My favorite Italian in Vero Beach. Love the bruschetta, the fried mozzarella, and the baked ziti. Their pizzas are also really tasty. I've carried out a bunch of times and dined in once. Cute and quaint mom and pop business, no frills, nothing fancy, but good food. I like their tiramisu but beware the cheesecake and cannoli aren't really authentic, their versions have a different taste/texture than the classics you would have in NY. read more

Ninos is a cute fun little pizza parlor/italian restaurant that's been around since forever. Less than a block off the beach, with both inside and outside seating it makes for a very convenient place for lunch or dinner. The burrata appetizer is delicious and a meal unto itself! The pizza is light and crusty and the Italian dishes ... we had the eggplant parm..are delicious and generously proportioned. Best of all, the staff is very friendly! read more

We came here for lunch while we were at the beach since it was conveniently close, by the parking lot. There was some indoor and outdoor seating. We got a few different pizzas but unfortunately I didn't think they were anything special. They were pretty mediocre but good enough to satisfy your hunger. Just nothing amazing. read more

Always fun to come here for a pizza. Since I can't eat cheese, we order half the pizza without cheese and it's actually quite tasty! I like that the pepper flakes are always out on the table and we don't have to ask for them. Service is always friendly and nice. And we love sitting outside. read more

Food good, service good, but they add a "convenience fee" to the bill. I double checked on the way out, no where calls out their extra fee ahead of time. So tired of restaurants adding hidden extra fees, wont be back. Seriously, just add it to the clearly communicated prices on the menu, no need to lie to customers and do a money grab when it's time to pay the bill. It was an extra 2.50, its not like it would actually have impacted our order, its just the principle that its a scummy business practice. read more

This reminds me of a Mystic Pizza. Small place. Great service. The Sicilian pizza was amazing. The thickness is perfect. It is hard to pass up when it is in the window in the front. If I could give negative stars I would. I wanted a single piece of lasagna. The total was 26.50. Upon being like well how big is it and after being told it's roughly 4x4. I tell the restaurant it's crazy to pay $30 for a piece of lasagna especially when it's not homemade. I was yelled at walking out of the restaurant i was told to go somewhere else. Totally unacceptable. Zero class and unfair prices in this establishment I cannot stop talking poorly about this experience. I personally have been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years and I can say wholeheartedly I've never treated a customer, potential customer or even a homeless man off the street like I was just treated in that restaurant. Shame on you folks and you aren't real industry. And I know you don't make noodles homemade. I'm a chef nearby. I'm going to prove that you can sell homemade lasagna for roughly $14/piece. I'll bring you a piece and I guarantee it's degrees better than yours. Yall do a great job of taking advantage of rich old people. And not feeding the people. Restaurant is clean and food is reasonable and pretty good but the manager/owner is loud and rude. Used to go 1-2 times per weekly visit to Vero, will not be back. He needs to learn some etiquette and how to treat customers. Lots of places to eat in Vero, this will be forever off the rotation based on our most recent experience. read more

We had lunch here yesterday and the crust was nice and crispy, but the sauce was very watery really no flavor It's just OK.

Should have paid attention to the low Yelp reviews. Mentioned at the counter we were dining outside. Even mentioned it to twice to the waitstaff. Left a good tip but still was told we can't sit outside to eat the food we ordered from their restaurant. Found it very rude. Food was okay, nothing special. Not coming back here again. read more

After years of eating at Nino's Beachside, since we moved here, we went this weekend and everything was off. Starting with the way we were greeted by the new Owner. He was cocky while trying to seem like he had everything under control. The place was a madhouse, immediately I knew, this place has a new Owner. I wasn't wrong. The old Nino's we loved is no longer. I am sad by this and from what I witnessed that night, my husband and I are not the only ones feeling this way. What a shame!! We miss the original Owner and his management crew along with the staff that was top notch. They apparently are no longer there, I was told. It was nice knowing you old original Nino's. read more

Ehh. In from out of town. Nice bike ride to town center and looking for a quick bite and a slice of pizza sounded good. Literally walked into the restaurant at 2. Here is how the conversation went Q: Can I get a slice? A: Cashier...no, we stop at 2. The Manager(?) behind her said she did have 4 slices left, so we ordered 3 of them. Q: When asked dining in or out, I said I would just like to sit outside at one of the tables (there were 6 or so tables, one being used) A: Manager: If you sit outside you need a waitress....... Really? ***Reality is we got 1.5 slices per person, ate them in 5 minutes...had to eat at the park, but they couldn't let us just use the table to sit for the 5 minutes'. Why do I need a waiter for this? Q: When asked if we would like any toppings on the pizza, we asked if the mushrooms were canned or fresh (we don't like canned..just has that preservative taste). A: Cashier 'they are prepped each morning. Q: Does that mean fresh or canned A: They are Fresh. Reality when we got the pizza: They were canned. Barring mushroom gate, the pizza was better than average...just didn't have a great experience. read more

Our family visits nino's multiple times a year while vacationing in vero Beach. Last night we had an terribly embarrassing experience. We had a group of 8 people dining and informed the waitress that 5 of the 8 people were all veterans and asked about the military discount. The waitress told us she would take 10% off of our bills which they have always done in the past. In fact they had just given us the discount just 2 days prior when two of our party ate there. Last night after the waitress took our bills the manager came over to our tables and explained to us in front of a a full restaurant of other patrons very loudly that he does not give military discounts which we just said okay and continued paying our bills happily. We all continued finishing our drinks and visiting with each other when the manager came over again for the second time and again loudly embarrassed us requesting that we wrap it up and depart the restaurant because he had another large party coming in soon. We immediately left. I want you to know the manager clearly doesn't appreciate and honor our military veterans and we will not be returning to this location ever again read more

Today's review is not my normally funny review this is about Covid protection. I walked in to order a slice of pizza the people are friendly and the pizza looks good but I noticed people walking in the door without masks than I noticed the cooks not wearing masks or gloves, touching food with there bare hands in these days of high virus infections and not seeing people not taking it serious I decided to jump pack in my truck and go back to Broward County where people take this crap serious. I'm sure the food is good and the place looks clean but I decided to bail out of this area and go back to work. I wish Nino's good luck but I also wish they take this virus seriously. read more

ordered 2 pizzas for take out; a plain cheese & a deluxe (ninos special). crust was crisp & thin, the way a pizza should be.....but the rest was not very good. to judge a great pizzeria try their plain cheese pizza, if they can't do it well then they're not so great, and this is the case for this place. the sauce on both pies was so bland & flavorless, the deluxe pizza had huge chunks of bell peppers and terrible sausage in slices. just a disappointment all the way around read more
