Parking lots are always appreciated - though this one is kinda hard to maneuver when you back out. They have one which in KTown is a plus. I needed to start with something positive. I went here to buy a lotto ticket this week because it was up to over a billion. If I had a billion dollars, I would buy world peace & end hunger! And just like the Barenaked Ladies, I would buy you a house, if i had a million dollars. Well I was too slow to ask for the ticket I guess and the cashier yelled at me! The guy who runs this 711 doesn't know how to treat his customers. I have been a shopper here for years up until recently. Threatens to tow your car if parked in his lot. I was going to buy something from the Taco stand next on the sidewalk next to the lot, and then go into 711. The way this guy handles things he lost a customer for good. Place is filthy out front as well. He will let homeless panhandle out front but no one park for 2 seconds in his lot. Treat your customers better. read more

I have been a great costumer for 7/11 this location for a long time (mid-wilshier) and I was trying to get hotdog deal but then I change my mind to 2 slices of pizza deal which is cost around 2.50$ but the cashier he told me 5$ or 4$ something which is unprofessional since about a week ago I just got the pizza deal ! With the same cashier and he look at me and smile a little bit after I count the coins and it was not enough for hotdog deal and ask him are u sure it's 4-5$ ! Cus the poster and the deal and price was just above the cashier where he stand I feel like he making fun of me. This store advertises a big slurpee for 99 cents then charges you $2.49. The cashier responded that they ran out of a big size cup so gave out a xtra large size and charging $2.49. Simply scumbags. The corporate office should read some of the reviews here and dicipline the owner. read more

There's one cashier that I find kind of interesting because he makes jokes during check out that I generally don't realize are jokes until a little too late. Dangerous. Legitimately dangerous. Every time I come here the same two homeless men are out front berating customers for money. I usually don't mind, but these guys are aggressive and borderline-violent. They will ask for change and follow you to your car... sometimes reaching for you. This 7 Eleven experiences a huge volume of traffic (both pedestrian and vehicular), which means homeless as well. There is a local church that has a soup kitchen in the area that attracts a variety of homeless, but it does filter them down the local businesses. So on that note there is always a lively, ripe homeless person asking for change at the door--- be ready for that. Usually they are nice but it is a nusance and kinda annoying. I do notice the line get long but that store is in such a busy area its not the cashiers fault. This is why I am giving the business three stars instead of two. Make sure you pring your used plastic cup so you can refill it for $99 cents. Also the hot dogs are a great deal at $1.29. I tend to buy those a lot as a quick snack between meals. Worst 711 l have ever seen. They are never respecting customers. The management are care less and money hunger. I personally come to this 711 a lot but never again. Their coffee machines are always either out of service because they are very lazy to service machines ( specially espresso machine)the staff and manager are careless about cleaning the espresso machine and cleaning over all the store. It's very sad. Unfortunately the owner ( those types of guys are never clean ) and the store is always smell like a Sh.t I even brought that to the manager attention and he was very rude with me and try to blame their wrong doing on other things. Assist manager and manger are the rudest and laziest people l have ever encountered. The lazy manager and staff never maintain the store correctly. People walking in the store seeing all coffees have been finished and lazy manager and staff did not care to make new coffees. Me and my friends walk there multiple times from work ( this 711 is half block of my job) and 99% of times all coffees were out and we have to wait for long amount of time for a cup of coffee and either espresso machine was not cleaned because of laziness of workers and management and they will tell us they have to restart the machine after emptying the leftover coffees and it takes 15 to 30 minutes Sad and very sad place. this 7 -11 is ok. its just like every 7 11 but you have to be extra careful in this one. theres alot of people outside that are not friendly and might try to ask you for money or things like that. inside it is safe, but once you go outside you have to becareful. if they had a security guard it would be b 4 stars, but in this case they do not have a security guard. instead of 1 stars i gave it 2 because the cashier told me to download a useful app for 7 11 that lets you get free coffee and other things for cheaper price. it was very helpful and i get to use it at all 7 11s. thanks so much for that. read more

Unfortunately all the 7-11 I go to there are ALWAYS homeless people. This includes Santa Monica, Westwood, etc. At this location there's an old homeless man who opens the door for you and plays guitar. He can be verbally aggressive sometimes (come on, he's homeless, probably being though a lot of crap), but I always thank him and go on my way. He never threatened me.
