I liked watching my rolled ice cream being made right in front of me. It's one of those places where the process is almost as enjoyable as the dessert itself. I ordered The View of Key West and added white chocolate sauce and toasted coconut flakes. The vanilla base mixed with fresh lime, graham crackers, and lime zest tasted just like a Key lime pie in ice cream form. The lime was refreshing without being overpowering, the graham crackers added a nice crunch, and the white chocolate complemented everything instead of making it overly sweet. It was a combination that worked really well. The staff was friendly, and as a first-time customer they also gave me a loyalty card. Buy nine ice creams or boba teas and the tenth is free, which is a nice bonus if you plan on coming back. If you're looking for something different from a traditional scoop shop, Steel N Roll is worth checking out. I'll definitely be back to work my way through more of the menu.
