I like this Starbucks. This location has high top tables and good tables to work on. They also have a small patio. I find this location to be less busy than some of the nearby locations, which can be jammed with students. read more

I like this Starbucks. We frequent this location. It's our go-to place when the kids want a birthday breakfast. I also stop here on my way to work, or when meeting family and friends. It has a decent amount of chairs and seating area for its size. They have a nice food selection, even after the breakfast rush, to satisfy my kids' snacks. They do not always have every pastry, but that's okay. I like their gift items, cups/tumblers, and chocolates, etc... The atmosphere is nice, the crowd typically seems pleasant. The staff has usually very friendly and accommodating. They drinks typically come out well, and if they don't, they remake them without bad attitudes. Today, they forgot our food item, and we had to remind them, but they were nice about it. The reason this Starbucks location doesn't get a five from me is because there are some ultimate, amazing locations out there and this one is fairly average. That being said, I enjoy it here, and come at least once a week. read more

I can't help but be a little basic every once in a while and get a drink from Starbucks. I ordered a Strawberries and Cream Frappuccino and when they called my name, my order looked a little different. Apparently they gave me a "Serious Strawberry Frappuccino". I just thought the barista was being nice and added some more strawberries. HA no. Despite the slight confusion driving home, it tasted just as good, if not better. Idk who's fault it was but it's one I'm not complaining due to myself absolutely loving strawberry anything. This location is a hassle getting in and out during any busy time of the day being right on Woodward and square lake, but although it gets a little congested, they make your drinks super fast. If you've been in any Starbucks recently, you already know what to expect. In that respect there were no surprises here. There was a relatively short delay before I was able to order but this time was not too long. The location was convenient for me on my way from point A to point B and also located near other businesses. I ordered a big size drip Coffee, a Plain Bagel, and a Double Chocolate Loaf slice, one of my favorite items. It didn't take long for my order to come out. I usually need to fix my coffee with cream and sugar so I took care of that and finally sat down to eat. This Starbucks was clean and the staff were friendly as they took my order and prepared it for me. I go here often enough for other shopping and have only stopped in here a few times previously. I think I'll have to remember to stop here more often. read more

I mobile order my coffee pretty much every morning. It is always waiting for me when I get there. Someone always greets me and wishes me a great day. Perfect way to start the morning. Every so often, I'll order a large complicated order for a business meeting and it's also always done right. Recently used my rewards on a delicious chicken salad. I am loving the quick and healthy lunch options. The power boxes are super convenient. The friendly and knowledgeable baristas deserve a shout out and a high five. read more

Pros: Parking is ample Drive thru works Cons: 1). The people working her may be the least efficient group of any Starbucks I have ever been to. Spent upwards of 15 minutes waiting on an order recently. 2). Drive thru is always packed regardless of the time (possibly related to above). 3). Ordering a Nitro Cold Brew on mobile for this location means - they leave an empty cup and you have to announce when you arrive that you are ready to pick up. Following up on this point - why? Do they know that filling it and leaving it will result in like 20% foam loss, thus the drink being emptier than if freshly released (think beer from a keg)? What's the point of mobile ordering then having to wait? 4). Mobile app is rarely updated to reflect what is actually on the menu (mainly cold brews), can't order online, but can in person, who is managing that? read more

Frequent this location almost every morning and iced americanos are always strong and on point! Always use moblie order here and it's always ready on time and easy to run in and out to grab it! Very rarely is the inside packed when I'm there. read more

I usually frequent at another Starbucks location in the area, but I heard this location had a drive-thru. I decided to give this location a chance. The entrance to get in was super easy, and the parking lot was more breathable in comparison to the other location. The line was relatively short and went by super fast. The one issue we had was that my sister repeated the drink loudly more than once and they seemed to be unable to hear the order for some reason. My sister kept repeating the amount of classic and light ice. They finally fixed it on the screen and provided the total. We got three drinks and two cake pops. They messed up my drink. My drink was supposed to be a very berry hibiscus refresher, and instead they gave me the drink with the mango dragonfruit juice. They used the right berries in the drink. I tasted it and I was automatically disgusted and I told her the drink was wrong. I told her that seem to have accidentally used the wrong juice. I had my siblings try it and they were all disgusted by it. She immediately got to making the right drink and asked if we wanted to keep the other. We denied. I hate having to waste things but the drink was so nasty. They did apologize and fix it quickly, so for that I give them a four star for now. read more

Despite the wait due to being understaffed, they always make it pleasant and the coffee is always fresh. Hard times we're living in due to the pandemic, but the staff tries their absolute best to make up for it. Barb, Amy, and there is another guy at the drive-thru who always are so pleasant. If I could give zero stars to this location for their courtesy I would. I understand covid has changed EVERYTHING but when people are waiting in line at the drive through for 20 minutes only to find that the store is not open and randomly changed their hours for the day, that's not the best customer service. I called to simply let the baristas know and a women barista rudely said "yes well there are signs up everywhere in the store so....". I told her a sign on the drive through order screen as well as the window would be really helpful and she was extremely rude about this recommendation. We get to work together not against one another. Help out those who are willing to wait to give their money to you and just update people when your hours change. And when you see a large line outside, maybe that's a sign for you. read more

Went into this Starbucks to meet my friend and we ordered two semi unique drinks and were apologetic about it not being a standard coffee order. Our barista, DEMY, smiled and said our order was simple and she took the order and it was made perfectly and quickly. She was extremely friendly even though clearly busy. In fact the 3-4 staffers working with inside orders and with drivethru orders were all busy but seemed to be working in synch. All of them know my drink by heart. It's convenient that the drive-thru has a camera, because they see me and know my order right away. There are only a couple of times where my drink was made incorrectly, and it was from a new barista... which is totally normal. I'm not going to hold that against them. Everyone has to learn right? I decided to give it another try, thinking maybe they were just short staffed. However the exact same thing happen except I waited 30 minutes instead of 25! I have been a regular at this location. Today was the last day I'm going there. The last two months I have noticed the quality of my drinks decreasing. The ones I bought today were poorly done. I would have tried to get them redone. Problem was my second issue with this location. Not just that they have been having difficulty getting my order correct if I can even get them to acknowledge I'm there and take my order. When I do try to get their attention because they just put your drink on the counter and then gnome the customers I get attitude and rude behavior from the staff.
