But I feel the management needs to do a little customer service training. When I arrived, no one was in the restaurant including staff. I called out a few times and finally an attendant came out. She greeted me and asked me what I wanted and when I started to tell her, the phone rang. She did say excuse me, but then started to take the order on the phone while I just stood there. You should always place the person on hold on the phone and help the person who arrived first. It was rude and I was so turned off, I just left and went and got boba by my house. We always stop here when we're down and every-time we drive by!! They fast friendly service is amazing and we don't wait long for our Boba orders! The Thai milk tea is made fresh, NOT from a powder mix. My DH usually gets a fruit combo and this time he ordered a staff daily special of Mango, Peach Green tea! I tasted it & it was very good! YUM!! Our guest had the Lavender Milk Tea! FYI it's not dyed purple, it was a whiter color version of my Thai tea! The restaurant has comfy couches, chairs and a few tables with chairs depending on your methods of enjoying your Boba drinks or having a meal. No trip is complete without getting Boba Tea! This location is easily accessible had they have a parking lot and was easy to locate. Inside it is very spacious! We were immediately greeted when we arrived however we were the only customers at the time and there was nothing my one worker. We got three different drinks. They were all good, although not great, they were enjoyable. If we were in the area again we would return! Our favorite part was looking at all the merchandise they sell by local artists! Cute spot! I found it by accident trying to got to a Vietnamese place a couple of doors down in the shopping strip. They were closed but I decided I could at least grab a tea! I got an iced Oolong tea with passion fruit. It was very good but a bit too sweet for me even though I got unsweetened tea. I need to figure out the right combo next time. The tea was still very good and it's just my preference in not liking sweet tea. The girls working that night were both really nice and tried to help me figure out a place to find some more Vietnamese. They also helped me with picking out the Oolong for the base of my tea. I grabbed a Pina Colada cake for a treat for my boyfriend on the way out. I think the other location may serve more food and I wish this one did too. The place was very clean and bright. SCW and I were on a short road trip up to Melbourne as a little getaway during COVID-19. We came up to watch a rocket launch (several great locations to do that in the area) and I wanted some tea. I used Yelp to find Mima's Cafe & Tea bar and so glad I did. The location is in an easily accessible strip mall and parking is easy. Masked up and went inside and found a very spacious and clean interior with many comfortable places to sit while maintaining social distancing. We looked over the menu board and ordered. I got a cold hibiscus tea with raspberry flavoring while SCW got her coffee. I was really happy with my tea. It was flavorful and just downright delicious. SCW agreed and she really enjoyed her coffee. The service was kind, professional and prompt. Just what I was looking for. I'll certainly be back. read more

Finally after months of waiting I got to visit this very cute tea shop. Looking at the menu there's so much to choose from I decided to let them make me a milk tea which was very good . My friend had just a chia tea which she also enjoyed. I can say that the place is super clean and has nice tables and laid back couches to sit on . In the back in also a cabinet where they had board games . I loved the chalk board as well where you could leave a message or draw something. Hope to visit again soon . read more

Love this place! I'm obsessed with their passionfruit green tea with lychee jellies. The passion fruit flavor has seeds in it that add a fun little crunch. My husband always gets the earl grey tea with non-dairy creamer and boba, and hasn't been the biggest fan of how their boba is cooked but we are pretty picky about boba This cafe is run well and has some awesome people working it, too! I had adorable strawberry hearts in my honeydew milk tea made with soy milk. Yum. One note, even though this place deserves five stars for the friendly staff, great atmosphere, and lovely teas, it is certainly a little less traditional. Having ordered a less traditional tea, I was tickled pink. My husband got a more traditional one (taro with boba) and said the flavor was a little off. This is such a cute place! I went here to try a refreshing tea only to find out that they also serve boba tea!! My favorite! They brew the teas in house and have a large variety to choose from :). I had a hard time deciding since all of the flavors sounded delicious. I was originally going to get the iced earl grey tea with lavender, but decided on the iced rose black tea with rose flavoring 25% sweetene. It was delicious! My boyfriend doesn't really drink tea, but he ordered some out of curiosity since its freshly brewed there. He ordered the green tea with 50% sweetener and it was amazing! He even liked it and kept bringing it up throughout the day how nice and delicious it was. Mom tried their Cuban cortadito and she liked it as well. She said it reminded her of the Portuguese coffees she would drink in Portugal at the cafes. Everything was delicious. Coffee was delicious! The service was amazing today. We came in at about 5pm and it was pretty busy, the two ladies working were extremely polite and their customer service was top notch. I ended up ordering a butterfly milk tea because it sounded like a flavor I've never had at any boba shop before. A staff member described it as tasting like birthday cake, which I think is an accurate comparison. Overall, the drink tasted only okay--it wasn't impressive and it tasted watered down instead of milky. My sister ordered an iced peppermint mocha latte. It tasted better than the butterfly milk tea but overall was still average compared to coffee at other cafes. The inside of the cafe is very spacious with tables well-spaced apart. Had their house milk tea and was pleasantly impressed. You can really taste the tea which further exploits all their specialty teas advertised. What I thought was unique was the fact that they let you choose level of sweetness by %. This shows how fresh they brew and make the teas as other boba places have the teas pre made at the beginning of the day in a big tub and just serve as is with no special requests. I was here yesterday and for $5.34 I got a taro bubble tea that was different then any taro tea I've ever had before!!! It was good except for the oatmeal thing in the bottom and the boba wasn't very puffed up (the tapioca was very dense). Overall it's a nice place with kind staff it's just due to covid it's not very homey like it usually is... hopefully I'll go there again soon and have a better tea and get to chill longer. read more
