I agree Alex was very kind and spent his time attempting to fix the issue. For that reason you can…read morekeep the diagnostic fee to cover his time and effort. However your excuse of being unable to fix the issue is insufficient. On the initial service it was clearly stated which parts were replaced and the reasoning was communicated to the serviceman. If anything it should've helped the diagnosis as the heater had multiple problems that I replaced. Jandy did not troubleshoot with the technician during the visit. The service call went past 5 and the technician said they were closed. He said he would email them and get back to me which he didn't until I reached out to him. Transformer was melted and shorted the board which was replaced. Igniter and sensor was broken and was replaced. I don't think replacing these obvious issues should throw off your diagnostics. If anything if these things weren't replaced it would've caused a longer diagnostic process, multiple service calls and delay waiting for parts. It got to a point where I ran out of ideas and that's why I relied on your 15 years of expertise and was disappointed with the outcome, especially since the issue was something fixable

There were a few hiccups communication wise however, all in all the issues were resolved. We are SO happy with the end result and truly feel like we're a part of the Premier Family now. We have confidence in knowing should any issues arise in the future we can reach out and they'll have someone out to assist us. We want to give a huge shoutout to our designer Nick F. who went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. This was a scary decision for us investment wise and with the reassurance from Nick we knew we'd be making the right decision long term. Another huge shoutout to the construction supervisor, Bryan L. who responded to any of our questions promptly, checked on progress daily and if there were any issues he made sure they were resolved timely. A shoutout to all of the construction crews throughout the entire process, building a pool is no easy task and they got it done even through the 100 degree days. A shoutout to Jason for getting the equipment and electrical programmed and showing us how to work everything. A shoutout to Alexis, the content creator who captured progress for us along the way. And a shoutout to the owner, Taylor who truly got to know us and what our family was looking for and made sure it all came together nicely. We attended the April event and took our whole family, they had food and drinks and activities for the kids while we spent time picking out material. The material selection room has endless options and it was great bring able to bring those options outside to see how they would look in the sun. We also made a few visits to the showroom and took our moms to show them the materials we selected as well as the design Nick made for us. Thank you again for everything, Premier!

We also feel the project delivered great value for what we paid. Even our designer, Mel Hatch, mentioned that the quality of the concrete work and the size of the boulders we received were impressive -- details that other contractors often skimp on. I was a client of Bishop Pool Service for about five years. I inherited them from the previous…read moreowner, so they're well aware of my pool being a saltwater pool. That said, it was always a challenge to get them to use salt instead of chlorine when they would adjust chemicals and clean my pool. No matter how many times I asked, they would forget and continue to use chlorine, which unfortunately was too harsh on my toddler's skin. I made multiple calls about this and reminded the technicians multiple times about this, but I would still get a new technician every six to nine months, and I had to start all over again. The two straws that broke the camel's back were: 1. A 30% increase in monthly pricing 2. A new technician explaining that the reason they can't add salt is because it slows down his route I switched over to Ralphie's Pool Service and am already much, much happier. Ralphie's pricing is significantly less expensive, they bring their own pool salt, and they don't even charge you for the salt. Bishop also charges $300 to clean pool filters compared to $100 with Ralphies. Joel (my technician for the past year at Bishop) was awesome btw.
