I adore this little spot! Bubble house is so welcoming, the vibes in the store are amazing and the owners are so, so sweet! Tons of local artists on display, natural soap products, jewelry & stickers. The cutest selection and it really makes the personality of the shop shine through. I bought soaps, jewelry, & stickers. I will definitely be back!

Excellent fast friendly service! The boba is delicious. Inside they have many crafts and home made soaps and other trinkets for purchase. I'll be back for sure. Great way to cool off from the beach!

Bubble House is a family owned, Asian owned, and boba making. They have locations in Sebastian and Vero Beach. Today; I got Cookies n Cream Boba Tea w/ Coffee Jelly & Toffee Coffee Boba Tea w/ Chocolate Boba. The cookies n cream could use less ice, I have tried this many times but for some reason this time it felt heavy/thicker, and the coffee jelly could be more caffeinated. Not a big fan on the toffee pieces in the coffee, yet the chocolate boba has improve from the last time I tried it. (IMPORTANT) I have included Bubble House's drink menu. You can mix & match by getting the milk, tea or coffee base and pairing it with any of their boba toppings. Also; there is a variety of small business owner products here as well from skincare/bodycare to stickers etc. (DISCLAIMER) Recommendation of boba drinks: * Sakura Milk Tea w/ Pomegranate Boba * Lavender Tea w/ Blueberry Boba * Strawberry Fruit Tea w/ Yogurt Boba * Cookies n Cream Milk Tea w/ Coffee Jelly Boba * Cinnamon Bun Milk Tea w/ Coffee Jelly Boba * Brown Sugar Milk Tea w/ Coffee Jelly Boba

Went to the one in Vero Beach. Very nice atmosphere and cool merchandise as well! Had a iced chocolate caramel boba coffee. Very well presented with cute packaging and wasn't overly sweet! Priced well and very courteous staff would come back again!

I love this place and I love their boba tea. I hope that the taste is consistent the same as in Sebastian. I still love the product. As for the service it's 10 out 10. Cute place aside from boba they do sell cute products for people who loves cute stuff.

The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and remained friendly and helpful throughout the whole decision process! When you enter, local artisan inspired jewelry, soaps, accessories etc are visible across every wall. They are beautifully displayed. Their menu includes various milk teas, fruit teas, toppings, as well as, coffees and and hot teas. They also on certain occasions offer various specialty desserts which I can't wait to try! Featured is their Sakura Milk Tea with Tapioca Boba and Passion Fruit Popping Boba (Ashley loved it!) AND Featured is their Lychee Fruit Tea w/ Mixed Fruit Jellies (so delish!) Cutest little boba shop in Sebastian! We usually travel this direction and have passed by but I'm glad we stopped yesterday! Lots of different flavors to choose from and the boba barista was so sweet! My husband who doesn't usually fruit teas enjoyed his strawberry one with strawberry boba! I really enjoyed my Thai tea and felt like it was the perfect amount of tea and boba! Will definitely be back!

I consider myself a bubble tea connoisseur having had it in multiple states including NY, NJ and RI. This is the best bubble tea I've ever had. Amazing flavors and texture. Made fresh and not from a mix. She also has a cute boutique store and has masks for kids and adults.

I was with a group and they went out of their way to ensure that we were all taken care of in record time. I have had pastry and that was excellent. Some of the others had hot food and everyone raved. Their place may be small but everyone is friendly and welcoming!

**INITIAL REVIEW**…read more North Indian River County, specifically Sebastian and Fellsmere have a very limited kava community scene. As a matter of fact, I can boldly say as of the publication of this review, the only mainstream kava business this area has is in Riverview with an Island Root Kava, which happens to be the biggest kave organization in the United States at least. And though I have no issues with Island Root Kava, I prefer local mom n' pop kava bars, and fortunately for Sebastian, they have one, Valhalla Coffee & Kava (which I will shorthand simply to Valhalla for the remainder of this review). Yes, by its name, Valhalla is also a coffee shop, but they also serve tea - both traditional and kratom - food, and also a vape shop. Given how small Sebastian is compared to other communities/towns in Indian River County, Valhalla being a "one-and-all" stop for these specific genres of business seems to work tenfold for them. Valhalla is located in the heart of residential Sebastian, right between the businesses close to I-95 (just east of the interstate) and Riverview which is also Downtown Sebastian. They are the eastern-most business in a small multi-business building which consists of them and two or three other businesses including a church. You will also know it is the right place as there is a fountain in the center of a very little "courtyard." Valhalla is quite a small place compared to other kava bars I have been to. I can even daresay they are smaller than my home kava bar, Kalea Kava. It works for them though as they are more than just kava (and kratom). They have a wide selection of coffee and traditional teas, and food, especially breakfast. Starting with their menu, I had a fair share of what they have to offer. For kava, most of what they offer are company products in which they provide for sale, but their two in-house kava shots, Odin's Nectar and Ragnar's Reef, are highly-concentrated kava shots with a lot of flavor. Pertaining to the "norm" menu items, their iced coffee is good for what they offer and they have numerous options to enhance the flavor including different sugars and syrups. So nothing unique, but you can make a simple iced coffee to your preference easy-peasy. And lastly, their food options are simple fair primarily on sandwiches. I had their grilled cheese and quesadilla and they are delicous. Simply made and priced well. I actually had to leave because I kept eating grilled cheese after grilled cheese after grilled cheese. I am a grilled cheese fiend. Ultimately, the biggest reason for me to come here is the community. Unlike other kava communities, this one definitely shows more unity given the fact that Sebastian is definitely more right-leaning. Yet despite where you stand, everyone is kind and respectable to each other, kind of like how it was amongst people in the 90s before political correctness became the cudgel for destruction it is today. Because of its position in the community it is in, I am giving Valhalla a four-out-of-five star rating for this review. If you every stop by, tell Carlin I said hello. He's usually the tender there when I arrive on Friday nights. And if Valhalla remains consistent with their wares and service, I will definitely update this review, giving them their fifth star for consistency.

**INITIAL REVIEW**…read more Some of you know that I am often brought to historic downtowns and villages in hopes of "letterbox seeding" them. As I get close to concluding Historic Downtown Melbourne/Melbourne Main Street, I am moving both south to Sebastian Riverview Area and north to the Eau Gallie Art District. Today, I decided to further check out the Sebastian Riverview Area and it looks like I'll be getting more done here as I discover more "mom n' pop" shops. One of the restaurants in the area I've been to before is Cafe Latte da. Located on the northside of the Sebastian Riverview Area on the riverside of US-1 (across the street from The District), Cafe Latte da is a smallish shop ran by two women. It is a quaint coffee shop that looks like stepping into grandma's house, well, at least the view you'd think seen on classic television, especially on Lifetime. The women are very kind. Very friendly and admirable and I had such a nice conversation with them. As for the food, it was delicious for what they have. Definitely a place you want to support. Now for the overall criticism. As much as I like this place, I most stress critical points that may be a factor for other patrons. For starters, the two women seem to be the only ones running this place, so there is a layer of grime often associated with homes ran by older people. Each menu had a bit of stickiness to it. For me, not a problem. But I know it can be an issue for others. It is quite evident things need to be wiped down. You can especially see crumbs on certain displays. Next, the food menu is good, but can be limited given the limits they have. Take that as you may, but so far, everything they had served me was delicious which is the more important factor in my opinion. Ultimately, I am going to give an overall rating of three out of five stars. It is good to go here if you can be graceful on some things. But there are some, especially some of my friends who are germiphobes and get uppity if a restroom doesn't have a means to open the door without using your hands. Still, give these ladies and their coffee shop some love. They are pillars in expressing and progressing the community with all the local artists displaying their art, events, and activities they support. I truly hope someone can give them the assistance they need because this place is great, but I can sense there can be issues others might see, especially with certain priviledges we Americans have when it comes to eating out.,

Before I start the review I have a fun fact to share. Before I visited Pateidolia Brewing in Vero…read moreBeach Florida, I looked at some pictures and read some reviews. I don't usually read the reviews for breweries because I want to give an honest review based on my experience. But what drew me in is all the pictures of the draft board seemed out of focus and weirdly lit. I chalked that up to maybe not cleaning off the camera lense before taking the pictures, but what I found was quite the opposite. When I took my picure I also couldn't get a good shot. A little blurry and maybe slightly out if focus. And what I found is the place is fairly dark inside until your eyes get acclaimatted. And the way they have the menu board lit, there is a glare which makes all the photos of the beer menu board come out weird. I took multiple photos and finally settle on the best one, but it also wasn't great. So onto the review. It is small inside and has outiside seating. But what they lack in size, they make up in personality. Pareidolia is a little brewery with a big personality to match the name. Got to connect with the beertenders on duty Les and Kelly. Sorry guys if I misspelled your names, but you guys were awesome. I kept calling them Mel and Stacy, no reason why, but I did finally learn their names about the same time as I really started loving their wonderful beer. And another fun fact is their brewer is a lady. I am very partial to women who brew beer, because I feel like they do something a little extra that men don't. But that is a feeling or my own personal bias. So there is that. They have food here, but the food seemed more like an afterthought or a remnant of Covid where you had to have food at your brewery just to survive. We tried the Hawaiian flat bread. It was closer to frozen pizza with some extra toppings. But didn't come here to eat, and the beer was so great it over ruled any issues I might have had with the food. Pareidolla was my first visit and I can honestly say it was the best. The beer was awesome. Next time I return it will be my first stop.

Stopped in after a long run and this place treated me way better than I deserved…read more I started with a Coastal Crush Blonde Ale, which is basically Florida in a glass. Light, smooth, a touch of pineapple, and dangerously easy to drink. After that I grabbed an Unruly Amber Ale. That one hit me with toasted malt, a little caramel, and enough bite to wake up my taste buds. Solid beer. No notes. For food I went with the Smokey Black Bean panini and wow it surprised me. Smokey, a little spicy, and packed with flavor. The chipotle ranch ties the whole thing together. Plus they give you hummus and chips on the side, so you feel like you're snacking and eating a whole meal at the same time. Win. The vibe here is great. Indoor seating, outdoor seating, people just chilling, dogs hanging out, locals talking like everyone knows everyone. Super easy to relax here. Overall, Pareidolia just gets it. Good beer, good food, friendly service, and a vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer than you planned. Definitely coming back.
