I love the Keego Harbor location! We are happy to have this beautiful cafe nearby. I really like the interior modern decor and have noticed that it is always well kept and clean. The service is great and we are always happy with our coffee and pasty. Plenty of room inside with seating and also outdoors. I love having this in the neighborhood.

Cannelle is my idea of heaven - pastries on pastries on pastries both sweet and savory. The eclairs were to die for and I only regret that I didn't try more offerings. Service is fast casual style, ordering and paying immediately at the counter. Ample space to work if you stop by for lunch. Can't wait to try additional desserts when I'm back in town!

Ambiance. Gorgeous, bistro seating, bright, open, and clean lines. Inside seats about 30? Service. Extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. WOW. Product. BEST PART. It was all amazing. Buttery, fresh, and flavorful. QUALITY ingredients are obvious. Of note. Lot parking. Captions show more. Overall. Amazing. HIGHLY reocmmend and will come back.

There is just nothing that beats their almond croissant, it's by far one of my favorite desserts that I've had. And no one makes one better than Cannelle. This location is beautiful. It's got this green and white exterior and it's a gem in this area. The baked goods are all aesthetically pleasing as well as delicious. Service is always pleasant!

If you're craving dessert, this hidden gem is the perfect spot. It's a beautiful place to grab a quick coffee, get some work done, and enjoy fresh, delicious treats. The service is warm and friendly, and the ambiance is absolutely beautiful.

Rating only the coffee portion of this business, I was quite pleased with the Latte I had during my initial visit here. My drink was well made with great taste where the coffee shot was defiantly of a premium nature. Definitely a step above the local competition in the area. Price for my large Latte ($6) was in line with other Barista style operations in the area and based on its quality was definitely worth the added cost over the big chain coffee shops. Aside from the coffee based products, this business also serves assorted house made pastries, breads, and some pre made sandwiches that all looked good but definately on the pricey side. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant itself is very bright, modern and inviting with both inside and outside seating, Definately a good spot to meet some friends over coffee and light food. Overall I will definately be back in the near future as I am a big fan of well made Latte's and the ones they make here are hard to beat.

I stopped on a Friday morning for a coffee and to catch up on email. I had a cinnamon thing, like an unrolled cinnamon roll. It was a bit under cooked, which is a rare miss for Cannelle's. The flavor was good. I liked the roll (? - not really a "roll", maybe an "un-roll") was cinamony and not too sweet. The service was friendly. They greeted me, and brought my warmed cinammon thingy and coffee to the table. There are a good number of tables, inside and out. There is wifi. It is loud with talking and music. Parking was a bit of an issue. There are spots along the south side of the building, but not many of them.

I was very happy to find out there was a Cannelle so close to me. I did not even know this location was here until I saw someone post about it online. We recently went to the Detroit location and I stopped by to see what this location had. I like that it is nice and spacious with a lot of places to eat inside and outside. The parking is a bit difficult if you park against the building near the street. The people inside were friendly and eager to assist. The selection is good, but it did not seem to have as much as the Detroit location. There were quite a few people eating here even though it was the middle of the week during the day, but I like to see a local business thrive. I tried the very viral mango fruit lookalike pastry. It was good, quite large and seems sharable. I did not finish it and took the rest home. The fruit lookalikes are a bit expensive for what you get, and definitely more expensive than many of their other pastries by several dollars, not sure if it is due to the ingredients or supply and demand. Still, this is a fun place and I would love to return again soon.

I think this is my 5th visit. The breads here are fantastic. We stopped for dessert after dinner with friends and had a hard time choosing between the beautiful stuff in the case. Seeming less endless options! Settled on the two pictured. Forget the names but one was Apple and the other chocolate cookies, cake and moose.

If heaven had a French zip code, it would be any Cannelle by Matt Knio location. But this one's for the new Keego location. And absolutely wow! I could cry from how beautiful the ambiance is. And it's 3 blocks down from my house. So I was jumping for joy when I found out their in my back yard. Let me put it simply: I'm obsessed. I've been to every one of their locations--from Birmingham to Keego Harbor--and the level of excellence is as consistent as the flake on their croissants. Every single item I've ever ordered has been done to utter perfection. And I mean chef's kiss, drop-the-bag, turn-around-and-order-another perfection. The butter croissant? Layers so airy they could be used as building material in a dream. The pistachio cream? Illegal levels of addiction. The savory options (hello, goat cheese + olive) will have you rethinking your loyalty to lunch. And don't even get me started on the cherry and raspberry creations--I've written poems about less inspiring things. Is it dangerous how often I crave this place? Yes. Do I blame them for singlehandedly derailing my "summer body" goals? Absolutely. But every bite is worth it. The only thing flakier than the pastry is me when I say "I'm just getting one thing." Also, shoutout to the ambiance. Whether it's the sleek modern layout in Detroit or the cozy charm of Royal Oak, these spaces are as well-designed as the pastries themselves. Final word? Cannelle isn't just a bakery. It's a spiritual experience. A buttery, golden-laced, Paris-in-Michigan masterpiece.

A beautiful array of sweets and a variety of drinks to select. I wanted to try a few things and was glad I did, everything was very fresh and delightful. Prices were a bit steep for the thin sandwiches though. I was excited to try their chicken sandwich, but by noon it was sold out and they only had the smoked salmon sandwich and ham & cheese sandwich left. I will return, but to try more pastries and a drink

The atmosphere here was fantastic--vibrant and aesthetic. The bacon and Gruyère croissant was absolutely outstanding, perfectly toasted with a delightful balance of flavors. It's definitely a must-try! The espresso was perfectly prepared--rich and smooth, just as it should be. The service was great as well. The staff was attentive! If you're looking for a spot with a lively ambiance, exceptional espresso and pastries this is it!!

Very nice coffee shop. Delicious pastries. Ample seating and pleasant staff. Can get a bit loud when busy.

Great pastries and baked good! Service line is confusing though. Do we stand at the bakery case line or at the cashier to order?

It's off-season and I needed a raspberry tart to use for flavor cues for a client's launch of their new Raspberry Tart Wafer protein bar flavor. None could accommodate my specific request. Tons of dried beans are imported to Michigan, which is then roasted, shells removed, grind, mixed and tempered to shape as a bar, bonbon and other holiday shapes. Each bar individual bar is priced a bit higher than the commercial chocolate late because DWAAR chocolate has a higher percentage of cocoa and much darker in color.
