If I had to guess, I'd say that 75% of people (that's people, not Americans...pizza is international) in this wonderful world could probably put "Pizza expert" on their resumés, and 50% of those people would be right. I am one of those people. While I'm not exactly an international jet setter or anything, I have indeed experiences humanity's greatest creation next to music in several international cities and have made it a point to "try the pie" in hundreds of cities and small towns across the US. Whether it be a day time single slice, a late night post party calorie grab, or a beach hotel / motel feast...I can whole heartedly say that I've had the pleasure of trying a swath of the at least 50 styles of pizza available in our great country (yep, at least one style in every state, see video citation at the end), I can also confidently say that "NYC style" is the most famous, and the most commonly claimed by crappy pizza parlors in every nook and cranny across the US....Doughboyz, in little and sometimes sleepy Sebastian, FL is not one of them. It's not a neon saturated late-night spot on the strip, shelling out acres of bland but hot and satisfying jumbo slices. Conversely, it's also not a renowned and respected local Italian restaurant, lined with red and white checkered tables, and walls covered in autographed jerseys and photos with celebrities and athletes. In fact, as far as the actual venue goes, Doughboyz seems like an OK place to sit down for a slice, but not especially memorable (yet). This is exactly why my girlfriend, and I are so blown away with the DELICIOUS AND PROPER NYC style pizza that they make...and only between the unique and exclusive business hours that the owner couple is available to serve the community. Light, spongy, but crisp crust. Pleasantly sweet, but not overly "tomatoe-y" sauce, gooey but not greasy mozzarella cheese (almost sexual really), and what I believe to quality hand sliced meats, as well as other ingredients.... if you know, you just know. This is damned good Pizza and will make an impression on the first hungry bite! Now, as if that weren't enough. Doughboyz' ownership also puts their product confidence on display in a bold way by offering an enormous 24" monster pie that makes for an easy 100 liked on social media, while also providing delicious leftovers for at least one day (depending on the company of course). The best thing about this big boy is that after ordering it a few times now....it doesn't seem to skimp on anything compared to its traditionally sized counterparts, something that pizza aficionados know to be the oldest jumbo slice gimmick in the world. You get 24 inches of evenly distributed NYC style goodness, no excuses. Anyways! I'm supposed to be laying off bread and carbs for a couple weeks, and writing this review is making me hungry! Heck, I'm probably writing it today because I'm craving a slice THAT BAD. The Good: Very nice, friendly folks. Took our pickup order at 7:45 when closing at 8. Had GF PIZZA & standard. crusts we're good flavor & chewy. Toppings were adequate & tasty. Open on Sunday. The bad: Ingredients we're not even kind of evenly dispersed. slice sizes varied from 3" wide to 6" wide. Barely any sauce on pizza. read more

We usually go to Giuseppe's but thought we'd try something new. I ordered the special: 1-topping 18" pizza w/garlic knots & spaghetti w/meatballs. The pizza had a weird taste & texture. The garlic knots were garbage..they were stone cold & hard. The spaghetti was so spicy I couldn't eat it. I ordered at 6:54p & it didn't arrive till 7:55p. Either way for $48 I could've had better pizza & spaghetti cheaper from our normal pizzeria or Domino's. Don't waste your money. read more

Yikes. We're from outside of Philadelphia but we travel full time. We were craving pizza last night after watching the SpaceX launch . If you're not from area like us, the store front is sketchy. It's located at a weird sharp turn into a parking lot and just has PIZZA as the headline on building and doughboyz on the door. Staff was friendly and I was impressed by the size of the box so that's why I'll give a 2 star rating. However when I took possession of the box it was very light . Got home opened the box and it just smelled like canned pizza sauce and tasted as such too. No authentic flavor , paper thin crust and cracked when I folded it because it was clearly over done. The lack of sauce and cheese ratio on the already cardboard pizza was pathetic . I had to eat FOUR slices because there just was nothing to this pizza I'm normally a two slice consumer ha. $18 for this ?! 10/10 would NOT recommend . Well I'm from PA and we have some of the best pizza in the world. I never had pizza here in Sebastián before so I can't compare. So I will just tell you what I think about this pizza- sort of boring and lacking flavor but not terrible. I moved to Florida over Twenty Years ago,and haven't found a Good Pizza Pie......Til now! I come from New England,and it's hard to find a good pie,Chinese Food,or Subs...Well I finally found a place that makes a real Great Pie! It's called Doughboyz, don't really care for the name,It should be called Vinny's or something...lol But I came to eat, and eat I did ,Great Pizza Pie, I got the The Works, medium 16" Pie, and it was Fantastic! Just the right amount of sauce,and ingredients! Ok so normally their food is good. We love their Greek salad and pizza. This is the second time we've been less than happy. Tonight the pizza was awful!! Worse than the big D. Dough and crust nasty! The Greek salad was terrible too! Not fresh at all and literally thrown together! We called and spoke to manager but she was very ambivalent. We didn't want anything from her just to let her know but she seemed not to care much. I hope we don't get sick later! Really have lost my confidence in this place; in this day and age that means a lot. I think they just lost a customer. read more

Excellent pizza. Recently opened where the old Danny's pizza was. New York style pizza was terrific. The restaurant was clean and the restrooms as well. Our waitress was very nice. The also have quite a few specialty pizzas that I can't wait to try. Also they have a whooping 25 inch pizza that will have to give a go on my next visit. So happy we found this place.
