I have used 7 movers twice. 7 MOVERS movers are very professional, respectful, honest, fast, considerate and reasonably priced! They even brought a special wardrobe box for clothing items I didn't want to fold (such as dresses). I really felt like I was being taken care of by 7 MOVERS and would never go with anyone but them in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone I know who is planning on moving. read more

7 Movers assisted with my move last week. I have a 3x5 new rug that has gone completely missing, and also had an entire box of collectible mugs that was smashed to bits. I contacted 7 Movers via email, and despite previously being very responsive, they have neglected to respond to any emails, or provide me information on being reimbursed/filing a claim. I would absolutely never use them again and will continue reporting them until this issue is resolved. read more

I really thought after reading reviews that this company would be a great find, but they came short of what I expected. Pros: Communication. They messaged me back so quickly and accommodated my earlier time last minute. They unpacked everything rather quickly. Cons: I was told they would be here at 1:30 and they came at 2. I tried explaining things to them and they would kind of just shrug me off. Once all off the big things were done, (which was only after 1 hour) I was asked if we're done now. Keep in mind there is still a full driveway of stuff and I was allotted two hours of their time. Obviously I said no and they did help with the rest. When it came time to pay, he charges me for 2 hours instead of one which is how long it took. He asks if I was paying the flat rate price and I told him idk that they were here an hour so I should be charged just for that hour bc they don't have a two hour minimum. Anyways, the move itself went well, nothing broken and everything in its place. I was just disappointed in the guys who came to help move and the amount of time I was forced to pay for that didn't happen. read more

They did a fantastic job. They were very accomodating by moving our move date up 5 days because of this Pandemic. They were ontime, knew what they were doing, and nothing was damaged. Super easy to work with. Well worth it! read more

These guys were great! It was priced perfectly correct- no hidden surprises or fees. They were in their window of time and the team of 4 worked efficiently and were very careful with our furniture and not to scratch our floors. They disassembled and reassembled our furniture and wrapped all delicate items. 7 movers was a GREAT company, I recommend them enthusiastically! I would have no hesitation using them in the future. read more

This isn't a real moving company as much as it is a bunch of guys with a bad attitude who will steal your stuff. I hired them to load my belongings into my own moving trucks for an out-of-state move. They showed up on time but were very rude and unfriendly. Upon arrival, they didn't introduce themselves or go over their services. The guy in-charge just gave me an angry look and said something like "we will do the paperwork now". They came completely unprepared with no supplies- no moving blankets, stretch wrap, tape gun, knives, or any other supplies that any real moving company should have. Fortunately I had plenty of my own tape, blankets, stretch wrap, and so on. I told them exactly which stuff I wanted moved and how I wanted it packed - basic stuff like wrap the furniture in blankets and don't apply tape directly to any item. I noticed they started putting wooden furniture on the truck without any blankets. I asked why they were loading it on the truck with no blankets and they said I don't have enough blankets. I pointed out that I had 100 blankets, which is enough to put 3 blankets on every item and have plenty to spare. I made them take the furniture off the truck and wrap it correctly. After I arrived at my new house, I found that not all of the wooden furniture was wrapped in a blanket. I also found many items that had tape directly on the items - something which will ruin the finish when the tape is removed. I have a large office desk and when I got to my new house, I could not find the screws and parts to put it back together. I provided them with ziplock bags and told them to put all screws and hardware in the bag and attach it to the item or put it inside the blanket, but somehow they couldn't follow those simple directions. It took me 2 weeks to find where the screws went - they were packed in an unrelated box. I also found that they didn't use the correct wrapping on my bed, and the mattress was ripped as a result. It took them an eternity to load the stuff onto the moving truck. They didn't even start putting the furniture on the truck until 4 hours after they started. One of their movers spent the entire time talking on his phone, and the other 3 movers, aside from going extremely slow and not knowing what they're doing, were committed chain-smokers. Every time I looked to see where the movers were, they were outside smoking, and blowing the smoke directly into my moving truck. I'm sure my 3 young children will enjoy their crib and beds smelling like cigarette smoke. After they were finally done, which was like 7pm at night, one of my family members noticed that her wallet had been opened and money was missing. I asked my wife to check her wallet and she also found missing money. I confronted the guy in-charge and told him that we had money stolen from our wallets that was there in the morning and the movers were the only ones who had been in the house. He didn't even talk to any of his crew and told me that it was "unbelievable" and told me to call the police if he think they stole anything. I called the police and while waiting for them to arrive, the movers got very angry that I accused them of stealing and started yelling at me. I refused to pay until the matter was resolved. After maybe 40 minutes of arguing, he agreed to reduce the final fee by $26. I gave him my credit card to pay and he said that he will add a 3% transaction fee if I pay by credit card. I told him that there was no mention of a transaction fee on his website or in the confirmation email that he sent me when I made the appointment. They did not send me any kind of contract or terms in the email. He said that the transaction fee is in the email that he sent. I showed him the email and there was no mention of a fee. So he then said that the fee is shown on the final invoice, but that invoice was only given to me after the work was done! I told him I'll pay by check but he said he won't accept a check, only credit card or cash. I relented and gave him my credit card since he wouldn't leave my house until I paid. I filed a dispute with my bank after the transaction cleared. Afterwards, I tried to see if they have any kind of license to be a moving company but I can't find one. I tried searching the USDOT FMCSA but there is no record of their company. In summary, they were all very rude and unprofessional, didn't know how to properly wrap my stuff, did not follow my simple directions, came unprepared with no supplies, took an eternity to load my belongings onto the truck, stole money from 2 of our wallets, and charged me a transaction fee that I wasn't informed about. read more

We just finished our move today with the help of this company. They loaded our stuff from our old place in record time on to their truck. They were respectful and careful with our belongings. The overall move took less time then expected and we came under budget for the entire move cost. I would definitely use this company again for a move. Highly recommend. read more

We moved from Maryland to Massachusetts. They came in the previous day, and packed all our belongings, and then moved it the next day. They helped me move 1 bedroom apartment. Movers were incredible, friendly and polite. They covered my furniture and were extremely careful with all my stuff. Guys protected carpet and after move floor and walls were clean. These movers are wonderful! Foreman explaned to me all details in contract. They worked so hard and so fast that I told them: "Guys, if you want, you can take a break and can I buy a lunch for you?". They politely refused, said everything is fine. Unbelievable people! Professional and experienced movers, they made my move so easy and simple, they really relieve moving stress from my shoulders. I will definitely use 7 movers in my future moves. Our movers were great! Baha and his movers were very accommodating and courteous. It was raining on delivery day and they laid mats down to keep from tracking in at a minimum! Reliable company! This was such a great experience! We received a call about 30 minutes prior to arrival. The crew was professional, very friendly and courteous. 7 Movers - Moving - Movers Near Me - Fairfax, Virginia

I am so grateful that I found and hired this company for my parents move for the first time in 15 years!!! I had already met with representatives from 2 other companies and received 2 widely different estimates regarding the size of the load and the cost. All of the research I had done had me worried about an underbid with one company and missing and damaged items with the others. FINALLY I found 7 MOVERS .By the irony that's my lucky number .I spoke with Nick who walked through my parents single family house and inventoried items. This move was so complicated...needing some items moved to Storage unit and the rest to townhouse in Arlington. We had too much for 1 truck, but the price for 2 dedicated trucks was less than the other quotesI had received. Nick answered phone calls and questions quickly and gave me excellent advice for packing the items. He's truly a nice man. On moving day, the gentlemen came to put all things on the truck. I cannot say enough about how hard-working, polite, and consciousness these guys were. Victor , Vadzim, and TG wrapped the furniture, took care to load the trucks correctly and showed respect for my parents belongings. Nothing was damaged. All items arrived safely. When they dropped things off in Townhouse ,they reassembled the furniture and moved it around until things were just the way my dad precisely wanted. In Storage unit they managed to fit everything in 10x10 !!! If you are stressing about moving, call these guys!!! I am so glad I did. Recommended read more

These movers just left and we are already reviewing them because they were so good! 7 Movers saved the day. I called 7 Movers late on a Friday evening after a major home improvement store delivery service failed to get a new refrigerator from the ground floor to the 2nd floor kitchen, arguing it was impossible to pass the stairway landing; they made one weak attempt at the landing with lots of huffing and puffing and gave up. I'll save these details for their review. I called around for movers, but only 7 Movers responded to my call. I was able to text the appliance specs and get a quote back via text. Surprised to learn they would be available within 30 minutes that evening. Two people arrived within the 30 minute time frame. Less than a minute after starting the appliance move, it was the kitchen. The leader was able to eyeball dimensions and quickly assess how the move would occur, without ever needing to take measurements. He put cardboard on the wall for a spot wear there would be possible contact from the appliance, and it was right on target during the move. Expert. It was fast and impressive. After the refrigerator was in the kitchen, I asked the leader if he had experience with assembly and would like additional business. What would have taken me 2 hours to do with instructions, the leader completed assembly within 25 minutes without instructions; would have gone quicker if the previous home improvement service "delivery" team had bagged the screws and bolts they removed so we could find them easier. The 7 Movers leaders had his own large portable tool set that fit everything for the appliance. Everything was assembled correctly and worked great. The leader even offered to haul away the old refrigerator before leaving. I told him that the first delivery company owes me that, as it was part of the service I paid for, and they refused to finish that portion of the job. Bottom Line: 7 Movers did the "impossible", and made it look easy. read more

7 Movers is an exceptional moving company! I have moved over 20 times and can honestly say that Baha and his crew were one of the best. They arrived early which is rare and they moved quickly and professionally without even a scratch to a door frame and all possessions in perfect condition. We moved from DC to NYC and Baha sent an email confirmation with a great price and did everything exactly as noted in email. His communication was great and his pricing is very competitive. You will pay less and get more. Moving is never fun but I highly recommend this company to make the experience positive. read more

These guys were fantastic movers. Fair prices, very fast, friendly, and easy to work with. I had zero concerns allowing them to move my things without me staying with them every step of the way, and going at their own pace was way faster and painless than I could have ever done. No damage to any of my stuff and they gave me good advice on what furniture had suitable protection and which could have used something extra. Will absolutely recommend them to friends. read more

Not what I expected they took at least 2 hours extra time rather than needed since they weren't organized in moving out the furniture and luggage there's a waste of time since they were moving a lot back and forth from the truck and an hour later started disassembling furniture and decided that they were done when at least half of my stuff was still in apartment I had to go back and move them myself . Upon arriving at other apartment it took them forever to unload and I realized that two of them were just going back and forth to truck and one was left behind to reassemble furniture - time management and division of work was not good and cost me more and I had to move the rest of my things on my own -also they weren't cautious with moving lamps they never wrapped them . read more

7 Movers were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the beginning, Baha was very responsive and answered all questions. On the day of our move, there were unexpected issues with the new house and I had to push the movers back a few hours. Even with their long drive, they showed up later as I requested and worked into the evening. All 5 of the guys were hard working and very careful with our belongings. Nothing was broken or lost and even though he probably could have charged me a fee for moving the time, he did not. Highly recommend this company, very professional! read more

Hands down best moving experience. These guys are prompt, professional and work really hard. They worked non-stop at a great pace to move our household. They are also very careful, taking great care to wrap and handle furniture without damaging anything. read more

They were absolutely great! Moved everything very quickly. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because there was some communication gap. One guy didn't speak any English (but was VERY NICE) and the other guy (not a very pleasant guy) did, but there was some miscommunication after which he got annoyed at me and said that I didn't tell him to pack some furniture which I did. So just as a caution, make sure before you start the move that everything is clearly pointed out and communicated properly. Other than that, they were very efficient. read more

First class company, great movers and nice people. Upfront about all details from the get-go. They were punctual and came prepared ready to move. We packed up two 1-bedroom apartments and unloaded into a 2-bedroom unit. All the furniture and boxes were in great shape. No wall dings or marks at all. Very affordable and would definitely use them again! read more

7 Movers was fabulous - I was weary of stereotypes that movers typically take their time re and disassembling furniture, but their team was efficient and friendly. They finished 10 mins short of the hour and prorated the amount without me even asking. Their team arrived on time (early actually, i was behind) and made the entire move process a breeze read more

Excellent job by Baha and his crew. Could not be happier! They are professional, attentive to detail and competitively priced (I had five quotes to compare). They are responsive to requests for information, straightforward to schedule and arrive on time. During the move they were careful not to damage any items or walls. They carried everything out skilfuly sometime navigating even tight staircase corners with bulky items. They wrap everything and pay particular attention to all fragile pieces of furniture and ensure they are not damaged during carrying out or in the truck. They also did an excellent job moving an upright piano by carefully wrapping it first in shrink wrap then in couple of layers of blankets. I am highly recommending this company! read more

This was my second move with 7 movers and although this one was much larger, my three movers moved quickly and efficiently taking great care to treat my older furniture with the greatest respect. They took pieces apart and put them back together upon arrival. Their goal was to make everything fit in the truck and because of their expertise they did! The guys were pleasant and professional . Be careful to list ALL your items so they have a good idea of what you are moving. I failed to do so but even so they were gracious and understanding and made it work which impressed me even more . I have recommended them to others and would gladly do so again. read more

We chose 7 movers after comparing costs of other local movers. This company does not charge an extra 'calling out fee' just for movers to get to our place, nor are there any other hidden charges for furniture padding. Our move was very local and it took almost three hours for three men to move all our big furniture from one 3-story townhouse to another. They provided one big van. They efficiently disassembled and reassembled all our furniture, protected it with blankets, and moved fast, making it stress free for my family. I was satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend and use them again. read more

These guys were great. They came in and loaded everything in the order I requested (by room). They then unloaded everything to the specific floors I asked. They wrapped a few special items like my flatscreen and a few pieces of furniture. Nothing was broken. Not even one plate or glass. It took only 3 of them to load/unload my 1600 foot property in about 5 hours (30 min drive away). The other quotes I was getting were twice as much or more. Highly recommended 7 Movers. read more

The move was flawless! I moved from a 3 level townhouse to an apartment on the second floor. The 3 man crew come right on time and called when there were approx 30 minutes away. The great thing is they were so efficient and wasted zero time! For my furniture, beds and some other items, they took great care of them and used bubble tape and shrink tape in some circumstances. They also assembled my coffee tables, end tables and beds. I was really impressed and all three men were courteous and professional. I am done unpacking everything and nothing broke in the move. I would use 7 movers again and highly recommend their services! read more

I LOVE THEM! I called every moving company in the area and felt that they were the most reasonably priced. The owner came same day to check out my place and offered a flat fee for moving and packing including all materials!!! I love that there was no waiting and no add on fees. Several other companies had to call me back or couldn't do a survey right away and their pricing was very confusing. They moved me over two days from a three story townhome to a four story townhome with 5 guys and 2 trucks. One day to pack and load and the second day to load and unpack. No damage to anything. Very diligent and kind. I would use them again in a heartbeat! read more

Terrific experience with 7 Movers! It was easy to receive a quote (which was accurate) and to make arrangements. I've used 7 movers twice and both times they were great. They are on-time, work hard, and just go above and beyond what is expected.

These guys are true professionals! I would recommend them to anyone. They definitely know what they are doing. They even had mats to protect flooring, took off legs from dinning table and screwed them back on, gave us extra boxes and helped to pack stuff that was still just sitting around. They were extremely gentle with fragile items and carried furniture and boxes to the rooms where we needed them. My hubby was planning on transporting our giant TV in his car - he'd trust his precious screen to no one. When he saw guys at work, he quickly changed his mind and let them take it. Our 1100 sq. ft. 2br apartment was cleared empty and transported to a new home in a matter of 2.5 hrs. We did have only 5 minutes drive though, but still I couldn't believe how quickly they worked! The price was very very competitive. Moving can be exhausting and stressful. 7 movers made it the easiest move I've ever had. read more

7 movers is a great company -- This is actually the second time we have used them as we have been getting our home ready for sale. The movers who helped us on this second move were great -- they were efficient and carefully loaded our items. We have some antiques that are pretty fragile and they made sure to treat these items with care. In addition, these guys are really fast -- We had hired the movers for a 3 hour time slot and they finished the move, the unloading, and moving another storage locker in that time span... and the storage locker we are using is an hour away from our home. I will definitely be hiring them again when the sale of our home is finalized and again when we move into our new home after the renovations are complete! read more
