Because it was busy, the noise level was loud, so it was essential to use earphones to focus. Their menu had a pour over option, so I definitely had to get it. There was a selection on the side that mentioned different beans; I decided on their Columbia. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I got my fresh pour over. Coffee is good, table spacing was a bit cramp, and noise level was high. American Express is accepted here.

Upon arrival the shop had a lot of technical issues with their payment system. No cash accepted. With the help of an employee, I was able to order 30 whopping minutes later. I ended up getting the ube latte with hazelnut syrup. It is not the same as their ube coffee. The drink didn't look like the drink from a photo I was referencing, but it tasted decent. Ice level was fine and coffee taste was strong enough. There are a few tables you can sit and study at. They have lots of other drinks so I do see myself coming back from time to time.

My sister in law wanted a hot coffee and she refused to served it since the machine was "off" already. Then she proceeded to order a banana iced coffee (don't know the name) and again the lady refused to make it since it was one of their most "complicated" drinks to make. We ended up ordering two "quick and easy" ice drinks. We asked if she was working alone... this lady only had rude comments and answers to say (smart ass). It is unfortunate to be treated that way specially when it was my first time there. It is also very unfortunate that the Spanish Latte I ordered was delicious, BUT I will never be returning or recommending this place due to the horrible customer service. I have family in the coffee business and customer service is always a priority, not at this location. Very disappointed with whoever hired her and trained her.

WARNING: DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE. ILLEGAL LOTTERY TACTICS by a Toxic cashier Saturday 6.20.26 at 1:50 pm. Avoid, avoid, avoid., SUPER rude Unfriendly a-hole cashier who does not understand one bit of English. Dumb facial expression doesn't begin to describe this kind of thing. Essentially refused to sell lottery tickets (which were a gift). God forbid you ask any questions. Took back the quick pick for power ball instead of printing additional when my husband had to step in and tell him very slowly we wanted 5 Power Ball quick picks and Super Lotto. I'm like!?!? How is this LEGAL? He wouldn't sell the Ca lottery quick picks. The cashier: male w Grey hair around 5'7" with a dough face just stood there refusing to be helpful. Almost mute or possibly racist. Why on earth would anybody employ such an evil man. If you don't speak the language , learn!!! Miserable, sad, lonely, soulless, clueless, hateful disgusting little, tiny man. EDIT: I will report this store to the Lottery Commission for unlawful Lottery practices since this is a common deceptive way of conducting business: 1. It violates California State Lottery Retailer Rules Once a terminal prints a Powerball or Mega Millions Quick Pick ticket, it cannot be canceled or refunded under California Lottery rules. The Clerk's Violation: Because the store has to pay the state for every single ticket that prints out, a cashier cannot just "take back" or void a validly printed draw ticket. By taking yours back and refusing to hand them over or let you buy the rest, he was mishandling official state lottery property. Why the Lottery Investigates This: Retailers are contractually strictly prohibited from withholding printed tickets from a paying customer. The Lottery's Security Division takes this incredibly seriously because it can be a sign of a clerk trying to "pocket" tickets they think might be winners, or deliberately manipulating sales. 2. It violates California Civil Rights Law (The Unruh Act) While a business can refuse service for legitimate reasons (like a customer being disruptive or intoxicated), they cannot legally refuse service based on arbitrary bias or protected characteristics. read more

Horrible and disgusting , I stop by every Saturday on my way to my son's game to get him his water and an energy drink for myself... as I was walking down the aisle in between the coffees a HUGE RAT!! ran right in front of me and under the Amazon parcel, I screamed in shock because it scared me(something you don't expect obviously) I was the only person in there at the time and the attendant came over to see why I screamed and she said oh I'll let the manager know and as people began coming in the store she went back to her register and brushed it off. That was disgusting they have food racks that they making to rollers and pizza on and I can only imagine what goes on in there at night with rats climbing and running around. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Even after trying several times, he still couldn't fix it immediately, but instead of giving up, he decided to call customer service himself using the store phone. While I was waiting, I watched him doing everything at once -- taking orders, making coffee, warming food, and talking with customer service at the same time. Even though the store was packed, he stayed calm, patient, and professional the entire time. I could really feel how much he cared about helping me. Thankfully, the issue was solved very quickly. But what touched me the most happened afterward. Daniel sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and mentioned that he noticed I was pushing a stroller in the very hot weather. Honestly, my baby had been crying in the car on the way there, and I was already feeling stressed and overwhelmed. But when Daniel looked me in the eyes and said those words so sincerely, I truly felt moved. There are probably 3 or 4 Starbucks locations nearby, yet this small store is still packed every day. After today, I completely understand why. A good manager creates a great team and atmosphere, and customers can genuinely feel the difference.
