[[HIGHLIGHT]]A beautiful, spacious cafe that is great for getting some work done or meeting with friends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Expansive coffee and pastry menu, albeit a little overpriced. I enjoyed my drinks and time here, and the baristas were friendly! Would come back.

First time trying Matari! Located in the back of a strip mall, this place is truly a hidden gem. My dad and I both loved the drinks we got and will certainly be back the next time we are in town .

The drinks were really good. Got the Adeni chai which was strong. Service was very fast. The business was not too crowded when I went here at 6 PM on a Saturday. Ambience is mainly what sell this place. They set up the restaurant really nice especially for the holidays. I love the themes of cream and gold and the lighting was very good too. I will say they have very comfortable seating if you want to sit here for a while and do some work on your laptop. Compared to other Arabic coffee shops I would say this is the best.

The pistachio macaroon was so good, I wish I got more. The iced caramel macchiato was too sweet for me, however the guy working the counter was very nice and helpful.

New place to grab a unique cup of coffee. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This Yemeni coffee shop has a beautiful interior and delicious coffee.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you like spices in your coffee you will love this new location. You can at the counter and pick it up in a few minutes. The hazelnut raspberry tart was rich and delicious.

A wonderful atmosphere and good service. This was a cute coffee place to get work done at or chat with friends. My fiancee and I tried their strawberry and lavender matcha lattes. Unfortunately, neither of us could taste a hint of matcha. Both drinks were overpowered by the strawberry and lavender flavors. I came home and actually made my own matcha latte at home. I haven't tried their coffee, so I cannot speak to that. But I would not advise anyone to get their matcha.

I've heard of Matari before and was excitingly anticipating the opening of this location! So far I've loved their pink tea and matcha tea latte. Planning to try their pistachio latte next time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have beautiful decor and I love how they tie in the black and gold to create an elegant aesthetic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also learned that some of the lighted script is one of the first written languages that came to Yemen! Such a unique idea![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This Yemeni coffee shop is a great place for socializing or studying.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's well lit and has a lot of small tables that you can push together for bigger groups.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had the pour over, and the coffee notes are very good and the perfect medium-dark roast. The staff are very nice. My sister didn't like her drink, so they made her a new one.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Oh this is so perfect for our neighborhood! Finally a coffee place to hang out - Starbucks has gone to smaller, pick up-style outlets with uncomfortable seating and Matari is the exact opposite: you'll want to stay all day and try everything because each drink or dessert is ttly Insta-worthy![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And if you dine in, the drinks come in real glassware- I'm so tired of the disposable cups so YEAH!!! My new spot and check out their IG

Highlight pistachio latte! Very delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The shop itself is super cozy with a chill vibe, friendly staff.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great spot to hang out chatting or study[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I understand employees may be busy, so that wasn't my concern. What bothered me was the customer service that followed. I asked for a small Berries Delight and pointed to the individual desserts on the left. Instead, the young man assisting me went to the cakes on the right and attempted to hand me a small cake. I politely stopped him and explained that I wanted the personal-sized Berries Delight on the left. He responded by saying, "Those are called slices," in a tone that came across as rude and condescending. I then asked if I could have a fresh one from the refrigerator because the one in the display case looked like it had been sitting there for a while. He insisted the display one was fine, but I repeated that I would prefer one from the refrigerator. He reluctantly got one and handed it to me, saying, "There's your fresh Berries Delight," in a sarcastic tone. I visit Sweet Dreams regularly--between this location and the previous one, I stop in about four times a month. I've always enjoyed your desserts, which is why this experience was so surprising. I've never been treated this way before. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because the quality of customer service should match the quality of your products.

It's off-season and I needed a raspberry tart to use for flavor cues for a client's launch of their new Raspberry Tart Wafer protein bar flavor. Due to a food allergy I didn't want to style the tart myself. I contacted a number of local bakeries as well as Plum Market, Whole Foods, Zingermans and more. None could accommodate my specific request. Finally, I came across sweet dreams and they were able to make me a beautiful raspberry tart to use for my images, based on the appearance, I wanted and in a timely manner. The location and store seem very nice too. And the pastry itself turned out great! Check out the images to see how pretty it was and how perfectly it worked. For some reason, this area is just packed with unique brunch style restaurants and Leeza's is apart of it. Absolutely incredible menu. I love seafood brunch, and this is one of the few places that has shrimp, crab, lobster and salmon available in a variety of dishes. Another item that was unique and incredible was the Potato Pancake Benedict. As someone who is a previous Eggs Benedict addict, but who tries to avoid bread, the Potato Pancake Benedict is one of the best brunch innovations I've seen in the last 3 years. They let you use the modification with any of their Benedict offerings, so I choose to use it on the Crab Cake Benedict. I absolutely loved it. The Crab Cake didn't overdo it on the Cake, and was properly filled with crab (as it should be). The Hollandaise had a great (but not overpowering) flavor and had a nice, thick texture. The dish was an awesome revelation, and I'll be coming back because I don't know anyone else who has it Because I had the Potato Pancakes, I decided to go with the grits as my side and, again, they were unique and high quality. I got the butter and cheese grits and they were incredibly creamy with great, fresh cheese flavor. You also got a great portion, which was much appreciated. The waitress we had was awesome and my coffee was hot, high quality, and filled multiple times. The place has a ton of booths and parking is fine for the most part. This is a spot with so many good menu items that you have to visit multiple times to get the full picture. I'll be updating the review with any other dishes I try.

I couldn't eat the eggs. They were dry and overcooked. Actually the whole meal was dry. Definitely not worth the $ when I would have gotten more food for less cost if I had ordered the veggie omelette. I do not recommend this dish. My husband had a corned beef omelette. He said it was fine but not fabulous. His hash browns needed to be cooked longer. He did enjoy the cinnamon raisin toast. Doubt that we will return. Oh yes, the place could use a good deep cleaning.

The coffee, which has similarities to a Turkish coffee, is a medium roast with Cardamon and cream. Definately a unique flavor profile from what I am used to where it is a flavorful robust coffee that is well balanced with no harsh notes and oh so tasty. What I didn't know before coming here is that coffee originated out of Yemen some 500 years ago where they clearly have perfected the drink where this is a HUGE step up from the week diluted drink we call coffee here in the states. The coffee shop itself is bright, clean, very modern and very inviting with a casual vibe and nice Yemeni accents throughout to add to drinking experience. Staff is very friendly in explaining the drinks and how they are made and help guide you to the right drink choice as the names of drinks are very unique and a tad confusing as evidenced by my Mufawaar (: Overall an excellent unique coffee shop that is a must visit if you are a fan of good full bodied coffee. On my most recent trip here I ended up getting their two egg breakfast with meat, potatoes and toast. The over medium eggs were cooked just right, i.e. not runny, with nice homestyle potatoes, thick cut bacon and their own homemade bread for toast. All at a very reasonable cost of $10, especially when considering the quality of the food. The coffee is also quite good where I believe it is a full bodied medium roast with a nice balance and no harsh notes. Relative to staff, this continues to be a strength of this business as they are quite friendly, with great follow up, where many of them have been here for years which I personally like which also speaks volumes on how well the ownership treats their employee's.
