This is the worst 7-11 there is. The owners are idiots and the employees cannot do their jobs. I'm currently standing in a line of 10 people at 6:20 am. Been in line since 6:00. Employee is trying to scan in an order and keeps saying be there in just a sec. Thinking about pouring the coffee out of my thermos right on the counter and walking out. This is a joke. The old man with the thick accent shouldn't be working the register until he learns better customer service. He sat behind the register ignoring me, then started a conversation with his coworker (coworker was in the back of the store) was asking if he wanted a slice of pizza, started picking toppings off other slices. This 7-11 sits in the heart of Ramona, Califonia where I lived for two years. If you're traveling North on the 78, this is your last stop for gas for about 30 miles, so fuel up. But don't be surprised if the cashier is busy throwing a homeless guy out of his store, kids approach you asking to buy them alcohol or if you get weird stares from drug attics hovering in the shadows. This place seems to be a magnet for weirdos. The upside is that it's a 7-11 so it's always stock with quality junk food, old jalapeno hotdogs rotating on the "grill" and a stocked slurpy and soda machine. Also if you get there on a delivery day, you may be able to get a fresh Julian pie. read more

Inside the employees are friendly and the place is clean. Outside it kind of ties with Circle K for being Dirtbag Central. Always shady people hanging around nearby. I like that they have sugar free Slurpees. Good for a type 1 diabetic and good for not giving your kids a sugar rush. Son got a medium sugar free Slurpee and liked it. Their Slurpees are more expensive than Circle K Polar Pops but they don't have the sugar free option. read more

I witnessed the tall skinny guy working the night shift there assault a young man that seemed to have some sort of a disability. It was very sad because the young man didn't do anything, he had just walked up. I was taking my mom to the hospital and stopped to get gas so I was unable to stay and call the sheriff on him. I hope the manager sees this review and fires that jerk. It took place on 5/11/2019 at about 3:30am. I for one will not buy anything at that store again. Management did nothing to resolve this problem, I noticed the guy is still working there. I called to let management know about the incident and the owner just played dumb. I have diligently spread the word to as many people as possible. read more

After waiting behind 3 people in line I inquired about a product and the fine young man working behind the counter directed me to the area where proposed product could be found. I never really like to just blurt out questions while there are others in line because, as has happened in the past, I might need further details. Immediately after I got to the spot to begin my search I heard the eloquent, "YG & Nipsey Hussle "FDT (Fuck Donald Trump)" blasting from some kind of stereo and turned up lougly enough to offend a customer that happened to stop in while I was involved in my search. It is your typical 7eleven, all they yummy stuff you should not eat is there. A small gas station is there which is a tight fit so be careful. Then there are the people who spend the better part of their day asking for cigarettes and change, all the things you can count on from 7eleven. read more

It's 8am and there is 3 employees in the store, TWO of which are the owners and there aren't ANY lids for the coffee cups, most of the coffee is empty, the French vanilla creamer is empty AND the creamer dispenser for French vanilla on the other side of the coffee counter has been broken for months!
