I wish I could give zero stars. Went in today to pick up my prescription, a power outage took out…read morethe system. Ok, not thier fault. But what got me is they have no functional backup system. I'm not trying to fill some pain pills or something, I'm not trying to abuse the system. I'm a man fighting a tumor who needs my meds to simply survive and I need to take these meds at a certain time once per week. What really got me is the lady behind the counter tells me that "even if I could fill it, I don't have the needles you need to take it" and those would be a few days out. No backup system, nothing in stock despite the app saying it was in and ready for pickup. This is the type of thing that lands people in the ER. It has a real impact on lives. Once the system is back, I'll pick up my meds, call my doctor, and transfer everything to literally anywhere else. This is not just wrong, it's cruel. Do not fill your meds here. Do not shop here. Do not support a business that doesn't care at all about the lives and wellbeing of people counting on them for medication.

His voice was so soft and we told him we couldn't hear him and he just never changed. Just ask for everything talking real soft you're talking to elderly people you know you should try opening your mouth then he gives us some the medication for my wife and never says thank you or anything just close the window. What a rude punk I would avoid this Walgreens it all cost terrible terrible customer service and I'm sure they're corporate. I went in to fill a prescription today, knowing in advance that my copay would be $96.99. When Jaiman saw how much I was going to have to pay, he told me to wait a minute. He went to his computer screen and after a minute or two he told me he located a coupon for my medication and with the coupon, my copay was reduced to $36! Can you imagine? This young man should be commended for what he did for me! It's so wonderful when a young adult takes the time to help a senior (I am 76). There's one unfriendly woman in particular who has to say "sir" in every other word. Doesn't smile. Comes off sounding like an army sergeant or a robot. It's not polite. It's annoying and triggers my PTSD. The pharmacy employees are fine, usually friendly, helpful, but sadly overworked. Nothing new with any slave-labored pharmacy anywhere, but they're much more pleasant to deal with than the front-end store clerks. Being the ONLY drug/convenience store in town, it leaves little choice to shop there.
