I really like that theirs isn't overly sweet, it doesn't have a ton of whip or cookie crumbles or syrup coating the sides which is what I prefer. The ube latte is sweeter but also not overly sweet like other places do. We ordered 16 oz but were given 20 oz cups, the barista said they were out of smaller cups. I think because of this they actually added more milk too, because the coffee taste was very light. I wish there was less milk or more espresso. Prices were high, $17 for 2 drinks is steep for the burbs. I'd come back, but I'd probably get an extra shot or ask for less milk.

Instead of fixing a simple mistake calmly, they kept raising their tone at me, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism.
