It's not only a joy to see the business still enjoying good success, but to also taste the enhanced skill of the bakers here. Make no doubt about it, the croissant here are authentic and delicious. Just the right amount of butter to bring out their savory character, with just a kiss of natural sweetness. The ham and Gruyère is an absolute pleasure. They have actual content; not just a tease of baked in ingredients. The financier were also perfect! I'm very much looking forward to seeing any additional Parisian pastries added to their counter. The traditional stars of their menu remain outstanding: the iced tea and sweet potato biscuits. While JeannieBird isn't always on my way to my usual destinations, this business is always worth a special trip.

My favorite is the ham egg and cheese sandwich. I have tried the bacon, sausage and ham, and my favorite is the ham. Some know this but they make their own ham and bacon at Hahn's. The lunch sandwiches are great as well. Try the Ruben or Rachel sandwiches. The corn beef is great and tasty in the Ruben. I enjoy going in and ordering my sandwich there but they do plenty of online ordering. I have not had a problem at all with the service. The staff does a great job of making your sandwich in no time. The place is small but sells lots of other stuff like coffee, tea, and of course their pork products. There is a seating area that is comfortable and clean. Try Pork and Beans for a breakfast and lunch.

Both times my order is always asked what is it? When I went inside I waited 15 min for a mobile order I had placed 20 min prior to me getting there. I talked two three different people about my breakfast order and I kept getting passed off. It was very off putting. So I don't frequent this place often unless my kiddos ask for donuts. Its the only one in town and they know that which is why nothing has changed permanently. You might get an I'm sorry and some empathy from one gentleman but the rest truly lack customer service skills. The amount of times you will see them texting on their phones WHILE working and handling peoples food and customers WAITING to place an order or get assistance is pretty mind blowing. The only thing going for them is peoples desire to have donuts and nowhere closer to get them as quickly. See my Google review to read the rudest email I have received from a company…read more Let me start by saying I got the most unprofessional email response from Mike, the president, of this company. I had a shipping back in April. Mike, who evidently runs the whole show there, suggested that I increase my order. I had another shipment post to my account last Thursday. I understand that the Memorial Day holiday slowed it down. My problem was really not with the company, but rather that they use the USPS, which is almost always behind lately. What I didn't expect was the president of this company sending me a response that was this rude and unprofessional. So, I called. He said "you always have a problem." I have emailed once before this last time. That is all. Pics show this. Then, he refused to hear me, said he would cancel my account, and hung up on me. Please read, in full, Mike's response to my question of changing shipping companies. I am shocked that the president of a company would respond this way. I simply don't like USPS and usually don't choose companies who exclusively use them. But, never did I expect such a rude response and getting hung up on when I called. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR COFFEE!. See text conversation in the pics attached.
