Big slices, solid crust, cheesy, greasy in the way beach pizza should be. Nothing out of this world or "best pizza I've ever had" territory, but still enjoyable and satisfying. The vibe is very casual beachside stop, paper plates, quick slices, and friends destroying pizza after a long day outside. Bonus points to Mike for insisting on becoming part of the Yelp lore

I was the first customer of the day, so I got to chat with Justin, the owner, while waiting for my pizza. Super friendly guy with big local community energy. You can tell he genuinely cares about the place and the people walking through the door. Ordered the Hawaiian and it was excellent. Crispy-yet-chewy crust, great char around the edges, balanced toppings, and the pineapple actually tasted fresh. Bonus points because the slices held together instead of collapsing into a greasy mess halfway through eating them. Definitely feels like one of those local spots that's going to build a loyal following in Vero. I'll absolutely be back.

It was a shame because you could taste the Pizza and Garlic Knots would have been delicious had the bottoms not been burned so bad that it tasted like licking a charcoal grill.

Ordered the meatball appetizers and I was so impressed! The meatballs were cooked well and the sauce had to gentle kick to it. I do believe that this recipe is one of the best ones I had. I strongly recommend you start with it. As for the pizza, ny party and I decided to build our own. We went with a ricotta creme (white sauce) for our base and topped it with chicken, mushrooms, black olives and onions accompanied by some hot honey. Every bite was delicious and the pizza wasn't burnt, it was charred. Staff were super friendly and the ambience was great. Not too loud and place was clean. I came here Friday night…read more The Chef's Special pizza was easily the highlight of the meal. It was loaded with toppings, had plenty of flavor, and was honestly delicious. I'd definitely order that again. The garlic bread with mozzarella, though, was pretty disappointing. It looked good enough, but there was barely any garlic flavor at all. It tasted more like mozzarella bread with marinara on the side than actual garlic bread. The restaurant itself is small and the noise level was pretty average. Service felt a little rushed, but it also looked like our waitress may have been handling most or all of the dining room by herself, so I can't really fault her too much for that. Overall, the pizza was definitely the star and carried the meal. I'd come back for that, but I'd probably skip the garlic bread next time.
