Really nice coffee/tea shop and a great location too!…read more Walking in, you're not hit with the wall of coffee aroma. They grind the beans to order, so you get the freshest cup of coffee possible! There's so many different ones to choose from. My favorite coffee is the Napali Brew, which is a really creamy blended espresso beverage. The Thai Tea is my favorite tea drink. Very orange so careful not to spill! But very delicious nonetheless! The staff is very friendly here too and there's plenty of places to sit and enjoy your time.

I can't believe I've never reviewed this location. I've come here multiple times over the years,…read moreboth for work and personal reasons. It's actually a consistently good location and I've never had a bad experience yet. It's in a busier shopping complex and part of town, so it's never really super quiet here. The staff has always been attentive and wonderful when I've stayed in for a beverage or had to take something out. Coffee's always good, along with other beverages I've ordered from here. Location's neat and clean, and parking's good considering it's in a strip mall, next to a bagel shop and a Kroger. While it's not a standard location for me, I like coming here because I can count on everything going well when I am. Not all Starbucks are created equal. Over the years, I've been to a few where the staff was grossly overworked and snappy, or the place was a hot mess. They are not that here, which makes for a much better experience.

The balance of flavors was spot on: rich chocolate notes, smooth espresso with just the right amount of kick, and the creaminess of the oat milk tied together with the velvety cold foam on top. I made the biggest mistake of not joining their rewards club the first time but I did join up before this trip. It took almost an hour to get here but they had the same good service as Toledo. The people working here were fun and nice. Shout out to Jasmin who was hoping to get the place recognized! You were so positive and fun! We got a s'mores breve, a sweet and salty, and boo raspberry and pomegranate smoothie. I love their huge sizes! Even the mediums and like buckets of coffee. I love all of their variety. I wish they had prices listed somewhere, I never know how much I am paying or what I am paying for until they give me the total. I would also love their syrups listed in a good spot and not just in the customization tab. There are so many items I cannot wait to try. It also looked like they were going to introduce some food? Not sure. There was another location being built ten minutes from this location and I hear more are coming to Michigan. I really hope another one opens up near me, but I would come back to this location again. Like the first visit to a 7 Brew, this was a stop on the way home after a meal to get a fun drink for dessert.

Bigger girl with glasses, i guess her name is Gabby Wilson (i've asked other workers for her name)…read morehas got to have some of the worst customer service I've experienced. The attitude is honestly unbelievable. Every interaction leaves me feeling like asking a simple question is the biggest inconvenience in the world. Today, I accidentally ordered the wrong item and asked to switch it literally TWO SECONDS after placing the order, i realized immediately. You would've thought I asked her to move mountains based on the attitude I got in return. It was such a simple request, yet somehow I was made to feel like a complete inconvenience for making a simple mistake. What's even worse is that this doesn't feel like a one time bad day. The condescending attitude and unnecessary rudeness seem to be a pattern. Nobody expects anyone to be overly cheerful 24/7, but basic manners and customer service really shouldn't be that difficult, especially since 7brew is known for their kindness. Honestly, if interacting with customers is that much of a burden, maybe a customer-facing position isn't the right fit. Customers shouldn't have to feel stupid, uncomfortable, or unwelcome for simply asking for help. The attitude is completely unnecessary.
