Worst 7 Eleven in the area AVOID AVOID AVOID! The customer service here is crap. The so called morning manager serves old and burned coffee. When I asked her to brew more coffee because it's burned she gaslit me, got an attitude, and is extremely rude. I sometimes go to this location too when I am in the area because my family that lives in the area lives between this store and the one on Williams Street food at the store is great. Coffee is great. Service is great. Sometimes they have a lot more at this store than they do the other store, not all the time though I've gone there before For iced coffee for one of my family members and they were completely out of iced coffee so I had to go to the other location, but if you catch them on a good day, they do have an abundance of stuff and the ambience is great at this location. read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. I made an order through the 7-eleven app and when I went to pick up my order at this store they refused to honor it because they said someone else had picked it up already. This did not add up for me because I had placed my order 3 minutes before they had supposedly given it to another person. They kept lying and tried to tell me that the person who picked up my order had somehow gained access to my email and shown them the order confirmation. I'm somehow supposed to believe that not only did they pack my order in 3 minutes but within those same three minutes someone else had also managed to hack my email and show up at the store to pick it up. I also have a pretty unique name so it's hard to believe that someone had managed to use a fake email to pickup my order. I don't know what's going on at this store but I would not shop here if you don't want to get scammed. read more

Haven't been a fan of this 7-11 since all the new employees. The chubby Hispanic chick durring the day tries to scam you on scratchers. I bring some I win, calculate the winnings, even scan it. She tries to pull some excuse how she already scanned the ticket but she has no money in the box to give the money so just give her the tickets and come back later or the next day (ya if I came back later for money with no tickets they would throw me out thinking I was trying to pull a scam) She tries to short you on tickets as well or over charge you. I paid for xx amount. Then she will keep 1 or 2 tickets and won't say anything to you call her out hoping you won't notice. Does this every single time, I wonder how many others don't get all the tickets because they aren't paying attention. Went the other day for propane exchange, Yep same girl. I knew oriole she probably wouldn't get one. Walk in, no other cars or customers. She says I have to wait til the guy who works the next shift she can't/won't get the bottles. read more

It's 10:30 am Fri. Oct. 7th & this 7/11 has a female cashier who appears to be on drugs. She can barely keep her eyes open, she is slurring her words and can't get my order correct. I asked for 2 different skews of chicken and she rang me up for one of each of the taquitos. I've been coming here since 2019 since I live next door and I have to say pretty much everybody who has worked there has been great. Anna who I think is the boss is so super kind, very patient & the most genuinely welcoming person. I would like to give a shout out though to 2 very special employees, Juan & Acee!!! They really are high quality representatives for this store, they know their customers, they take time with them, I have never seen any kind of frustration or attitude from them & I've been there enough to see some of the things they have to deal with! This 7-11 is across the street from the office. I come here several times a week. What can I say? Kenny, the guy in the morning never gives me back my penny change when I get my 99 cent refill of soda or coffee. The Mexican girl who works there won't let me buy Flamin Hot Cheetos. She says some child died because of eating too many Cheetos. The bright spot is Anna, the owner. She always gives me a free wing when I get five. I still go there several times a week. read more

This is one of the cleanest 7-Eleven stores you will ever enter. Everything is neat and all supplies and condiments are fully stocked. The food is always fresh and if there is something not showing they will make it for you on the spot. The night shift guy is very personable funny and friendly. The owner is a wonderful person and she works right alongside her employees. I drive past other 7-Elevens just to come to this one. read more

This 7-11 is better than most! The cashier was very nice and they had the best food I have ever seen in a 7-11. They had a custom pizza with jalapeños and hot Cheetos on it and they had super fresh condiments.... I guess they chop them up fresh at the store. This is my new spot. read more

Dorian was so horribly rude. I was getting 2 slurpies and tried to get a vitamin water but it tasted like plain water and my niece wanted no soda so we got a gator aid. She watched all this and tried to have me pay for 4 drinks. She told me she didnt care if the drink we wanted didnt have vitamin water in it...too bad. then she told me to pay for it or get out. I told her I was going to speak to management about her and she threatened to call the police saying I was somehow physically threatening her by telling her manager. I told her Ive never physically hurt anyone in my life and telling her manager is not a threat its a promise. Wow. I have to say, my whole family goes to this store 3 to 5 times a week. I like coming here on a Friday night since its right next to the freeway. There's this one big guy that's real friendly & chill. Very helpful. He always knows what food's good. This 711 is the best always have amazing people working and customers as well their food is always fresh and if they don't have it or juste just out they will cook it for you on the spot, the fountain drinks such as soda ,slurped, ice coffee always clean organized it makes u have a drink without thinking when was the last time someone cleaned here, their hot coffee it's the best their always provide you with fresh hot coffee a good selection of creamers (like the new vegan vanilla creamer that is hard to find in any other 711) plus they always have whooped cream Incase u have the craving of adding it to your coffee. The customer service is great all the lady's n guys are always so good and have a great attitude. I happen to be inside the store when a person walked in and I soon as the cashier saw the person she greet them and said your usual and got the food they get and the cigarettes they wanted without the customer saying a word he had a big smile and said this is why I love this 711 always the best and looks the best.
