The gentleman that run and operate this store are the best. Very family oriented and my daughter loves this store. She calls them all her best friends and runs in to give them a hug every time she goes. I can not speak highly enough about these guys and would go out of my way just to come here. If you are a Simpsons fan, this 7-11 has some history. It was one of only 11 stores worldwide turned into a Kwik-E-Mart to celebrate the release of The Simpsons Movie. Much of the regular 7-11 merchandise was removed and replaced with Simpsons' stuff sold in the show's Kwik-E-Mart. Even the Slurpees were rebranded as Squishees for this promotion. The Simpsons promotion is long gone, of course, and it's back to normal here. Located just one block from Burbank's Burroughs High School, it's jammed after school and a strict no-backpack policy is sometimes enforced to curb theft. Have you tried the 7-11 branded candy? Super cheap and surprisingly good -- I am all about the bright red cherry sours in the 7-11 wrapper. Also good, if you can't make it to a bakery, are the doughnuts. One good plus with this location if u need a cop they are always at this location and it's easier to find one here than going to the Lancaster Blvd station. I am updating this review. Recently the store on Sierra has gone a nice upgrade and looks great. Issues with the soda machine are gone. The staff are quite friendly. They still don't accept EBT which if that is something you use, that could be important to you. I don't know their reasons for it. This location still has a ton of sketchy behavior. That's not the fault of the store. The store seems to be aware of what their shortcomings were and made an effort to change them. The store is a lot nicer to shop at now. read more

It's always dirty! The clerks are rude and lazy, except for the one woman that works there she's always polite and has fresh food on. The guys are very lazy and rude, there's this one clerk who claims to own the place, and if he does the store should be shut down and if he doesn't he should be fired. He's constantly arguing with customers causing chaos and making people feel very uncomfortable to even come in to the store. It's not the only store around but a lot of people who live in the neighborhood come there for something quick and convenient. Everyone doesn't own a car. But I'd rather drive to challenger or circle K than to go there. The cups are always disgusting and sticky and the hand sanitizer is watery, so it's probably not real or really old. That store needs a health review. Most summers or even most of the time the slushie machine doesn't even work. It's just a disgusting store and the owner should be embarrassed. The 711 on Challenger is always immaculate and the staff is always polite, everything is clean and the food is always fresh. This 711 gives that store a bad name. I wouldn't take my kids inside for slurpees or anything that's not sealed. Someone needs to check it out and or call the health department on them. read more

7-Eleven - a man sitting on top of a refrigerator - Convenience Stores Near Me - Lancaster, California

Decided to go in quickly for a quick snack. Noticed a sign that said 3 taquitos for $3. I went to the register and guy rang me up for $3.75. I said how is it 3.75? With our taxes at most should have been 3.35 total. I said something isn't right. He said idk it's just taxes. Cashier was very unhelpful, didnt care that my purchase was ringing up incorrectly, nor did he bother to adjust it. I mentioned he should change the sign since it's obviously not 3 for $3 and that's false advertisement which is illegal in California. Basically I had 2 options take it or leave it. I left it. And I wont be returning. Rip offs. read more

They are making there own pricing on items that corporate has set and all the other stores honor but this store does not and I have tried 3 different 7-Elevens in the area and they all honored the pricing but this location here they make up their own rules and when I FaceTime with it and proved it to them they still did not want to honor it and they said if you don't like it don't shop here so guess what I'm not bringing my business back in her again ever even though it is the closest to me the whole staff for manager the employees all have attitude problems. read more

If there was an option below the one star option, I would have chosen that. I try to avoid this 711 store unless there is a dire need I or my family can't wait for tomorrow for. There is a consistent pattern of rudeness and indignant behavior with all except the eldest man and the lady. The young mens' elitist attitudes, no manners, refuse to speak English and lack of respect for this customer (as I cannot speak for all), earns each employee I've interacted with a negative 0 and the advisement that they should find professions were they don't have to interact with anyone. As of today, I don't feel comfortable going into the store anymore due to factors stated. I'll take the longer route to another customer friendly store where my hard earned cash doesn't support ingrates. read more

The $5 for 10 Chicken Wings are back at 7 &-Eleven. I stopped by the location on J-8 & Sierra Ave in Lancaster, CA to pick up a few of these delicious wings.These wings hit the spot plus I love me some wings, (too bad WingStop or Buffalo Wings can't compete with this price on wings). After viewing a few of YouTube & The Simpson's video's regarding 7-Eleven's pre-heated food reviews, I requested a fresh 10 piece batch of the bacon favor & a 10 piece batch of buffalo flavor wings for my family to sample. Even though, there were pre-made wings in the display window, I was impress in the great customer service I received from The nice Latina lady name Dly (requested her name after noticing no employee's wore name badges). I backed out of line and waited for my order to complete. I couldn't help but to observe the bad treatment (around 1:50 pm 06/24/2017) the black guy behind me received from the india cashier (with no name tag and a bad attitude) who order a 10 piece half and half order of the display wings. Minutes later, the black guy returned with his order complaining (nicely) "you gave me the wrong chicken". The india cashier confronted the black guy customer and refused to correct his order. The black guy said " what ever happened to the customer is always right?". The india cashier responded with " What Ever!" and ask the next customer "may I take your order"). The black guy responded with "F@#$ Y@# Then" and walked out of the store. The treatment the black guy received reminded me of the treatment Korean store owners and cashiers gave to black customers in L.A, CA back in the days before the L.A. Riots. I would have given a 5 star rating for the good customer service I received from the Latina lady and the great price on the wings. 7-Eleven on J-8 & Sierra Ave in Lancaster, CA will receive a 3 star from me due to the poor customer service (border line racist) attitude from the india cashier. read more
