They don't honor the prices they put on the shelves. It's poor customer service to not honor the sticker price even if it's "wrong" on their point of sales system. For example when I went there this morning they had a sticker saying "2 Yerba mate's for $6." When I got to the register the system was not applying the $6 price and it was charging more than the promo price. I kindly asked the cashier "Jass" to over ride the system and apply the sticker price, but he wouldn't! Poor service! read more

Food was fresh and great. The guy working there was really nice. He told us about a deal that made a bag of chips and soda free when I bought a hotdog. With the deals it was really cheap. It was pretty clean. read more

Sketchy store that won't honor deals posted unless you basically yell at the guy. 3 for $6 Celsius, tried charging me over $10. Deal is literally posted everywhere and I had to repeat myself twice to get it. Guy just stood there like I was speaking another language. Bad store for an amazing company... sad. read more

This 7-Eleven really pissed me off. Right on a busy stretch of the PCH on a corner with 3 other nearby gas stations for people who are probably road tripping between Laguna and San Diego or, maybe just hanging out in this beach town, who knows? Either way, what kind of 7-Eleven doesn't have a restroom - even for paying customers? We stopped, we're planning to buy gas and snacks and Diet Coke, and we're told no bathrooms. So we kept going, Bc I was going to pee my pants and we were going to have to stop again anyway. I can understand it's a beach and tourist town and they don't want people using their bathroom all the time but seriously? Give customers a key or something. Wtf. It's nothing special inside. Also small. So this would go some ways toward making a difference. It's a bad start when you desperately pull in to pee and stock up and this is what you discover. Grrrr. read more

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I have been coming here for years and loved the gentleman that worked the evening shift. He was so nice and very helpful. I actually only went because of him. There are several other stores close by to choose from. I don't want to misspell his name so I'm not even going to try. He has been gone since June and his replacement is horrible. I have tried several times to give his replacement a chance and I will no longer be shopping here. He is very rude and they need to replace him. read more

Most of the time one guy is very friendly! Very sweet and helpful the other guy not so much. Gives me a hard time getting cash back of $5. read more

This 7-Eleven had no brewed decaf coffee but when I asked for some, they would not make me any decaf coffee. The attendant said his boss would not allow him to. I drove down the street to another 7-Eleven that did not have any brewed decaf but they were happy to brew some fresh for me. I will never go to this 7-Eleven again! read more

Racist store. My wife and i went in to buy drinks and we each got cash back, separate transactions separately cards, different banks. The employee, preet told us we cannot get cash back twice. I explained we were each only getting $10 cash back once. We just needed a total of $20 to do laundry. Frankly, when I went in, he also looked at me very judgementally. I did not understand. I do not know him, usually a different employee is there when i frequent your store. We are good people. I live close by and buy many items here, spending about $50 a week at your store. I will no longer patron your store with this type of treatment. We are nice Latino couple, my wife is a nurse and I am a college professor. read more

Clean store, open 24/7, well stocked. While i did not get what I needed here, the staff was nice and the store seemed fine overall. Solid option to grab snacks and convenience items in the area, prices are great and better than most other places here. read more

This place has terrible customer service, rude is the best way to describe it. I don't expect much from a convenance store but this has delivered far below expectation. This 7/11 has set the bar very low. read more

very rude and sometimes yelling at the customer and delivery guys, especially To**, his name. I don't wanna give even one star.

I came here at night to buy a hot dog and a Big Gulp refill. Nobody was behind the register. I said, "Hello." Finally someone emerged from the left side of the store. He had been mopping the floor. I asked him for a hotdog and big gulp refill . He set the mop down, rang me up, I paid. He began packaging my food. #1 He didn't wash his grubby hands. #2 He only covered one hand with a plastic glove. #3 He grabbed and was touching the inside of the box for my hot dog with his naked dirty hand. #4 I called him out and told him that he needs to use two gloves. He acted like he didn't understand me or didn't understand English. Friggin NASTY. read more

I downloaded the 7-11 app to get rewards for using it. It's summertime and the slurpees are flowing. They are my sons favorite cold drink. According to the app it states: Join 7REWARDS and scan your FREE 7/11 Day Slurpee. A coupon for 1 FREE Slurpee of any size will be waiting for you the next day inside the app! Good for 30 days.* The owner of this 7-11 would not honor it. She refused to scan it for us and claimed ignorance as an excuse. This is why we have the app. We love free slurpees, especially if 7-11 is offering it. She laughed in our face when we said we were leaving a Yelp review. She gets a 1 for customer service. 7-11 gets a 5 for having the best slurpees around! read more

You have several choices in this area for convenience stores in this area and this one tops them all. What's that you ask? "WHY is this the cream of the crop?" Well I'm glad you asked. First is the staff. The employees are always friendly and greet you whether you trot in at 7am for coffee or stumble in at 11pm because "We need one more 12 pack on the way home". Second they have a Citi ATM that let's you perform credit union ATM transactions free of charge. It also does several other things that I don't need it to so I conveniently left those out of my review. If you're curious then hop on in with your debit card and spend a few minutes exploring. Third they actually have the things you want. The shelves are always stocked and unlike some of their sister stores that shall remain un-named (* cough * Cassidy and Coast Hwy * cough *) you'll never hear "We're out of that". If you got jelly and no peanut butter... They can fix that! Craving a weenie at 3 in the afternoon??? They got you covered and al the fixings.. Chili, cheese.. You get the idea. They even have pizza... And it's better than the little Roman emperor guy. Try it., whole pie or Buck a slice. Not all 7-Elevens are created equal and this one never disappoints. read more

I am sick of this 711 having one price on the shelf showing buy 2 and get a certain price and then going to pay and its the regular price, then told enter your phone number for special price and it is still the regular retail price. Then even when showing the cashier the price on the shelf getting a blank stare and "I don't know" Well I know its illegal, save yourself from having to be an accountant to shop here and drive to the gas station / mini market on the corner read more

Came in here this morning for a little pick-me-up. Wanted to get my normal coffee and chicken rollers. I made my coffee walked up to get the chicken rollers and they didn't have any heating up on the grill. first time ever walking into a 7-Eleven and they don't have something on the grill cooking. Put my coffee on the counter grab my phone opened up my app so I can get my free coffee Wednesday. The guy scanned my phone, scanned the coffee cup and insisted that my price was $2.09. I pointed to the sign on the door that said free coffee Wednesday with the app and he insisted to charge me $2.09. As I started walking out the door as I told him I was going to go to another 7-Eleven. he then looked at me and told me to just take the coffee because he was throwing it out. Here's another 7-Eleven that I will not be going back to in the overnights. I'm sure it's a better place during the day when they have managers on site and the regular shift employees. The guy that was working was more concerned about talking on the phone then doing his job. read more

Worst 7/11. Definetly needs to be under new management. Went in there and all of there food on display was very over cooked, even the clerk told me none of was good. They had no momey for change. The clerk noticed that the food was no good and still left it there. read more

I gave this place a 5 star because of the location (near my place) and because of the Manager who runs this place. Really nice guy, friendly and always ask if there's anything that he needs to bring in that they don't carry. He knows his regulars and really caters to their needs. I also love the Nachos, the Capacinno is to die for, and I would recommend it and have to all my friends. Believe me you won't be disappointed. read more
