I got there on a Saturday morning at around 9:30 am, there was only one employee working at the cashier and no other employee was present (visible). The customer was purchasing multiple lottery tickets from different gambling programs and took her about 10 minutes to complete check out. The only employee (by the way, her name was Ashley) was servicing that customer and the check-out line started to get longer and longer during the 10 minutes wait. When I got to the cashier, Ashley told me that my order was cancelled because I did not pick up the order quick enough. I placed an order around 7:00 am and came to the store at 9:30 am on the same day, Ms. Ashley told me that I came too late and therefore my order was cancelled. Then I asked her for the name of the employee who decided to cancel my order for reference, she said she was the only employee there at that time and no one else. I did not know how soon I need to be at the store to pick up the order, but wasn't 2.5 hours still within a reasonable time frame for pick up, especially in an early morning on Saturday? Since she already gathered all my items, couldn't she just give them to me instead of telling me that my order was cancelled and sent me home? This was very frustrated and it was a waste of time. The store parking lot was small and space was very limited. I would not recommend coming to this 7-Eleven at all.

Located next to Verizon it seemed like the natural thing to do for a quick bite, a nice cup of Joe, and quick service. I'm inclined to say that since Starbucks is a chain franchise, they are the same in and out. That statement is not true here. I found this Starbucks to be immaculate with a pleasant atmosphere and exceptional customer service leading the way at the moment of entering the facility. I was given acknowledgement quickly with a pleasant tone. There are some changes since I last visited any Starbucks a while ago. One change is the morning bun was no longer available, so I ordered a French Vanilla drip coffee and a bacon, gouda & egg. It really hit the spot, and the French Vanilla coffee was a fulfilling accompaniment. The other change I notice is that they did not put the tip on the app. The put it on the reader and tell you to finish the order by answering what is on the screen. I see that jester to be tenacious and aggressive. It was very annoying to be put on the spot like they should make mention that you need to leave a tip but without saying, LEAVE A TIP. I understand that everyone needs extra but to be coerced to read something asking for a tip is way out of order. IMO!! But still, this is one of the better Starbucks! Inspire more, Yelp more.

I will give an A for their merchandiser. Although most people aren't aware of product merchandising, I am a merchandiser and I saw little room for improvement, one might say the merchandising efforts were not miniscule. The entire store was magnificent . My attention went to the smoothie bar, the lady behind the counter was more than helpful, engaging, and maintained eye contact when conversing. The name of the drink is Fresh Green (FG), the drink was obviously fresh as they have tons of fresh produce in the area. Kale, lemon, celery, and apple is noticable and gave a distinction taste. I am enthusiastic about my next visit.
