Horrendous service. Extremely rude workers, yelling at me when I was asking a simple question. I was trying to redeem a lottery ticket and Habib would just yell, legit yell "NO MONEY". I responded, okay, I understand you have no money but you don't need to give me attitude or be rude. He just kept yelling "NO MONEY". He caused a scene delaying service to me. A line formed and it got really embarrassing. I don't believe he belongs behind a cash register serving customers. Terrible representation of 7/11. read more

I come here for snacks or other last minute items sometimes because of its proximity to my house. Service is whatever, has definitely gone down throughout the years. This review is based on the nachos. And the employees at the time. I came into here to get nachos. Should have known it was going to be bad from the start when I put Pico on top of the nachos it was frozen with ice. I continued to dress them with some cheese paid then left. As we were on the freeway I notice what looked like little hairs all in the cheese. And long and behold. They were. All through out my nachos in the cheese. Never again! read more

7-Eleven - rain on the window of a store - Convenience Stores Near Me - Burbank, California

I walked to this location specifically to purchase a Powerball ticket on January 13th. To my surprise I was treated very rudely and disrespected by one of the Clerks. His name tag said "Jerry". He was very upset that I was using quarters, dimes and nickels to purchase 6 tickets. Please keep in mind most of my coins were quarters. He stated " You are lucky there is not a long line, because I would not be taking your money! He continued his rant by expressing how taking my change is a waste of time, sighing, posturing, taking deep breaths, all the while still processing the transaction (Printing Tickets). Another clerk (Agmed?) witnessed his actions and immediately began to take my change. He was clearly embarrassed by Jerry's behavior. I commend this employee (Agmed name on Tag?) on his professionalism, as he tried to make up for his coworkers behavior. The action of Agmed?, is the only reason I continued my purchase. I also found out "Jerry" was not the owner of the 7-11. This is one of my neighborhood 7-11 stores which I had frequented prior to this incident. It is a shame that this location has hired an employee that has NO customer service skills. This employee is bold with his disrespect towards customers and unfortunately has the power to pick and choose what type of money (coins or bills) is worth his time! I sincerely hope the business owner cares enough about the reputation of his business, the residents of this community and the public which his Burbank 7-11 store location serves, by finding a new employee. read more

So i found out that if you sign up for the 7 eleven rewards thing, they give you something for free. So i went to this store, went up to the cashier and asked if I could claim this here (so I showed my phone) and He didnt said anything, he took the phone and I showed him the barcode to scan, and he kept poking it, dang idk why, its like he didnt want to scan it, and he was scrolling around the 7eleven site for like a full minute, and i said, just scan it. And when he scanned it, he punched something on the screen, and asked for 1.99 for the iced coffee. I thought that was FREE! And on the site it said it was FREE! and then he left the counter to do something, and I just decided to leave, because there was a long line behind me! WHAT A GOOD WAY TO START THE DAY! I think the only thing that makes me give this place a 4-star is the parking. This 7-11 gets a lot of business and when you want to find parking, you have to wait a bit. There's a good selection of cold sandwiches and drinks. yes, I said cold sandwiches. My work is a 5-minute drive, so this is the spot to get some cold sandwiches on the go. I am not sure about the pizza or papusas that are sold here, but I can definitely vouch for the cold sandwiches. I think there are some candy bars that are not sold here that are sold in other 7-11 places, that should be a suggestion to the people running this location is to get more variety. read more

Worst store ever. I get it. The employee is trying to unpack their shipment and get it out on the floor. But that shouldn't trump the customers in the store trying to buy stuff. The employee unpacking the load tonight was so rude, inconsiderate and down right unfriendly. Instead of saying excuse me or waiting until we were done making our beverage selections, he nearly ran us over on several occasions, pushed my son aside and started making huffing noises and throwing things on the floor to startle us out of the way.
