Beyond Juice is my go-to when I want something quick but still healthy. The smoothies are always fresh and actually taste good (not watered down like some places), and they've got solid options if you want a light bite too. The place is super clean, staff is really friendly, and the whole vibe just feels easy and welcoming. Highly recommend, it never dissapoints! read more

Ordered a turkey avocado to go. Got back to my office to find that my wrap had zero turkey in it.

This is my fav and ideal location - let's start there, but my most recent encounter 2 days ago was dreadful. The horrible experience was not even warranted and was filled with over talking me as the customer and a back and forth dialogue that resulted in me ordering the exact item I came to buy, but was told by the employee they no longer made, even though it was listed ON THE MENU. I have been ordering this hummus + beet salad for years, so far back to the original salad before the dressing was changed to the berry vinaigrette. I came to order two of these salads and Dimmer (smoothie I order almost exclusively), and all was well until the cashier was told AFTER ringing me up that Beyond no longer made the hummus + beet salad! Bummed, I take a moment to decide if I wanted something else or leave, and then the confusion begins. I state the salad is listed on the menu, so if it is discontinued why is it still available for order. The cashier was clueless taking order from her coworker, and this woman starts telling me the salad is gone and mentions a Greek salad, peppers, all of this frivolous info; and I begin telling her I ordered the salad in September...shes asks me "September of 2024? Or this year?" I found this conversation very unprofessional and it served no purpose, only for her to tell me I can BUILD THE SALAD that I want and they have ALL of the ingredients of said salad. In the end, I ordered the EXACT salad listed on the menu, so I am still bewildered as to why your employee was telling me about discontinued salads, ingredients and info that did not pertain to my order at that moment! I left frustrated as a loyal customer (HORRIBLE customer service), and now have to contemplate bypassing this convenient location to travel elsewhere when I want Beyond. To add insult, I asked the cashier for Balsamic dressing instead of the berry, and of course my two salads had the wrong dressing. I tasted the dressing to ensure I was correct (as to avoid another poor encounter with this staff) but ended up requesting the dressing I asked for. Do you know the young lady asked me to give her back the dressing packaged in my salads??? I tell her that I dipped my finger in the dressing and stood there waiting for her to correct my request, and another customer even told her "just give her the dressing!" Might I add that she was careless in giving me only 1 Balsamic and some other dressing, so I had to bring THIS to her attention too. All I am thinking is cross contamination and the young lady putting my wrong dressing back into the fridge (mind you my fingers would have touched the container that would be put into someone else's order). Ambiance is just okay and the staff made it unpleasant. Do better. read more

I had the Avocado, Egg & Cheese breakfast sandwich. It was ok, not too flavorful & it definitely needed a sauce (it comes with your choice of one). I also got an infused lemonade, you can choose 3 flavors to infuse before getting charged extra. I got Lemonade with pineapple, turmeric and mint. It was refreshing! Great healthy options at this place. The staff are friendly and it good seeing such a diverse staff at healthy food spot. There's inside seating and it's clean and modern. They have smoothies, raw juices, and food. I wish I would've been able to try more. read more

Trying to do the right thing after our workout, my friend and I stopped here for a salad. What a great choice! They have a build your own salad option that is amazing - choose your greens (romaine, spinach and/or kale), a protein, and 5 toppings from a number of options. I chose cheese, beets, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion. The result was an amazing salad. The staff was friendly. I think most people choose the carryout option, but there is seating if you'd like to eat I, which we did. If I had to describe the decor in two words, I'd choose minimal (limited seating) and industrial (concrete floors). We'll definitely be back to try the juices and smoothies. And of course, for the salad read more

Many smoothies and juices to choose from. I loved the Peanut Butter Mocha smoothie. All flavors I like: coffee, peanut butter, banana, mocha latte, oats, and almond milk. If you're hungry, they offer wraps and salads. There are also juices and coffees to go in the refrigerator. Clean and bright atmosphere. Fun decor. Fast service. 2 of the drinks was wrong but still can used it but the bowl was so wrong went to garbage my frustration regarding a messed-up order that I still haven't received a proper resolution for. I was told to contact someone named Mario for a new order instead of refund i was like its ok my next order will be free bowl i accept it , and he assured me he's available always . However, every time I've called, I'm told he's not there.or not available This is becoming very inconvenient So I recommend you to go somewhere else or at least if something like that happen get your refund right the way , don't take any other deals read more

Got peanut butter mocha. I was recommended this as my go-to is the Columbian. However I did not like the taste too much. I think I prefer the yogurty taste of the columbian plus the kick of the coffee rather than the addition of peanut butter and oats. However service was quick and staff were friendly and I did not want to return it because there was nothing wrong with the drink itself, just not my favorite. Maybe will stick with my usual Columbian next time. read more

This place is around the corner from my office. I have been coming here since 2017. It's a great place for juices, wraps and salads. The servings are huge. They use fresh ingredients, so you pay for what you get. Totally worth it for a nice treat though. They get very busy and most of their business seems to be through door dash. I recommend ordering through the door dash app and picking it up if you don't want to wait. The service is slow and you won't be served with a smile either. I was barely acknowledged. But damn it's yummy. read more

Good food but they take forever and are very rude. I ordered ahead and have been waiting for 30 minutes for my wraps. The lady rolled her eyes at me when I nicely asked when my food would be ready. I don't mind if a place is backed up but say "hey sorry for the wait we have a ton of orders right now" or something, don't just roll your eyes at your paying customers and act like you'd rather be doing anything but this read more

Came here for the first time..... and my LAST TIME! Ordered online for curbside pickup at 6:55. Called when I arrived. Called twice with no answer, so I had to just come in. Young lady At counter acted like not enthused to work . Several people in here waiting for their order and just standing around and looking annoyed. It's now 7:35 and order still not ready. Finally at 7:39 she called my name. Gave me my two sandwiches only. I had to ask for my smoothies that were sitting on the counter unthawing the whole time I was sitting there. Nope. It's a no for me! Won't be back! read more

Ok so I came here the day after wanting to 'cleanse' up a bit after a night of burgers. The other reviews are true that this place is slow. It seemed like the employees were working hard for the most part, I'm not sure if it is just the system they have in place, but it seems very inefficient. I'd highly recommend ordering ahead of time if they allow this. The business should probably work on the flow a bit. I took off a star for this. My 2nd star I took off was just the taste/price of the smoothies-- quite frankly I've had and made better. My wife got the dimmer: Pineapple, Mango, Kale, Spinach, Banana. I got the Pookies: Blueberry, Kale, Banana, Coconut H20, Vanilla Whey Protein. I liked mine, but hers needs something to sweeten it up a bit I think -- a tinge of honey? But I guess that probably means it's just healthier : ) I think for the price a few extra ingredients would have been appreciated. Overall concept of the place is good and it's got a nice aesthetic to it. I'm just going to need those smoothies to hit a little harder!! read more

We like the food when we come here but it just tends to be a mess every time we come in - not only because we wait forever and the employees seem disorganized, but it's also not kept clean. It's unfortunate because we like this company but this location just struggles to keep on top of things. I know it's a bunch of younger kids so that may be why, and I get it. But waiting and seeing them mess up several orders is still a little frustrating. We probably waited 20-30 minutes for our order today. If you do order, I'd say try to order online first in hopes that you can just grab and go. Check your order, though, to make sure they don't miss anything. I recommend the fuego huevo wrap -- it's delicious. The colombian, colombian plus, and banana nut are also delicious smoothies! As long as you prefer less fruity, sweet smoothies like we do. Good luck. read more

Beyond Juicery + Eatery - Doesn't look like they have swept in a minute. There is trash and crumbs all over the floor. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Southfield, Michigan

Yummy selection of sandwiches and an excellent selection of fresh raw juices and smoothies! I've visited different locations for smoothies and juices in the past. I love that Beyond has a great selection of recipes that are adaptable. I'm super happy that my fav smoothie item, avocado, is on the menu. The juice recipes are fantastic. There is a juice concoction for every health concern or need. They carry bottled juices that one can take home for a proper detox. I ordered a carryout of an avocado turkey wrap. I was well-pleased. The wrap was fresh and very tasty. It contained the right portion of ingredients, each bite was yummy. The wrap is so addictive. I could eat one daily and not grow tired of it. I'll be ordering often while at work. There are great healthful choices that are sure to keep me fueled throughout the day. Door Dash delivers, so I don't have to worry about braving the snow during my short lunch break. read more

I haven't tried the food yet due to them being busy all the time. However, I do come in for the juices. I love the freshness of the juices, but they can be expensive. I bought five and I also bought their wheatgrass shots...love them! One thing I didn't like was after the girl rang my purchase, she flipped the screen for a tip. Ummm, all that happened was that she rang my juices up and bagged them. If I had ordered food, I probably would've tipped. Otherwise I like the place. The ambiance is usually upbeat music and crowded most days. Give them a try and let me know your thoughts. read more

Let me start by saying that I love Beyond. BUT this one, this location, a real disappointment. This is my third time in 2 weeks. Each time my wait has been ridiculously long even after ordering on line and toast my order was wrong. The customer service is poor. It also looks a bit messy. Compared to the other one I frequent in West Bloomfield, this one is bad. I hope management can work to improve the overall customer experience here. read more

Beyond slow. Ordered one smoothie on app and waited and waited and waited. Does not seem organized. No apologies or anything. read more

Came into the Southfield location on Evergreen got a smoothie. Wish I come here every day and there's a new young lady working there with a terrible attitude I asked can I get the smoothie made like I always get it she said, and how was that I said extra thick And blended well. There was a shit load of attitude because I came back in the store because it was like a regular juice too loose for a smoothie so I asked, could I have more ice added added to it and re-blend it or just remade she started slamming things down and I asked her did I and she even got more piss so I had to really bite my bottom lip and think as a grown adult to just locate corporate or actually try to talk to owner I have met him a few times so be careful up there because the attitude is real funky. Don't need people like this running your establishment not when they're spending their money and not happy with the customer satisfaction. read more

This is a spot I go to for a lighter, healthier fare. They have a lot of tasty smoothies, fresh juices and wraps. I particularly like the cilantro chicken wrap. I add hummus and get it with tomatoes, lettuce, avocado and spicy cilantro sauce. It's quite tasty! I get mine on the spinach wrap. It's the perfect post-workout refuel snack. The next thing on my list to try is the Bright + Boost juice. It has apple, grapefruit, collards, kale, spinach and ginger. The ingredients are organic and it's only 100 calories. Beyond Juice definitely has so great go-to options for healthier fare. read more

6 thumbs up from this crew! So excited that a great place opened up near the office that we can walk to. I ordered the Tahitian smoothies, my one friend ordered the Skinny Dipper smoothie, and another ordered the Mango Tango smoothie. All were fabulous! We are all planning to go back tomorrow. The prices are not outrageous either, $5.50 for a 20oz. The wraps and salads don't sound to bad either. The inside is fairly small. I think if they would have turned the tables or booths the other way more people could actually eat in there. But there is also outdoor seating near Chipotle or Potbelly. read more

I love this place!! Beyond Juice has an awesome variety of smoothies, various juices, salads, and wraps! My favorite smoothie before work is the Columbian, think vanilla milkshake meets your favorite coffee! Also notable are the Total Energy Plus and the Ultimate Buzz (complete with bee pollen, yum!). They have many salads including some seasonal favorites, but I like to "build my own" which comes with your choice of base and five toppings! They aren't cheap, however, they do offer a rewards program that you can link to your debit card so that you earn points with every purchase. You also have the option to call ahead so that your smoothie is waiting for you as soon as you hit the door! read more

The products are awesome. Healthy and equally yummy food choices, who can ask for more than that? They have an awesome app so you can place your order and it will be ready to pick up. It's a 2 star or less experience because no one has clearly EVER taught, nor coached these employees about customer service. You couldn't buy a smile from one of these people. They are more concerned about finishing the conversation that you "interrupted" by daring to come in to do business than really attentively servicing you. So, if you can overlook the poor cust service. You'll get fresh food that you don't feel guilty about eating. I'll use the app going forward so I can pick up and go read more

Ran in here to get a smoothie. There was 5 people working behind the counter and the shop had 3 people waiting on their orders. I was there for 25 minutes waiting and the place was getting filled up with more and more people. There was a girl who didn't work there and she was chatting with two people behind the counter. She was distracting them and these two employees were not even moving with a sense of urgency. I asked them after 20 minutes if they started my order and the two employees and their friend just glared at me. Service is unacceptable. Will never be back read more

Terrible customer service! Walked in and wasn't greeted or acknowledged by any of the four employees. It wasn't until I said hello that someone asked could they help me. I told one employee that I was here for a pickup order and told her my name and she said it wasn't ready. After waiting an additional 15 minutes (mind you I ordered via Door Dash pickup order 30 min prior), I asked was it ready yet and then she proceeded to give me my order. Therefore My order was ready the entire time! Then she very rudely told me "don't order on Door Dash" as if the delay/her not knowing that it was already prepared was my fault. How dare you to tell me how to order MY food purchased with MY money! Or why partner with door dash if you don't want customers to purchase from there or if you can't intelligently separate door dash orders from beyond app orders - Will never go back! read more

I custom made my smoothie with bananas, chocolate whey, spinach and either peanuts or peanut butter, and almond milk. I have to say the flavor was really good, 10x better than Tropical Smoothie Cafe, which to me seems watered down. The only complaint I have is this was think and chunky, even crunchy, and I was frustrated I could not drink it using a straw. I just took the lid off and drank it that way. As always I am NEVER disappointed. My only problem is I do think the smoothies and juice prices can come down a tad bit. BUT other than that, this place gets me excited to eat healthier. My hubby and I have visited 3 or 4 times now and it seems to get better every time we go back. He usually orders some type of smoothie with a vegan protein powder added in and I usually grab a Beyond Bowl but this go round I had the Spicey Griego wrap! Omg, delicious!!! I choose a spinach wrap and it was packed with cucumber, spinach, beets, feta, asparagus, roasted tomato and hummus! Try it and thank me later. read more

Pricey, but delicious wholesome food. I've been to the Birmingham location before, but I prefer the Southfield location because 1) they have their own parking lot so you don't have to deal with parking garages or street parking, 2) it's closer to my house and office, and 3) it feels bigger and less congested than the Birmingham store. They offer a gluten free wrap which tastes delicious! It's a $2 extra charge, but I'm glad they offer a GF option. My favorite wrap is the Spicy Griego (vegetarian). Lots of good-for-you veggies, and the hummus adds a nice creamy texture. It's served warm. I also like the Carlo's Detox smoothie. It has spinach and kale, so you get your greens in, but it doesn't taste like you're eating grass. My only gripe is that it is pricey. Nearly $20 for one GF wrap and smoothie, so it's definitely a "treat myself" type of place. But I always feel great and healthy after eating at Beyond Juice! read more

Welcomed addition to the Southfield business district. It's a great alternative to sandwich and chain burrito restaurants nearby. Staff was super friendly and service was really quick.
