Small cup, slightly melted as it was 75° outside where we sat. But heavenly peanut butter swirl.

Sweet, no pun intended, lil shop on Ocean Dr. The staff are all pleasant and the ice cream was GREAT! Nice to people watch from the patio and enjoy the evening post dinner.

They taste as good as they look.

Craving some sweets? Here's your place. They sell Bassett's Ice Cream, which is creamy and delicious. And they make unbelievable cookies that are made fresh daily. These cookies are BEAUTIFUL!!! This place is popular with people of all ages. They have smoothies and sandwiches as well, plus some other baked goods. But the pumpkin cookie is one of the prettiest I've ever seen, and the gingerbread snowman was delicious!

A very nice ice cream, coffee, and snack shop. Friendly staff, clean counters, and an inviting atmosphere. Tables and chairs outside to sit in as well. Stopped by hear a few times during our visit to the area.

Well worth the wait. Delicious ice cream, sandwiches and coffees. Perfect to eat outside in the shade or on the go to the beach. Plan ahead because they are busy!! but so so so delicious. Their corner veg sandwich is to die for & their selection of cookies is WAY better than any subway. So many flavors so many choices. Great service!

Tried cravings for the first time on a getaway beach weekend and it did not disappoint! They have so many options and huge variety We tried the peanut butter smoothie and it was delicious their ice cream creations sounded pretty amazing too. Staff was great, and really enjoyed the ambiance as well, cute little places around the area to check out.

Ice cream, coffee, cookies, and bread. We get it all at cravings. Everything is very good. Never eaten lunch here but they do serve lunch. Very fast service for the amount of customers they get.

A great (across the street from ocean) beach cafe with a large menu! It boasts indoor and outdoor seating with counter service for all orders however they provide table delivery and clean up...stopped for breakfast and ordered a croissant with fried egg, cheese and bacon -it was so fresh and perfect! I ordered a mocha latte and it did not disappoint! Nothing fancy but all you need for a beachside snack or meal...has fresh baked goods and large ice cream selection..pricey but isn't everything today-definitely worth the money spent!

The smoothies

Let me preface this by saying: the man who originally took my smoothie order was a literal gem--kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. If this review were just about him, it would be glowing with five stars and heart emojis. BUT. While he was making my smoothies, another associate (aka Mr. Attitude) asked if I needed help. I kindly told him that someone was already helping me but I'd like to order something else. Instead of just taking the order like a normal functioning adult, he cut me off and snapped, "Just order with him," in the rudest, most dismissive tone. Then he proceeded to ignore me like I was a potted plant. I wasn't being demanding. I wasn't being difficult. I was literally trying to give them more money. But apparently, kindness and basic customer service were not on his menu that day. So yeah, smoothies? Good. Original guy? Amazing. Random rude associate? He needs a smoothie, a nap, and a class in how to not chase customers away. Do better.

Treats galore~

Cravings was across the street from our resort and it became my go to breakfast spot. The smoothies are dynamite and Cravings offers a good variety of flavors and add in options. I fell hard for the mixed berry smoothie with almond butter and protein. I recommend less yogurt for a better taste. Their menu offers a wide variety of items to include baked good, breakfast sandwiches, lunch options, and smoothies. Additionally, they offer vegan friendly options. The service was great too! Finally, they sell 50% off day old baked goods.

Homemade coconut cookie! Very good.

Creat homemade cookies that are healthy. Nice outside seating. Iced coffee tasted like instant and was kind of "muddy" tasting and just ok. Came for food but they stop serving early and it Mr posted anywhere. Would go back on what I know and try a panini and just get water but definitely some breakfast cookies.

The service is excellent--especially Alex, the manager, who always has a smile on his face. Great vibe and music! One of the best meals i've had from restaurant in couple years beside a few my favorite spots in my hometown and surrounding area of Farming, CT. Fresh, Friendly, local. That is how after two different visits while in town the past 2 weeks is how I would describe this place in 3 words. Niko was Great - He made our experience that much more on both times we stopped in as well as even the 2 different employees who handed us our meal. This was so nice to experience especially from a "Counter Service" style joint. My 3 Tacos were so good, fresh, and we were recommended to try their WTF taco which is always nice to venture outside of my normal chicken or fish routine especially being that tasty. (I got this both visits it was so good) My husband is still talking about what we want to try on our next visit down. They even had some yummy soft serve ice cream that was perfect after our Tacos and my husbands burrito bowl. I have read some reviews saying 'Hole in the wall' but I think "Not so secret, hidden gem" I think suits this place a little better. On both of our visits they seemed to have a steady flow of customers especially our first night when there was a line out the door at 7 on Saturday night which actually was our sign to maybe check them out. We are so happy we did, and can't wait for next visit.

The restaurant has what is termed blue wave lighting so I apologize for the quality of the pics. I just didn't know how to escape the blue hue. Service was outstanding! We had a larger party and special care was provided to all of us in attendance. I started with the gazpacho, which was just okay. The paella though was wonderful. This Cuban influenced version is a bit different than the traditional Spanish version with which I have far more experience. My guess was the biggest difference was in the saffron which I didn't pick up here. Visually, and you'll have to trust me here, a wonderful presentation. A great time was had by all. Warning though, the portions are very large.

Their seafood paella is hands down the best I've ever had... overflowing with fresh, flavorful seafood and perfectly seasoned rice. The portion for two could easily feed four, but trust me, you won't want to share! I had breakfast there all three mornings of our stay and every meal was delicious. From the make-your-own omelette and fluffy pancakes to the avocado toast topped with perfectly poached eggs. The fruit was always fresh, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my husband's request for strawberries and watermelon. For those who are gluten-free, The Wave Kitchen & Bar is fantastic. They offer gluten-free toast, breakfast potatoes, black bean hummus, guac and salsa, and for dessert, a divine flourless chocolate cake served with your choice of vanilla or espresso ice cream. It's absolutely superb! If in the area, it's a must try. You will not be disappointed!

We arrived around 1:00 PM and happened to be the first people there, which was nice. The indoor ambiance is very casual. It's not really a place for large groups or gatherings, but it's great for a small group looking to grab a drink. Now for the service. Our server, who was also the bartender and chef, was incredibly accommodating, quick, and provided AMAZING service given the circumstances, so kudos to her. That said, she was the only person working in the entire establishment that day. While it was manageable when it was just our party, once more guests started coming in it was clearly overwhelming. She ultimately had to close the kitchen, which was understandable, but it happened before everyone in our group was able to order food. That left us in an awkward situation where we had to leave and go elsewhere so the rest of our party could eat. We still had a great time and enjoyed our drinks, and this is absolutely not a reflection on the server at all. This falls on management or ownership. Staffing only one employee the day after Christmas is something that really needs to be reevaluated. I genuinely felt bad for her.

It's such a beautiful spot, especially during the holidays when they really go all out with the decorations. The ambiance is hard to beat, and the view alone makes it worth the visit. The food is consistently delicious and well-prepared, although it is definitely on the pricier side. It feels more like a place for a special night out than an everyday dinner. On our most recent visit, the only downside (besides the prices) was that there was a very long wait time to get our food. Still, the setting and overall experience was positive so I wouldn't be against another visit.

I got the red snapper special, which was served over angel hair pasta with crab meat on top. It was excellent! Very flavorful - the crab was almost sweet, and the fish was just so good. As sides I got a Caesar salad, which was solid, and creamed spinach, also tasty. We ended up being too full for dessert, but had such a great time. Definitely have to check it out if you're in the area!
