I've been going to seven brews in LaPlace Louisiana since it opened I'd say 6 months ago 7 months ago and I'm always greeted with a wonderful smile from each and every employee there. The staff are friendly quick and patient and give great recommendations. I get the white mocha with Oatmilk usually a large. I usually get it with no ice so that it'll stay the same flavor and it's only $1 more. So that means you get more drink. I love all the staff but my favorites are Stacie, Amir, Bethany and Kira. The ambience is always so refreshing. Its a drive through with no visible menu, so you pull up and a teenager with an iPad looks at you like you're stupid and old (which I am) when you struggle to scan the QR code. They offer 109 syrup flavors, and what they serve is probably coffee. While you wait for your medium light ice oat milk matcha and espresso blondie, one extra scoop of matcha, with lavender and white chocolate, an extroverted iPad child shouts small talk at you. They must shout because the music is louder than any European rave has ever been, and the thump wumping music blasting is, I assume, part of some CEO's big marketing plan to win over the young un's. At this place, they randomly take orders which leaves workers running around parking lot asking people who ordered what. I first tried 7Brew coffee at a recent craft fair at Lamar Dixon. There isn't one near my house, so when I was in the Essen area after a doctor's appointment, I decided to give them a try again. I couldn't remember exactly what I had tried at the fair, but TImere was VERY helpful and helped me figure it out. She signed me up for the rewards program, placed my order, and had me on my way quickly. The coffee was absolutely awesome, service was excellent, and if all their employees are as friendly and helpful as Timere, I will go out of my way to try them again. I've been meaning to try 7 brew but the only location in BR is too far for me. With my mom, I had a small hot caramel macchiato and a small Blondie. We both enjoyed our drinks and felt like $10 for both was an OK price. The only issue I had was the ambience of the place, the music was way too loud. Employees do not understand the definition of light ice. I went to this 7 brew and had my order remade 3 times and i left unsatisfied. First i left with the hula energy tasting like mango?? i came back and they remade my order for me. I usually come to this 7 brew and my usual drink always has light ice, i got my 2nd drink and it had the ice almost touching the bottom. i asked them 1 more time if they could put lighter ice. The service: They somehow run a tighter ship than Chick Fil A. I didn't know that was possible. There were like 20 teenagers working here. The girl who served me took my order from my car and then said the computer will "ask you some questions" and flipped the iPad over to me to tip her. Extremely avoidant way of asking for a tip. I know that this has become a standard practice over the past few years but the ritual felt humiliating for both me and her. I ordered a large vanilla cold brew with cold foam. The vanilla overpowered the coffee...What are they hiding? There was only a thin, measly layer of cold foam on top of the humongous 32 oz coffee. It tasted bad, but I went home and added half and half and it tasted better. At Dutch Bros, Dunkin, and Starbucks, the cold foam brings a lot more to the table than the 7 Brew interpretation. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. I just wasn't really in the mood for an 800 cal "Cinnamon Roll" coffee. Overall a positive experience and amazing service. You probably won't like it if you want to taste the coffee in your coffee, but there are plenty of people out there who are searching for just that, and they will love 7 brew. read more

Came through to test them out at recommendation of a friend before their official opening and I was impressed! I had an iced cinnamon roll with oat milk and a friend had a hot blondie with oat milk. We really enjoyed our coffees. Another one of our friends got the smooth 7 with almond milk and we didn't really like that one. It may have been milk choice - so don't write it off. Since they haven't officially opened, I'll give their service grace. The staff have a lot of energy, but I think it was slightly chaotic, Im sure it'll calm down as they get into the groove of things. This place is really a hit or miss. First, I want to preface this by saying I like stronger coffee, which may not be what they're going for. Half the time I come here, my coffee looks and tastes like MILK and is full of ice. Once I drove away and didn't taste my coffee first, came home, and tasted straight milk. I even had my family try and they all agreed there was no coffee in there. Sometimes though, they do make it to where I can taste the coffee. It's cheaper or about the same as CCs and cheaper then Starbucks by far. The service is fun and care about making sure the order is correct. My girlfriend ordered a smoothie and we forgot to say almond milk and they were quick to make sure it wasn't deathly allergic thing and refixed the drink and within minutes the had the correct drinks and left with a smile.
