Seriously, every time I go in at nights to pick up a water for the gym, I get followed around the store (by her). Then I am met with a snarky and unpleasant attitude at checkout. I also know it's just because I'm a kid (I know some cause problems) but come on, can a man not get a drink and snack in peace?! A little respect seriously goes a long way. Also, I've seen other people have similar experiences and I'm seriously getting sick and tired of it.

They have filled my prescriptions late, incorrectly and tried to give me generic, when I have repeatedly told them I do t want generic. Today was the worst of all! They charged me $345 for an antibiotic for my dog that I found out later I could get at chewy.com for less than $80. WTF?!? I went back and questioned the price and expected at least a partial adjustment. All I got was a shrug and an excuse. I will NEVER go back to this store!! DONT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!!!!! WORST EVER!!!

She barely looked up to address me and when I asked a question she seemed annoyed. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER! Also, most of the pumps do not take/swipe my Speedway car, so if I want the points I have to wait for the 2-3 pumps that work OR go inside (not likely, bc the people are always rude behind the counter) to get my points. This spot needs to be doing a better job, but they've been dropping the ball for a long while.

The geezer at the register argued with me tonight it was my card and not the machine that was the problem, all while trying to engage customers in political conversation which is about the worst idea possible besides yelling fire in a crowded room. I arrived at the pharmacy, was ignored for a few minutes, and then they said they had some back there - but they did not, so I should check the front. I told her that I would bypass my insurance and pay cash like I have been doing for the last 15 weeks and she stated that it was a violation of CVS policy to allow me to pay cash and bypass insurance. I explained that it was my legal right to pay cash for my medication and not my insurance and she stated that CVS policy supersedes Federal law. I recorded the conversation. I have called CVS customer service and the executive pharmacist. Steven returned my call and said they were going to escalate it. I will be without medication starting tomorrow. This 7-11 is different from the other two 7-11s in the area because it's closer to me, and is crummier. They never seem to have what I need (it's small, but pita bread would be nice), and the guy behind the counter always seems more concerned with his girlfriend than the customers. The parking lot (like most 7-11s) is cramped, and hard to park in. Plus, the liquor store right next door has twice the space, and I never have to worry about the staff copulating when I enter. If you really need 7-11 (maybe if you're a Slushy addict or something), go to the other one that's literally 1 mile north.
