This location is okay. It's an old one in a small strip center ( also home to The Vitamin Shoppe) that's been there for decades. And it's getting run down. For reference, it's near the Tesla dealership. My biggest complaint is there is no drive-thru. DD's are known for their quick drive-thru service, so to not have one really sucks. Inside, it was a little dingy and the floor wasn't really clean. The area for napkins, straws, and sugar wasn't tidy either. But they were well stocked with baked goods ( I didn't get any though). The cashier was very pleasant. And my order was ready in a jiffy. So all in all a decent experience.

It honestly seemed like she already knew why I was coming back in. I was then met by who I assume was management, who insisted that "all the croissants look the same way." I explained that I visit other Dunkin locations and do not have this issue. Instead of listening, he kept going back and forth arguing about the sandwiches. I finally told him to just give me my bag back because I would be writing a review. Only then did he offer me a refund. Customer service and food quality at this location have gone downhill. Also, make sure you check your donuts when using the drive-thru because I have received stale donuts before, and you almost always have to ask for napkins. There are several other Dunkin locations in the area, and I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
