Dave was great from the start--very quick to respond and good with communication. When he wasn't able to make it out, he sent Charlie in his place and made sure everything was still taken care of. Charlie was thorough and took the time to go over everything in detail. He even checked things another inspector couldn't really explain when I asked. What I appreciated most was that he broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I ended up signing up for service. I feel a lot more confident about my pool moving forward knowing I'm in Great hands with Dave and his team. Jeff answered and, much to my surprise, he spent some time to give me free phone support to see if he could fix my issue without a service call! It is uncommon these days to find someone who will try to help you like this. His advice did help, and I was able to get my pool sweep working. I still had H2O Pool Care out to do some diagnostic work on my system. The technician who came out listed the issues and gave me quotes for additional work. I have to say, I was very impressed by how personable and knowledgeable Jeff and his staff were. I've used a few different pool companies over the years, but this is the best customer service I received yet.

Jason is a solid guy and amazing. If you're looking for someone who not only does the job, but does…read morethe job right--this is your guy. Great communication, showed up as scheduled, addressed a few additional things that were needed. For example, our motor failed. Well, my attention was on the motor. He also suggested that the electrical flex conduit and connections to it needed to be replaced since it was severely cracking-which totally made sense. His knowledge and experience are apparent. I also appreciate that he installs reputable equipment that doesn't result in callbacks. He also replaced the rubber seal rings as his standard protocol. Cheapest part but a lot of other companies don't do this. When it comes time for us to replace all of our equipment, this is the company I would go to for advice, new equipment, and installation. You know it will be done right. Thanks Jason!

Khang was fantastic! I had already installed my replacement pool motor myself, but I accidentally…read moredamaged the shaft seal during installation and also had a loose wiring connection. Khang quickly diagnosed both problems, repaired the shaft seal, corrected the wiring, and got my pump running perfectly. He didn't just fix the problem--he took the time to explain what went wrong, answered all of my questions, and gave me practical advice on maintaining my older pool. He pointed out that my 72-year-old fiberglass pool only has one return jet, explained why that affects circulation, and even showed me why he believes there's a partial clog in the plumbing. He also recommended products that would actually help instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need. He even told me to return the metal stain remover because he didn't think my stains were caused by metals, which I really appreciated. Khang was honest, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. As a first-time pool owner, I learned more from him in one visit than I had in months of trying to figure everything out on my own. I highly recommend Khang to anyone needing pool repairs or maintenance. I'll definitely be calling him again.
