Staff at the cashier is not very helpful and refused to honor a DoorDash pick up purchase. They decided to cancel the order and I was never notified of the cancellation. Be weary of this store I went there this morning. I was told that my card declined. Which made no sense because today is payday, so I ran my card again was also told it declined a 2nd time so I ended up paying for my purchase with cash. As I was leaving I got a notification from my bank that both of the credit card charges did in fact go through so I basically paid $90 for a couple bottles of water, sandwich and smokes. Not sure what's going on there but it seems shady I will never be returning to that store again and I am disputing the charges with my bank. read more

I bought 1 bag of peanuts, then realized I was charged for 2. I immediately went back inside and at first the cashier said I bought 2, which I had not, then argued that I was charged the correct price by showing me a receipt. The bag plainly states in English, 2/$1.09 or 69c each. Obviously not a lot of money, it's the principle. Maybe cash register isn't programmed right. My wife and I have been coming to this location for over 5 years. It's our favorite go to spot usually recently we've had the same issue with an employee named "Shub" who is so busy on his phone. He doesn't care if there's 6 people in line waiting he's so busy on his phone he doesn't care about customers. Unless Shub is the owners son. It's pathetic to have a long line of customers and this guy is pulling out his cell phone busy taking a phone call he can't focus on customers. I hope this is the right place I am reviewing for! Since I work right behind this location, I often walk myself over to get churros (89 cents each). They are good and perfect for a little snack! Of course, I am always tempted to buy other stuff, such as slurpees, sodas, taquitos? or the hot dogs. Beware of the hot dog meal, though! You get a Big Gulp, a hot dog, and a bag of chips (only the 79 cents one) for 2.99$! Not too bad, right?! But looks are deceiving! Everything looks so yummy on the picture, but in real life, the hot dog isn't very appetizing and the only thing that is satisfying is the bag of chips... I got their nachos here before, too. I don't like nacho cheese, so I usually eat the nachos with salsa, which is provided at their little condiment bar. However, I swear this place doesn't replace their salsa! The salsa is visibly old with its dry and wilted ingredients. There are times when I want to ask them to replace their salsa, but I haven't done that yet... hahaha I'm giving this place 3 stars because the dudes who work here are nice. I always get special treatment because I come here 3+ times a week! They always greet me and hook me up with some free food when the manager isn't around! That's OK! Ronny is an intelligent man who works behind the counter. He knows my exact order at checkout. He's very personable. This particular 7/11 is outstanding ! It is literally a foot away from my friends house , it's extremely convenient and handy for any and all of the bear necessities. There energy drink selection is great and that's very convened considering in a avid buyer of energy drinks. The friendly clerks are always ready to ring you up and take care of you. This 7/11 is much better than the one off of Warner and Bristol that's for damn sure! Ps. 7/11s solicitors are also very friendly , this one guy Russell who hangs outside of 7/11 religiously and rolls around in a wheel chair, I promise if you ask he will bust out some tricks on that thing! While they were out of a lot of creamers for the coffee, the guy at the register had getting through the line down to a science. He had both going as to get through it quickly. Hate writing short reviews but not a lot you can say about a 7 even. The store is kept clean, friendly staff, and they have my favorite coffee - blueberry freshly brewed. I wish I could give this place a negative stars... Every single time I walk into that store it is the most uncomfortable and awkward experience ever. The clerks behind the counter stay on their cell phones the entire time they're checking customers out and usually don't even do that correctly. I have. Been flagged down from outside of the store while crossing the street evenbecause the clerk "forgot "to ring me up for a can of Coke. So then I had to go back in and have him go through everything will item I bought and then charge me for it even though it was his mistake. If anyone appears to be under the age of 30 they are immediately profile as A suspected thief. The clerks literally follow people every single isle they go down which obviously makes it very uncomfortable shopping experience.
