Beautiful establishment and such a cool vibe with the interior. Super clean! Very sweet and helpful behind the counter. Service was excellent. We tried the Lotus crepe and it was soooo delicious. The scoop of gelato on top was perfect. I love all the options. Such a great menu. Can't wait to try more.

Crepe'resso 14601 Airline Hwy #105, Gonzales, LA 70737 IG: tonylameats | Are you a fan of crêpes, coffee, Dubai chocolate, or just desserts in general? Is it worth the extra calories? Oh absolutely! Every single one of them. Pro tip: bring your significant other or someone you're trying to make your significant other and share a dessert because this one is dangerously rich, even for me, and y'all know I don't tap out easily! Menu Items: 1. Dubai Chocolate Waffle. 2. Lotus Crepe. 3. Affogato. 4. Spanish Latte. #tonylameats #creperesso #gonzalesla #desserts #dubaichocolate #coffee #foodie #foodislife #foodismedicine

I was told about this spot from friends who said it was delicious. And I am not disappointed. This Cafe is delicious!! The workers were friendly and patient with us as we were looking over the menu to decide what we wanted. Great customer service! The place was clean too. My husband had the mighty Oreo waffle and I had the Lotus Crepe. We loved both! We also ordered a scoop of Texas Pecan gelato. Yummm Definitely recommend. (And yes, pricey BUT worth it!)

The bathrooms are clean even if one of the doors doesn't latch well. We tried the chocolate Bavarian cream stuffed beignets and the regular beignets and the cafe au lait. The beignets are the best I had anywhere. They were a nice size and they were light and fluffy and covered in powdered sugar. The cafe au lait was just ok, I think we liked it better the cafe au lait mixed half and half with the French roast coffee for a stronger coffee flavor. The service was great. Very friendly and helpful and we don't wait too long to take our food with us. You can sit and eat in also but we were on our way through. We loved how coffee house is tucked into a little antique shop Cajun village. It has Cajun country music playing and there are stuffed gators around and lot of interesting antiques. I wish it were closer to more things to do, but if you're on the road from Nola to Baton Rouge it is a definite must! I really hope to go back with more time and try more interesting things.

If you haven't discovered Reve Coffee Lab yet, I have one question: are you okay? (Seriously, go…read morecheck them out.) This place was basically my second home during undergrad. I'm pretty sure the baristas remember my order better than I do. Here's what makes Reve worth the visit: - The coffee is legitimately phenomenal. They're all about quality over quantity, using science-based brewing and traditional standards to craft coffee that actually tastes like they care. Because they do. If instant gratification is your thing, Starbucks is down the street. If you want good coffee, you're in the right place. - The baristas actually know their stuff. They'll help you find exactly what you're looking for without making you feel clueless. Fair warning though: this is their coffee shop, and they're respectfully enthusiastic about doing things right. Treat them like the humans they are, and you'll have a genuinely great interaction. - The vibe hits different. It's cozy and intimate inside (compact in the best way), but if the weather's nice, the patio is where it's at--plenty of space, zero stress. Work, study, hang out with friends--it all just works here. If you care about good coffee, good people, and a space that actually feels like somewhere you'd want to be, Reve Coffee Lab is your spot.

I wound up getting a cantina blue (espresso, milk, blueberry layer, and butter pea flower), which tasted pretty good to be honest. The bottom layer had a good blueberry taste to it. There isn't that much seating inside because it's a small interior and lots of students studying. At the back side of the coffee bar, there is some bar seating. With the circular seating at the tree, there is a row of outlets and some by the walls. However, if it's sunny and nice (not raining), I recommend sitting outside for a chat.
