Worst customer service I've experienced. Aside from the young man who works there, the rest of the staff is consistently rude and unhelpful. They often don't acknowledge customers, even when you ask a question. I managed a convenience store for 20 years, and this level of attitude would not be acceptable. I'm not surprised to see other customers complaining about the same issue--many of my neighbors have stopped going to this store because of it. If management is reading this, please address it. I live in the neighborhood. Middle aged woman cashier works in the am is always angry and rude. Went to cash in about 15 lotto tickets. She shakes her head at me saying "how much are those tickets". I tell her about $50. She proceeds to ring each ticket still shaking her head like she is mad at me for something. The total is $60. She counts out the money behind the counter not facing me and just puts it on the counter and proceeds to the next customer. She doesn't count it back to me or acknowledge me in any way. Her name is either Chrissy or Christy. Her body language was so bad I could not really read her name tag. I have witnessed her bad attitude and rudeness with many customers. I will not be returning to this store. read more

Customers beware, the overnight employee is extremely rude, aggressive, unstable, discriminatory and downright unprofessional. If you voice a complaint to management, he will refuse service to you (even though complaints are supposed to be anonymous) Formal complaints are being filed with the corporate office, the BBB and the City of El Cajon. Whoever manages this 7-11 needs to do a better job at hiring staff I was in one late night/early morning around 2 or 3 am and the cashier accused me of stealing I hadn't stolen anything and he had no interest in handling the matter calmly I walked out of the store after I paid and he proceeded to chase after myself and my girlfriend as I'm trying to close my drivers side door I see him running towards us finally and as I'm closing my door swiftly out of fear he kicks my door shut extremely hard and actually put a dent in my door and made me fracture my wrist since the door is closed I swiftly lock the doors as he won't stop come toward us after this my girlfriend then starts crying and having a panic attack while your employee is trying to punch out my drivers side window repeatedly and struck it maybe 5-6 times all while screaming profanity and threats at myself and my girlfriend. All of this was witnessed by another customer as well which is extremely unprofessional attacking and threatening your customers as well as causing property damage to my car as well as bodily harm from breaking my wrist this is completely unacceptable. Even if I were stealing his reaction is 1.unprofessional 2. Psychotic 3.illegal I've done my research and I believe I can make a case to sue and have been in close talks with lawyers who said I could get a nice check for this incident however I'm not that type of person to take advantage of someone for a free handout I work my ass off for a living all I want is a personal apology from the company and employee as well as the termination of this employee indefinitely and unable to work at any establishment owned or operated by 7 Eleven Inc. as a whole if my needs aren't met I will be calling my lawyer and taking this to court. I don't know this employees name but I can tell you one thing for sure and that's that he's a nuisance and cancer to your company that will continue to be a bad look for your company and brand as a whole with how he treats others and reacts to simple questions. A description of this man is as follows middle age man 20s-30s would be my guess 5'10 Caucasian male with black hair and black facial hair not in the best shape on the chubbier side I'd say and had a bit of a nerdy and loser in life mentality and vibe about him how he spoke to myself and my girlfriend and the other customer in the store was very rude and disrespectful. I expect something from a higher up within the next 2 weeks or I will be taking legal action take your business ELSEWHERE!!! read more

Parking can be a little tight with very limited parking but access is OK from W. Main St. Located in El Cajon right off interstate eight. They have Redbox DVD rentals, lotto cigarettes and beer. No gas. read more

Usually when I come into this location, the cashier(s) are pretty friendly, helpful and know the store fairly well. They really enjoy their job, better then waking into a convenient store and getting a frown for a smile and being sarcastic about what you do. The gentleman that works early in the morning, possibly overnight, is extremely friendly, no doubt about that. My normal convenient location for my on the way to work drink and quick snack needs. read more

Quick check out and friendly customer service. Treats and food are usually always fresh and there's always deals. Anything I'm in need of (and it could be the most randomness crap), they usually have in stock and for relatively cheap surprisingly. Whenever I come here, I get the medium sized Snickerdoodle cookies (2) and they're $1.29 ... really good deal especially since they taste homemade. The location is not really busy either even though the freeway is like directly down the street. I'd recommend this location 110%. read more

This is a great 7-eleven and the staff is great !!!! Best 7-eleven store ever clean and stocked. I've been coming here for the pass 12 years and trust me you got to shop at this store and not any others around here!!!! The owner and his wife have a few store's so you know that guest service's is the key to there success!! This store has deals and deals and deals all the time and if you like to save $$$$$$ then you have to shop here !!!!! They have a coffee and fountain and slurpee card that you stamp 6 and get one free and any size. The same card works for every drink!!! This store has red box outside so you can rent or buy movies and games here 24 / 7 you can't get that everywhere!!! read more

I'm trying to see if this is the right 7-11 or not because all I see is 5 stars and it's definitely not 5 stars. This place doesn't even sell gas so you would think the inside of the store would be on point. Came in here for simple snacks for the road because we've been traveling for hours now. The warmer was damn near empty, the taquitos that we bought were not cooked all the way (not crispy or really warm) and then when we asked how long it will take them to make some hot dogs and he said 20 minutes! All 7-11s are NOT alike! Whoever owns or manages this 7-11 hired all the right guys, they are friendly, mindful, the store is SUPER clean and they have more of an assortment of things than most 7-11s. I'm not quite sure how that works with the franchise agreements but THIS store seriously stands above the rest. read more
