If I could give negative stars, I would. This has been one of the worst service experiences I…read moreever had in my life! Aqualine was assigned to me by American Home Shield for warranty repairs. Aqualine Plumbing didn't even do the most basic parts of their job: showing up for their appointments, communicating with the customer, following up, ordering parts, nor scheduling the actual repair work. Total failure in every way. They failed to show up for the first appointment on 7/26/2024 scheduled between 12-2pm and I had to call them several times to find out if and when they would be arriving as it got closer to 2pm and beyond saying they would be there. When I made my last call I made to the around 4pm they that their service tech was still on his first call of the day and they wouldn't be coming. The office rescheduled for 7/27 and told me I would be their first call of the day and the tech would arrive between 9-9:30am. I informed them I had plans later and had to leave by 11am. I was texting the tech in the morning when he said he was on the way and reiterated that I needed to leave by 11am. Their tech showed up at 11:15am and I had to alter my plans. When the tech arrived I asked if I was his first appointment of the day and he confirmed that was true. Given that I had communicated my schedule with the office and with him, I asked why he was so late. Basically, he had no valid excuse and clearly decided to sleep in and show up whenever he wanted. I had six plumbing issues. They fixed one (reseated the toilet)and took pictures of everything else to order parts and schedule the next repairs. I didn't hear back from Aqualine and had to call them to try and determine when they would be scheduling their visit for the repairs. I called four separate times and each time they said they would get back to me but never did. They also said that they showed the repairs were completed in their system, which is as not true. I explained we were waiting on parts and still needed to schedule the repair appointment. I spoke to their office manager, yet again, on 9/5 who said the manager would be contacting me on 9/6 or 9/9 at the latest. No one ever called me back. I called spoke to Aqualine again on 9/16 and the office manager said the Manager would contact me but never did. It's now been almost 2 months and my repairs still are NOT completed. I had to contact American Home Shield to have another plumber assigned. The new contractor got me scheduled right away and said they strive to complete all repairs the same day with limited exceptions. That's what anyone would want or expect from a plumbing contractor when they are having plumbing issues. Aqualine can't even do the most basic things any company should do. Don't use this company unless you want to be frustrated, waste your time and still have plumbing issues that never get fixed. They don't have their act together.

Emergency plumber taking advantage of you in a dire situation. Won't give an hourly rate over phone…read moresays tech will quote you when they get there. After waiting 24 hours for tech to arrive, and water has been shut off during that time to prevent flooding in my basement, he quotes me $600. So I paid over $600 for a plumber for less than an hour of work. This is a scam, don't use ALLY.

The quote they gave me to just do the diagnostics was jaw dropping. I searched online and found Evergreen whose quote was 1/3 the price of the first company. After the diagnostics it was determine that my relay was out for the heating element. They called me up and gave me a flat price for the repair. After the part came in a week later they came out and installed it. It has been working great and while Michael was installing it, he also installed my Nest for free. TLDR; Upfront, flat pricing for parts and labor and travel fee. Did not ask for a cent more. Professional and courteous repair associates.

I would strongly caution anyone considering using Blessed Electrical Service Team…read more The technician they assigned to install a dedicated breaker and circuit for my stacked washer and dryer left the work area in a mess and did not clean up afterward. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning of my experience. After completing the work, the technician forgot to reconnect the washer's drain line. When my tenant later used the washer, water flooded my condo. The flood caused more than $10,000 in property damage, and because the unit had to undergo repairs, I also lost several months of rental income. What disappointed me most was not just the mistake itself. Any contractor can make a mistake. It was how the company handled it. Instead of taking responsibility for their technician's oversight, they refused to accept accountability and repeatedly pointed fingers elsewhere rather than working with me to resolve the situation. A professional company should stand behind its work, especially when a preventable mistake causes significant financial loss for a customer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Blessed Electrical Service Team. I encourage anyone considering hiring them to think carefully before trusting them with work in their home or investment property.

They gave us the most reasonable quote among the several options we considered. The team was very responsive and cordial on the phone. They were also reachable via text. Scheduling was easy and straightforward. They required a 50% deposit to book, and collected the rest of the payment after the job was done. The team showed up around 8am, finished around 5/6pm. And, most importantly, they didn't give us any surprise additional cost which is what happened when we had gotten our flooring done. The one thing I wish was different is that the electricians came in and out of the house with their shoes on. It was rainy that day, and I appreciate them doing their hard work despite the rain. However, they tracked dirt throughout my entire house. And one of my previously white bath mats got completely ruined. Also, they swept the insulation, but forgot to clean up the dust from drilling into our walls. As a mom with a toddler that sometimes licks the floor, I really wish I didn't have to clean the whole house again when I had just done it the day prior. All in all, the team was efficient and did their job well - we now have working outlets in all the bathrooms. Just wish they respected my home a little more as they did their work.

I hired Ryan to do some interior plumbing at my house not long after I bought it in 2010, and he…read moreconvinced me I should also let him replace the side sewer. It wasn't bad advice in principle - it was a 100 year old concrete sewer and likely to fail eventually. It was a cash job and I trusted Ryan to do good work since I knew he was a licensed plumber. I rested easy thinking I had made a wise choice to proactively replace my old sewer. Well, fast forward 12 years to 2022 - I noticed a stench of sewer gas in the house. So, I ordered a sewer inspection to find out what was going on. It turned out there were a few problems. One, we were missing a cap on a pipe which is why we could smell the sewer gas in the house. However, there was also a much bigger problem. It turned out the sewer had failed in 2 places. I hired Phil from Brookside Excavating to repair it (and he was great - highly recommended!) Phil actually knows Ryan professionally and told me he does not have a high opinion of Ryan's work. He explained that Ryan had used: 1. The wrong pipe 2. The wrong fitting 3. The wrong glue ... and that this is why the joint had failed. I had to spend $8000 to redo a job I had already paid Ryan to do. I texted him to let him know, and sent him photos and videos illustrating the problems. His response? He asked me if I could produce a text or email proving that he had agreed to repair my sewer. When I told him I didn't have anything like that, he responded: "Don't try to blame me for your problems." WOW. So, I had to take out a loan for $8000 to re-do Ryan's work, which totally maxed out my credit, as a single working mom. But it didn't end there. One year later, I noticed ANOTHER stench of sewer gas coming up through my outside back drain. So, I ordered ANOTHER sewer inspection. It turns out Ryan's sewer job failed AGAIN, in a different location. Once again, Phil from Brookside came to my rescue and charged me an incredibly fair price because he felt sorry for me and understood the situation. I've posted a photo so you can see what Ryan did. The green sewer pipe that you can see at the right of the photo is what he was supposed to use. However, it looks like he just ran out of green sewer pipe, and figured he'd sub in the black ABS pipe instead. The photo shows the failed joint, and if you look closely you can see that where the two pipes are joined, the black pipe has slipped. So, Ryan's sloppy work = a big fat bill for me 12 years later. Do yourself a favor: Do NOT hire Ryan Hurd. Find an honest plumber who stands behind his (or her) work.

Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to "arrive". I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
