Bob and his son, Andrew, own and run this store and on a recent Monday a woman in her 90s entered the store confused and in a bit of angst unaware of where she was and how to get her disabled vehicle operating again. Bob was there that night. Instead of dismissing her he treated her with kindness and helped her get in touch with both the necessary public services and her daughter. My fiancé has stopped in twice to shake Bob's hand and thank him but has missed him both times. So, this is the other way I know to show thanks for outstanding service even if not related to your intended service. Thanks, Bob, from an entire family.
