I'm not surprised by this reviews here. Went to the store to cash my lotto ticket for $10. Did I mention that the ticket had a few games left on it? This Indian fellow at that time tried to hold back and "trash" the lotto ticket with the remaining games instead of handing it back to me. Another time went to buy the tickets and I clearly said 12 draws and this guy gave me 12 games in one ticket. They don't listen and wanted to start an argument. Don't they know the difference.? I have been coming here to purchase Lottery tickets since that big Powerball ticket few years ago.... I try to buy tickets here whenever it goes up to like billion dollars. I was here in the morning and they were very busy. Parking lot was packed and there was lots of people going in and out to purchase the lottery tickets. Line moved pretty fast because they had three cashiers working for this instead of just one person. They posted signs everywhere saying, "Cash only for lottery tickets". This must be like huge event for the store whenever there is big lottery drawing.... Three big winners in recent years with total of 1.6 billion dollars! Cool! Good luck to everyone! read more

My friends and I came for the free slurpee day. There was quite a line and the place was somehow hotter than outside. We cooled off by opening some of the drink fridges though. Once we got to the front of the line, the slurpees were still in the process of freezing so we kinda got watery slurpees. They were still cold, but just not very icy. I got the Coca-cola one. it really tasted just like coke. It was pretty good, even if it wasn't frozen all the way. It was an interesting experience. Not sure it was worth it though. read more

Paid for 3 slurpees then when we were walking out cashier said that we didn't pay for them. He then printed the last 2 receipts which said that 3 slurpees were paid for. He continued to say we hadn't paid. So finally we said to check the cameras but he refused. After arguing for longer he finally just said we could have the 1$ slurpee. 7-Eleven used to be one of the best places you can get a quick lunch or a snack without having the bread on the hotdog buns being dry or stale. Also they had one of the best nacho cheese chips with chili and all the condiments and now they don't even maintain their machine their cheese is empty half the time I go to any 7-Eleven their condiments are empty or there's either cross contaminated with other condiments. I am kind of saddened that I used to be able to get a quarter pound hotdog here it was cooked properly and not sitting on there too long. This place has over cooked hotdogs sitting on the roll they don't have new hotdogs. It sucks because I really really like 7-Elevens food when it comes to hotdogs. And they have all the chips you need and they have the super big gulp that's their iconic soft drink cup. I went in for a slurpee and all cups were behind the counter so I asked for a small cup. When I saw the size of a small I changed my mind and asked for a medium cup. With a negative attitude the attendant held up another cup so I assumed that was a medium. When I got home I realized it was an X- large cup and also realized that I had been charged for an XL. I drove back and attended lied to me so many times. First he said medium cup was "2 something", and that in fact I had gotten a medium cup, then he said he had no medium cups, and then he said I asked for a small and then changed it to an XL myself and that it was all on video. He also said if I wanted my money back I had to go back another day and ask the boss. So many lies. Just be honest and don't try to cheat people. Don't be so lame guy. How sad! read more

7-11 has been my best friend every summer. I mean...SLURPEES?! 7-11 is definitely convenient for people in Chino Hills mainly because it's one of the few good convenience stores around. Sure you could go across the street to vons or hit up a gas station but do you really want to go and search for your item? The 7-Eleven has tons of things ranging from drinks to random personal items like shaving cream. Im going to be frank; when i saw shaving cream, it was so random that it just blew my mind haha. Anyways, this 7-Eleven is definitely convenient because it's right off the 71 freeway and it's pretty accessible. Also, the store managers/employees are always nice and one time the guy even got a drink from the back from me! and usually ppl will just say that they are out of the item without even checking. ^^ so definitely a plus! read more

I have been to many 7-11s in my life and this is by far the WORST of all. Right off the 71 freeway which is conveniant. Heres what makes this place horrible: -Super small parking lot with very few spaces. -The store is always super filthy from the floors to the shelves and don't even get me started about the restrooms. -Employees aren't friendly helpful at all and never greet you when you come in. They just look at you annoyed while they take your money. -Slurpee machines are always either broken or the slurpee flavors aren't mixed enough yet, which means only usually one flavor available! This 7-11 is great but I'm only giving it a 1 star since of the employee working tonight. Rude attitude and not the best with kids. I went with my cousin to grab a snack for dinner since we didn't have too much to eat at home yet he looked at us as if we were going to rob the place. Wouldn't leave us alone but then again I look young and my cousins young so that's expected "look out for the millenials they may do something stupid or take something."
