My friends and I are regulars here as we go to Saint Mary's College which is like 5 minutes away. They are advertised to be 24/7. I came in around 2:00 AM last week. Door was unlocked, lights were on, and it was definitely open. But the dude working, man this guy hates his job. He rudely told me to leave because of cleaning or whatever. And like I get it, all 24/7 businesses have downtime. I know McDonald's has like a 30 minute period every day where they reset the cash system and stuff and don't take credit cards during that time. All good, that's my fault for coming in at like 2-3 AM. My problem was that this guy was so rude about it. Like he really hates his job I think, which is understandable. I'll still be coming here. I'll just hope it's someone nicer that's working. Also, some of my female friends are uncomfortable with the workers here for reasons that I won't really understand as a man but I guess that's pretty telling as to what kind of workers they have. But hey, it's a 7eleven. Maybe I'll update my review in the future if I have a better experience. read more

Still the same friendly, clean and well stocked neighborhood store that I remember growing up going to school and college here.

I grew up supporting small businesses and have never rated one but this one needs my word because customer service is very poor.

On 7/11 they made me PAY for a slurpee. Unacceptable! I will not be returning and neither should you.

The men that work at this 7-eleven are so creepy I don't feel safe going in as a young woman. Consistently when I go in I am getting stared at in a very uncomfortable way. Today the cashier was asking me where I live and asked me my age multiple times when I was buying a non- age restricted product. Very creepy. I will not be going back to this location. read more

7-11 Moraga. When Sam owned this store, it/he was always a delight, he greeted you, and went out of his way if you could not find what you are looking for. He even gave me his own personal lighter fluid and charcoal when the store itself was out, and he just told me to bring back what you don't use. I replaced it with new stuff for his being very accommodating. Sad to see him go when he sold the store. Now the new owners seem to be the rudest, greediest, and just unfriendly. When you take your purchase up to the counter, they don't like being taken away from their devices they are looking at. I go out of my way to stay out of that store, need just a six-pack of Pepsi, or Coors Light? Go to the Safeway. Need a Taquito, go down to the 7-11 in Lafayette. Period. read more

Really nice, friendly, and helpful employees work at this well-stocked 7-Eleven location! I stopped by for my free election day large coffee, and the employee scanned my 7-Eleven app, then showed me where the coffee area was located, and made sure that I knew where the lids were as well. When you're at a 7-Eleven, you of course have to get that sweet drink; a Slurpee! I stopped in here to redeem my buy 7 Slurpees, Get 11 Slurpees FREE coupon on their app, and they had all sorts of Slurpee flavors that I layered for maximum flavor : ) The parking lot always seems busy whenever I drive by, full of trucks from the construction crews working on the roads and building nearby apartments -- and kids stopping in for a snack after school -- and regular folks stopping in on their way to/from work. read more

7-11 seems the same everywhere. dropped in to get a brew. took me a few minutes to locate the coffee cups. shades of green and red they were in. something about a 7-election between a leprechuan and a devil. didn't care for either choose the green cup cuz the red cup was so girlly.-looky. brew: bunn coffee, (m1.75)french vanilla -really nasty stuff, vanilla tasted all of chemicals. -coffee kind of harsh. 2 stars. clerk was cheerful and nice.... read more

It was about 1-2am...having dropped off a client I was quite hungry. There really isnt much around Moraga at night and 7/11 was my one stop. The guy behind the counter was nice and liked to joke around. I just stood outside leaned against the car and ate my sandwich. Every time people would walk out of 7/11 they would look at me and nod. It may sound silly to review a convenience store, but I live a block away, frequent the place, and have NEVER been treated with anything but absolute friendliness and goodwill. Even in the middle of the night, with a tired clerk, they're still never too tired to laugh and joke with me. This is the friendliest place ever, and if more places were like this, America would be a better place. I'm not kidding. Going to work, they send me off with coffee and a laugh, after a long day, they joke that at last I'm home now. This is my favorite store in the Bay. One of the busiest 7-11's I've ever been to. Super friendly staff and with fast moving lines. Total slurpee madness on a nice day. Popular after school stop for the Campo students and plenty of beer selection for the St. Mary's students. For the family guy they always have plenty of those emergency items; eggs, milk, ice, lotto tixs and energy drinks. Parking lot can get a little crazy at times. read more

okay, ive only been inside of here once to order a little snack (can't even remember what it was), but i mainly come here for the red box outside of the store! the store itself is a little ghetto, especially considering it's Moraga, but i don't feel half as scared there than i do at other 7-Elevens. anyway, the redbox is super close to my boyfriend's place so it's a nice and convenient stop to grab a movie there for only a dollar! read more

i'm pretty sure this 7-Eleven is the best 7-Eleven hands down in the East Bay! the staff are all great and friendly, the environment is a great place for kids to come and hangout at. the staff always go out of there way to make sure the customer is 100% happy in each and every way. they always have some sort of promotional discount thing going on. love this place its super convenient because its literally 30 seconds away from my house. i recommend everyone to come to this 7-Eleven. yallah habibi's! read more

I'm sorry but I will not buy from this 7 Eleven again! I never really checked my receipt, because I don't think they ever give it to you. But today, I ASKED for it and reviewed it. Seems they charge more then what the items are marked. Candy is 99 cents for one or if you buy two it is advertised they are 89 cents each. Not a big deal - 20 cents. But hey, add up all the times I did buy two candy bars and add those up! Then the drinks - Arizona is listed at 99 cents each. They charged me $1.11 PLUS CRV! I have NEVER been charged more then 99 cents for an Arizona! Nice new alternative for me will be the new CVS across the street. read more

This 7-11 is one of my favorites. The staff is great they are always very helpful and they make sure you find/get whatever you need. They also seem to go the extra mile for me and my friends and it is very appreciated. I come into 7-11 a lot beacuse it is close to SMC and they have amazing slurpee's. Its usually not too busy and it is a great place to go late at night or for the 21 crowd to purchase alcohol. They have great deals on soda, beer, and snacks. I recommend everyone to go there you wont be disappointed :) read more
