Last week I got a large black coffee with Irish Cream it was good hot and filled to the top. This morning I pulled up gave the girl my number and told her I wanted the Irish Cream coffee I ordered last weekend. I get to the pickup get my coffee and mentioned to the girl that gave me the coffee that it felt half empty and she told me that just how it fells and she told me it was full. I pull out get to the light and take a sip. It was not hot and was half empty. I even stuck my pinky down in there and never touched hot liquid. I did not turn around because I have stuff to do today and was treating myself to something other than the coffee I make at home. The flavor was good but for $6. And a $2. Tip. I did not understand the hype about this spot until I tried it and now I'm hooked! Everyone I talk to is always lovely. The employees have great recommendations, which I usually ask them what to get since they have so many menu items!! They are fast to get all the orders out and make it a nice experience. I absolutely love this place! The BEST coffee hands down with the customer service to follow. My only complaint is that on several occasions I have noticed customers in line with their dogs hanging out of the window. As a result of this, the staff are often compelled to pet and play with the dog while waiting for the customer's order to arrive. Once the customer receives their order, they do not wash or sanitize their hands. They just serve up the next person in line. I'm a dog lover, so nothing against anyone pulling up with their dog in line. I just ask that the workers be mindful that cleanliness and hygiene should be of the upmost importance when working in a restaurant setting. Please WASH YOUR HANDS if you choose to play with pets while on the clock. read more

A drive through only coffee experience that truly outperforms other big brand names that are right up the street. (And I'm admittedly spoiled to the other big brands out there so that's a lot coming from me!) TWO drive through lanes with folks taking your order car side. Service was very friendly and they went above and beyond to make sure I liked my drink--even told me to get a "swig" before I left to ensure I liked it. If I didn't, I wholeheartedly believe they would've remade me something right then and there with a smile on their face! Some complained about the loud music but I didn't hear any playing as I rode through so maybe they've adjusted that. I ordered the blondie with 2% rather than half and half and it's delicious! It seems they can concoct just about anything you'd want regardless! Only thing I'd suggest is for them to get their staff some fans or misters because well...it's Louisiana and it's HOT just about year round. The coffee was great! They do not over power the coffee with syrups and sugar. This is a great place to swing through and get coffee. Just be sure to look at the menu before you go so you know what you want. Only one menu up by the window and they take your order car hop style as you wait in line. This location has music playing over speakers quite loud in the drive thru line which makes it hard to hear, that is honestly my only complaint about our experience. Would definitely recommend for a quick drive thru coffee experience. Better than Starbucks and better value! The large coffee is HUGE! I got the brunette and my wife got the blondie. read more

Easily the worst coffee shop in this area. Not sure how they would have such a high score when everyone I've talked to said this place is horrible. Ordered a matcha and it was bad. It was brown and tastes like soil. Their matcha is worse than starbucks, so yea. read more
