Small location with just a few tables open during the pandemic. The gentleman serving me was really friendly. The donut holes (munchkins) I ordered were not fresh (at midday) and had hardly any taste. The new Charged Coffee (20% more caffeine) had excellent flavor. Whenever I'm on the go and ready to hit the road but need that 'wake up' call this is my pit stop!! I love their iced coffee with a shot of espresso and of course to compliment my beverage I must have their multi-grain bagel with cream cheese and a strawberry or chocolate frosted doughnut for dessert... mmm yum!! I went to Dunkin Donuts. Sunday the 10th at around 11:15 ish AM. I work at Pareidolia across the street. I asked a simple question about the two for six deal, etc. I asked if you can get the chicken bacon cheese croissant with coffee. She said rudely no we don't do meals here this isn't McDonald's. I said you don't have to be rude for no reason and she ignored me and walked away. I get having a bad day or whatever but I kind of called her out on it and she was rude. Young girl small height. First visit in 9 years. Now I remember why. Ordered a small latte and donut which came to $4.04. Back out in the lot I noticed a sign advertising medium lattes for $2.00 2-6 pm. It was about 5:15 pm. So the clerk did not think it necessary to let me know. When I went back in to ask about this they were not at all concerned and I could not understand what they were saying due to their masks and the music playing in the background. Used to go to Dunkin' every morning for coffee, sometimes stopping 2 or 3 times a day at different ones through-out Indian River Co and others when traveling. They changed cups a couple months ago and the coffee taste weaker and also they were using 20 ounce cups before and now there using 19 ounce cups for the same price, All their sandwiches are MICROWAVED, yuck! Their donuts come in a box from their commissary and sit on their shelves until sold out. Everything comes in by truck except their coffee is made fresh, but it's either the coffee recipe has changed or the cups makes the coffee taste different and I'm not happy with them anymore. read more

I am a regular customer here and most of the staff is completely not trained in customer service. They are slow and unfriendly, look miserable and there is always a line. I'm guessing the reason for this is that in this small town there are not any other coffee shops. The owners are obviously very focused on making money and not the quality of the time spent training employees . read more

I frequent this Dunkin all the time I order turbo cold brew and it takes under five minutes and to make. While waiting on the order pick up side as the only person waiting on their coffee a lady jumped in front of me and asked a question about a breakfast bowl to the manager and said oh that sounds good I'll order one and goes back in line. Instead of working on the orders that were hanging the manager started making the woman's breakfast bowl. By this time I asked politely if someone was working on the drinks and she says yeah someone will be there...but no one was at 10 mins I asked again. The manager, Kerri, says well it's because I have a cold brew I indicated that I come here and it never takes ten minutes to brew. Her only response to me was have a nice day ma'am. Instead of rectifying the problem and helping her staff make my order she was completely rude to me and just made excuses. I ordered a 'Fang-tastic Monster Cake' from the Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins on US 1 for my kids for Halloween. Blech. I chose white cake with chocolate peanut butter icing and the white cake was dense, tasteless, and VERY OBVIOUSLY premade. And if it isnt premade, it's bad enough it tastes like it is. Twenty dollars for disgusting icing-oh my gods it was AWFUL, some ice cream, and what was like eating a tasteless, dense sponge. Extremely dissatisfied and really, really disappointed. My kids didnt even like it. One totally left the cake behind after one bite, not one of the three ate a single lick of the icing after the initial taste, and my four year old only ate half of her piece which is totally unlike her. It was super cute, truly adorable, but I will never order another cake from them. It's 98% gross. The only positive was the ice cream and they can't take credit for that because any ice cream store worth their salt has chocolate peanut butter ice cream that tastes exactly the same. I can make better for a quarter of the price by going to the store and buying a carton of ice cream, a box cake mix, and get my husband to decorate it. It's not worth twenty dollars for decoration and thats all youre paying for, five dollars worth of ice cream (when compared to a grocery store pint) and fifteen dollars for nasty-tasting super cute icing. Never again. If I want ice cream cake, I'll buy Carvel from WalMart or make one myself. read more
