I called on the weekend, no less, left a message and a a repairman was out in two days! My spa is built into my deck and the access door is undersized. Kevin had to crawl into the little passage and then had to cut a new access door to get to the heater! I was so surprised that he did this all so well, in what I thought little time. If you want a place that you can be assured of excellent service, that will always be there for you, Capital Spas is the place to go! BTW, they also have other great things for your backyard as well.

I agree Alex was very kind and spent his time attempting to fix the issue. For that reason you can…read morekeep the diagnostic fee to cover his time and effort. However your excuse of being unable to fix the issue is insufficient. On the initial service it was clearly stated which parts were replaced and the reasoning was communicated to the serviceman. If anything it should've helped the diagnosis as the heater had multiple problems that I replaced. Jandy did not troubleshoot with the technician during the visit. The service call went past 5 and the technician said they were closed. He said he would email them and get back to me which he didn't until I reached out to him. Transformer was melted and shorted the board which was replaced. Igniter and sensor was broken and was replaced. I don't think replacing these obvious issues should throw off your diagnostics. If anything if these things weren't replaced it would've caused a longer diagnostic process, multiple service calls and delay waiting for parts. It got to a point where I ran out of ideas and that's why I relied on your 15 years of expertise and was disappointed with the outcome, especially since the issue was something fixable

However, every time something needs to be repaired with this house, there is another issue that arises. I chose Armadillo Pools because of the customer service, thorough explanation of the process and time needed to replace, and full description of the new filter (no other quote gave this info). Previously managing my own chemicals and cleaning, the cost of a pool cleaning and chemical service was a major concern to add into my budget. Having two kids somehow took up my time to maintain the pool, and Pool Heroes has been there to make sure the pool is ready to swim at a price that I could afford - with an option for me to keep doing the semi-annual service that I am happy to do my own (filters).
