Love this place!! I'm from the greater Seattle area where there are a handful of kung fu tea's. This is the only one that sells banh mi (Vietnamese sandwhich). Not only are their drinks really good. The banh mi's are the best in the area!! I can't even think of another spot that even sells them, let alone make them so delicious. They are also very inexpensive for the size of the sandwhich. I recently tried this establishment with my friend in which we both had bobas which were very good. However, I am totally against a business/restaurant automatically charging/adding 15% tip for anyone who eats inside the facility. This is so wrong considering I will place the remains in a garbage can myself. In addition, this is a fast food restaurant where you place your order at a counter just like McDonald's. Imagine McDonald's charging you an additional 15% for eating inside. This is "so wrong"... Any way to create an additional profit. Now I'm wondering if they charge 3% for using a credit card - - that's now 18%. The bobas receive 5 stars, overall - - due to what I feel is selfishness,, they receive 2 stars overall. read more

So good!! Big portion and delicious. The staff was a bit concerned about use of napkin and to go containers. I think in a time where you ask for ketchup and someone hands you 10 packets. Arrived on a Thursday evening with family (party of four). The inside was cute. The decor was nice and vibrant, not boring at all. It was clean and we were greeted as soon as we walked in my cousin ordered a milk Boba my daughter wanted the bluish green Pokémon drink that was advertised on the window. And I got the mango green tea with strawberry juice Boba. We all enjoyed our flavors that we chose. This place also offers food from taking a glance It was sandwiches and pho and summer rolls. All of the pictures look delicious there was someone else inside dining while we were there I glanced at the table. It looked like they had the pho and it looked really good. My daughter didn't really enjoy her drink. And just to clarify her drink was good. She just didn't enjoy the flavor on the other hand I drink it for her. It was pretty good just a little tart .She really just wanted the juice Boba. So I paid an extra two dollars for two scoops (which in my opinion isn't bad at all )in a separate cup, which was great and I was so glad that they were able to do that. I truly don't understand how someone can own a business and treat customers so poorly. We were nothing but kind and respectful. When we asked a simple question, we got a long, annoyed sigh when we asked for a second to-go bowl. We were met with, "Oh... you're not a local, are you?" We just decided to eat in the restaurant. Another bowl was brought out with our order, but instead of giving it to us (even though we had been waiting), she turned around and gave it to another table. The other customers were actually kind enough to say, "No, they've been here longer give it to them." She still refused and said, "It will be quick." Then the owner walked over and practically threw the food at us saying, "See, quick." We had no idea what we did to deserve that treatment. Being from out of state shouldn't mean you're treated with disrespect. If you're not a local, we definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Customer service matters, and kindness costs nothing. Went in for tea and saw the food menu decided we had to try the sandwiches. Had the pork bonmi and the butter, garlic chicken sandwich. Same flavor as at home. However, I ordered the special banh mi. It wasn't what I expected. The daikon was very thick. More daikon than carrot. The special meat, was not the same as the picture. Did a Publix sub run for the beach and what a surprise it was to see Kung fu tea a few doors over! We ordered the kiwi slushy with pudding toppings as well as the Logan jujube tea. I liked the slushy better especially the pudding toppings yummy. The place was clean and the staff was so friendly, they even let us eat our subs there! We came here on their pre-grand opening days to get our boba fix, and I am glad we did because our bubble teas were amazing! They just opened 10 days ago and I'm super glad I found bubble tea at Cocoa Beach because there were very close to none around the area. I had the Lychee Punch with Nata Jelly and my husband got the Winter melon bubble tea. I loooved both our teas! They taste just like what it is supposed to and they were so refreshing.
