I usually love 7Brew, but this Malabar location continues to disappoint me. This morning around 6:40 am, I pulled in with about three cars ahead of me. After the girl took an order, she went on to help at least four other cars that arrived after I did, even though she looked right at my car multiple times, so she knew I was there. By the time I was finally helped, I was already frustrated. I explained what had happened to the girl who came up, and she just said, "Sorry, I just got here," which didn't really address the situation. This isn't the first time I've had issues at this location. I go to the Palm Bay 7Brew all the time and never have problems, but every time I end up at the Malabar one, it's something like this. After reading and listening to all the hype of Palm Bay getting its first 7 Brew Coffee, I was out and about to pass the new business. Since it was coming up on my right side (heading East on Malabar Rd.), I thought it would be an easy shot to try something from them. Firstly, 7 Brew is still brand spanking new. Ergo, as of this review, expect lines and wait times to be somewhat long. I am going to estimate that lines will die down sometime in late September, early October at its earliest. Since it is new, the drive-thru restaurant is fully staffed and had multiple employees taking orders in both lines. The kitchen area was still trying to get their stride, thus why the lines weren't really moving fast. Finally, I got two drinks: one coffee iced drink they suggested called "The Blondie" and another fruith smoothie drink. They do make your drinks to your preferences and since I am trying to cut back heavily on sugar since it is in everything, they made my "The Blondie" sugar free. Still was good though. As for the fruit smoothie, not bad either. I will say their iced coffee drink was really good and I will try the others eventually. The fruit smoothie was good but did not stand out from other places. Overall, 7 Brew is a-okay. I will go back if I happen to be driving East on Malabar Rd. and have a hankering for their drinks. I also saw they had food (I think desserts) so I will go back and try more of a selection to even out my current review if need be. In short, 7 Brew is an okay place to go and if you are unsure about what coffee or fruit smoothie drinks you want and happen to be nearby, you can't go wrong. This place reminds me of Dutch Bros. I like the bold taste of the coffee and the smooth creamy consistency. You can customize any drink which is greatly appreciated. I usually go for an iced vanilla latte or the white chocolate mocha. If you are sensitive to caffeine, this might have you jumping off the walls for the next 48 hours so beware! read more

We were delighted to come across 7 Brew during a visit to Palm Bay. We love Dutch Bros on the west coast & this place definitely give Dutch Bros vibes. Service was quick & friendly and there are lots of flavors to choose from including tons of sugar free options. We tried the caramel macchiato and a sugar free latte with coconut & white chocolate (just like Dutch Bros cocomo). Sugar free options are a definite plus!! If you like your coffee strong I suggest an extra shot. They have alternative milk options too so we were able to also get a dirty chai with oatmilk. Let me just say. If you like milkshakes, diabetes and uncomfortable silences with high school kids, this place is for you!! My wife kicked me out a few days ago so I've been staying with my GF Tabitha (20) at her parents house. And get this. No espresso machine? Huh??? So I found 7 Brew and decided to give it a shot. Pulled up to the drive thru. No speaker box... strange.. pulled up further and found a young man named Kyle. Kyle asked for my order. "Americano extra ice" I said. And the look on this kids face was like I was speaking another language!! You kiddin me?! Tells the girls my order and now I'm stuck sitting here with Kyle at my window while they prepare my drink. Kyle must have felt as awkward as I was because he started telling me about his life. BORINGGG. Flunking in English, mom left cause dads "abusive", why he's in a wheelchair, blah blah blah. And in my head I'm like "Uhhh okay!! Where's my coffee!!!" Lmafo right? So after talking to Kyle, which felt for hours, my drink comes out.. and let me tell you...... I might have well stuck a straw in a toilet a homeless guy used at 7/11 and didn't flush. And while I was sipping on my miniature septic tank, Kyle just sat there and stared... though I couldn't tell if he was looking at me or my truck nuts hanging from my rear view mirror with his wonky eyes... it didn't matter. Horrible coffee. I just wanted black coffee. Not good at all. They don't have any medium or dark roast. They just have an Americano. It tasted really bad. I do not recommend it. Unless you like syrup, carmel, or lots of added sugar. Expensive too for the small cup they gave me. read more

New coffee spot that recently opened in Palm Bay. They have basically the same drinks as Starbucks but lower prices and the cups may be a tad smaller. This is a simple drive thru, no indoor seating. There is a walk up door on the other side with a bench and table. I have been there twice and they are super friendly. The service is very quick and l definitely think it's worth checking out and they are open late, at least until 10 pm. read more

Great coffee. But the line is always way too long. I don't know if they have staffing issues or what, but i don't care how good your coffee is, i'm not waiting 10+ min for it. And even if/when you finally do make it through the line, you're subjected to Disney songs blasting through the speakers while you wait. Why are there Disney songs playing at a coffee drive thru? Horrible experience this morning. My 3rd try at this new coffee stand. Waited in line for 10 minutes because only 1 lane was open. The car in front of me ordered and then they opened the 2nd lane...everyone behind me got in the 2nd lane and suddenly I was last in line now behind 10 cars For a company that cultivates kindness they did not show that to me today. Do not go to this location if you have a dairy allergy or intolerance! The shift lead "Obie" is incredibly tactless and condescending when it comes to handling THEIR mistake! I ordered a large latte with oat milk, PAID for a large latte with oat milk. Well it tasted horrible, like old coffee and not at all like espresso - not at all like a 7Brew coffee. I never return drinks but 7Brew employees are typically so nice and cool, I thought "why not I'll just ask them to remake it." I brought my (full, un drank) latte back immediately and nicely asked them to re-make it as before - iced latte with oat milk. The shift lead "Obie" approached my vehicle as I was re-ordering with the employee and she didn't hear the whole conversation, just grabbed the latte from me and left to remake the drink - very abrupt, said nothing to me. Obie then brought me a new drink back, shoved it to me through my car window and said nothing to me before walking away. I drove away because this interaction was appalling. When I drove away, I realized that the drink I was handed was definitely made with cream - which I am allergic to! I originally paid extra for oat milk, and now I had a full cream drink which I took a few sips of before realizing it wasn't oat milk. So, now I'm freaking out because I'm definitely going to get sick + I am out the money I paid for my original drink because I can't safely consume the one I was just given. I decided to call corporate 7Brew to ask them what I should do - to which they advised I go back once more to ask them to remake the drink. When I arrived, Obie once again came up to my car and insisted I did NOT order with oat milk, that yes the latte I had was made with cream, and that she was not going to remake it unless I paid for a new one. I was speechless! I argued with her about the seriousness of my allergy and she did NOT care, no concern or apology - nothing. Because to her, I was wrong and did not order oat milk. I pleaded with her because I returned the previous two (full) drinks and explained that if I wanted free coffee I wouldn't be bringing back the previous ones! With that she agreed to remake the drink "one more time" but insisted I was in the wrong here. I then drove forward while she remade my drink yet again and asked the nice employee who took my first and second order if I had ordered oat milk, to which she said yes! When Obie came back I tried once again to reason with her as to how crap of an experience this was for me, how as a shift lead she should be way nicer and understanding of customers with allergies and she DID not care. Continued to try to shove me out of her line because they "are very busy". I guess that's how this location treats regular customers. I will NOT be returning. Also, as the icing on the cake - I got home and pulled my dash cam footage because I thought "perhaps Obie is right, perhaps I didn't say oat milk and the employee and I were both wrong" but guess what?!? I pulled my dash cam footage and every single time I ordered I said OATMILK. Cold, hard proof if you want to see it, OBIE! Obie needs more training on sensitivity and conflict resolution, perhaps her insubordinates could give her a few tips because she's insufferable, while they are lovely. read more

Obie and the crew are fantastic. Usually when I get there, I'm not really sure what to get but after talking with crew member with a suggestion or two or three we always come up with something. Everything from iced coffee, iced tea, lemonade, smoothie, iced smooth 7, iced brunette has all been delicious. I've been there 30+ times. Malabar crew knows me as the Cherry Man.
