One of the best looking, cleanest grocery store. Everything stack so pretty and organized. I never seen vegetables stack vertically at a grocery store before. It does cost a little bit more than Meijer but a lot of stuff you can find good value. For example, if you do the math, their premade meal like pizza and lasagna is cheaper than eating out. Especially if you buy the bigger portion. Meat and seafood looks so good, they sell a lot of specialty brand, also everyone is so nice and helpful.

TOTALLY AWSOME !!! We relocated to the area from Palm Springs, CA and I just found my favorite grocery shopping store. Everyone was super friendly and smiling, the shelves were fully stocked, the place was clean. Awesome bakery, fresh meat counter, veggies, deli and I could just go on and on but see for yourself. I thought the prices were reasonable too.

My FAVORITE bread from Nino Salvaggio!

Again, another establishment that I can't believe I haven't written a review for! Nino Salvaggio is a tried and true establishment within metro Detroit that I have been shopping at since I can remember! My family normally shopped at the one on Rochester Road, but I'd have to say this location, on Telegraph, is my personal favorite out of all the Nino Salvaggio's in the area! I like how massive and open this one is, it feels like they carry even more goods than other places, whether that's just a trick of how open concept this market is compared to other ones, I'm not sure, but this one is my favorite. Nino's is the perfect place to go for less traditional, more artisanal, but still affordable produce, veggies, meat, cheese, bread, and pantry items. I find that I prefer Nino's produce over any other supermarket, because they are always extra fresh and always look great. This is a wonderful place to pick up a bunch of accoutrements as well, for example - they have a seemingly endless selection of items stuffed in olives that you can get, bulk nuts, candies, etc., and so many more unique things that I'm hard pressed to find at any other supermarket. I find that if you're trying to go for more local brands or just in general less of the "big" brand names, you'll find a great selection here! There are limited Nino Salvaggio's in the area, so I try to go any time that I can when I find myself on Telegraph because it's always worth a stop!

    The back of the basket

My mother and I were in a rush and came to purchase a simple basket but ulisus would not let us leave unless we had a unique Nino basket he took his time and brought more options just so we could look and pick the ones we like he even opened the basket and Put this Santa cookie jar we bought inside the basket I don't know how but he made it work he was so nice and respectful he even threw in some Christmas decorations he really made are afternoon

10 out of 10 This was the first time we ordered from Nino Salvaggio's catering for an event we hosted. The entire experience was incredible! This business excels at what they do. Everything was checked when kitchen turned over to host, then checked again with us prior to leaving. The presentation was great and everyone complimented us on the food. There is no doubt you have future customers with us, but also many that were at our event.

The entrance doors were cloudy, like they haven't been cleaned in forever, and the floors were filthy -- they seriously need a deep clean. I wasn't even there for five minutes before I wanted to leave. Then at checkout, the cashier told me to put my groceries on the belt, but said it wasn't working and pointed to another spot. That area was so dirty I refused to put my food there. I told her it needed to be cleaned, and she didn't say a word. I ended up handing her my items just so I didn't have to touch it. That was it for me. I will never go back. I've already started going to Plum Market across the street, and it's a night-and-day difference.

Surly workers. Not all (Andy and Clark are great). Many times there are no cashiers. Carts are out in parking lot. Aisles and shelves are un stocked. Today (and for the past couple weeks), the dairy/milk section is closed and a few items have shifted over to the refrigerated beer section. The yogurts were almost completely out. What is going on? My biggest complaint is no cashiers and checking out my groceries while an employee watches me and then thanks me. Management, are you reading these reviews? This area deserves so much better at this corner. Go over to the Nino Salvaggio at Maple and Telegraph to see a well run store. It would not surprise me if this store is on the way out. It's completely mismanaged. Step your game up, Bloomfield Township Kroger.

I get home and was going to cook the broccoli for dinner. Sadly when I turned it over it was all moldy. All throughout. I called the store and talked with two people. One lady told me I need to come back to the store for them to see the product. I told them how inconvenient it was being rush hour, and 20 miles away. And I was leaving on vacation on April 1st!! The last gentleman I spoke with said next time I come in I could get a credit for it. I took pics or the moldy broccoli and the receipt. I went there today and asked to redeem my whooping $2.27 !! The lady there gave me a difficult time and was rather rude She wouldn't even look at the pictures. She asked a manager and they both said they have NO idea who would have told me I could receive a credit next time I came into the store. But ultimately gave me a free head of broccoli. I'm sad to say it'll be my last time to what I felt was a good store. Maybe there's new management. Sad. To be so rude over $2.27!!!
