prefer açaí places that have the single serving açaí already frozen in the container and they add toppings versus the kind that "scoop" the açaí as the blend stays frozen longer and doesn't turn to soup right away. Very friendly service too, she hand delivered my order to me as I was waiting on it to go. I love the atmosphere and outdoor seating too. read more

Wow! Been wanting to try this place for such a long time and glad i finally made the trip!! It's kind of in a hidden/ not heavily trafficked area of UTC. It's in the same parking lot as LA Fitness. Store was clean, bright and photogenic. The menu was pretty big and their main menu item is bowls. Staff was extremely friendly and patient. The girl even let me try some of the flavors because I've never heard of spirulina before. I got the coconut with "it's raining berries" and was so good! This place confuses me a bit; I don't quite get the vibe. The protein machine smoothie is a winner although I wish the texture was a bit thicker and less watery. The vegan breakfast sandwich was atrocious; not sure what the "meat" was supposed to be, but from texture to smell to taste, this is not something that should be served to anyone.
