Smoothie King - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

The drive through order service received at 1:50 on Sunday, May 10th (Mother's Day) was awful! The girl didn't know the menu, was very rushed, no smile, entered the wrong item for me. I was scared to ask her to remake it out of fear she would spit in it. She does not need to work there. read more

They move really slow so if your in a rush don't go I had ordered online and stupid enough decided to do drive thru pick up... so took 30 min to get my smoothie read more

Today I received the best customer service at Smoothie King on Siegen Lane- Baton Rouge.

I ordered a Peanut Power smoothie. It was consistent good. However, the service was not the best at this location. The guy who took my order in the drive-thru was not exactly the nicest. Maybe he was having a bad day, idk. He asked what flavor, and I repeated Peanut. He asked me again. I told him again. Then he asked, "So you want the original flavor?" I said yes, as I didn't realize there were other flavors when the title was "Peanut Power. " I was asked to drive around and given no total. When I got to the window there was a girl there. She handed me a small cup and said a different type of smoothie. When I told her that it's what I ordered, she was a bit confused and looked at the guy walking behind her with the headset on. Apparently, he had not rung my order up. It was for the car behind me. She asked me what I ordered, took my payment, and closed the window. She then gave me my smoothie and was not pleasant. No "thank you," not even a "here you go." I don't know if this is a bad location to work for or if those two employees have a bad work dynamic. But they were not a very good representation of Smoothie King. read more

smoothies are so fresh and refreshing good service definitely coming back, also the workers are very caring and are well spoken

Guess meals come in shakes these days? The answer is yes and that has been the case for many years. This location is found on busy Siegen Lane and shares space with a Chase Bank--as such be careful with the drive thru line or you may end up backing up or attempting to order from a bank teller. This location is clean and neat and the 3-4 times I have been there, the person taking my order has been polite and knowledgeable while always asking if I want to add something (a shot or extra) to the smoothie I have ordered. Additionally, this location, like most Smoothie Kings, participated in the $5 large smoothies on Fridays--if you order a meal replacement smoothie, it's $6. read more

The dude first didn't let us in the building to order and my friend needed to piss and didn't let us in, we then went in the drive thru and the dude was a total jerk and made a terrible example for this place. Disappointed. read more

I just pulled into your Baton Rouge, Louisiana Siegen lane smoothie king 20 mins before closing and they refused service because they needed time to clean. This doesn't make any sense as to why you close at 10 pm but actually 9:40 I have never heard of this and believe it to be a lie the employee told to get out of work early. I work in a restaurant I understand wanting to get out early but you can't lie and turn away several cars because you don't want too work. I sat and watched them turn away atleast 4 other cars just in the 5 mins I was sitting at the light I emailed corporate will update when i get a response read more

Customer service was so rude! Walked in and all 3 workers just looked at us like we were crazy! It's so hard to walk into a place anymore and seem welcomed. Very uninviting especially when I'm walking in to spend money! read more

We walked over from our hotel pretty late after driving all day. Their lobby was all cleaned up and mopped but they let us in anyway, even though they were only taking drive through customers at that time. Smoothies were awesome, man, the fruit flavors were strong. Kids all got strawberry banana and they were basically gone before we made the walk back to the hotel. Hit the spot after a long day of driving and fast food. Thanks for taking pity on us, Smoothie King! Great service! read more

Stopped by for two smoothies today, I got the light and fluffy and the angel food! So good, love smoothies as a healthy-ish treat every once in a while. They aren't exactly on the cheap side which is the reason for 4 stars (2 med smoothies were around 15$). The service is was great! We were greeted by a very enthusiastic employee that makes coming back very probable! read more

I come here often since it's so close to work. I'm always craving a smoothie when I'm outside a lot working because it's not too heavy. This location is always clean and smoothies always come out good. Can't beat the 32oz $5 Friday's either. Only 4 stars because timeliness sometimes is an issue. If they get backed up you can be in line for almost 30 minutes at times. Other than that not too bad. read more

I love this location! It is convenient and super friendly. I always get the vegan-mango-kale smoothie, substitute the bananas for strawberries, and pineapple juice instead of apple juice. Yummmmm! I never used to like having nuts blended in my smoothie, but it actually really really really good! Have I mention how much healthier this is than say a milkshake? Ok ok...the sugar content might be high, and it doesn't have enough protein in there to actually keep me feeling fuller...but it is a better alternative to a milkshake or a 44oz Coke. I love that inside the store, they also offer protein milkshakes (pre-bottled; non SK brand) and portion sizes bags of veggie chips! :) read more

GOOD MORNING YELP! Marco and Elijah are amazing! Due to an illness, I have been relying on this place for vital nutrients - and these guys at THIS PLACE are helpful, friendly, the place is spotless, they are fast and they ALWAYS have a great attitude no matter how busy or slow it is at the moment! I cannot say thank you enough! read more

For a limited time $5 medium smoothies on Fridays. Drive thru connected to the chase bank, so convenient and you can get your banking done. Great location and quick service. read more

I go to this Smoothie King at least 3 times a week. The staff is always very nice and quick to get you your smoothie. My smoothie is very basic and costs about $6, but a little tip they have a dollar off coupon to do their survey at the bottom of every receipt and well I just keep getting $1 off. Also, they have $5 Fridays, which is not for every smoothie but for most. I recommend the Angel Food and Caribbean Way! read more

Perhaps I need to dust-off my Ninja. I came through on a warm and sunshiny day to grab a smoothie. I tried the local favorite: Peach Slice Plus-- Peaches, Strawberries, Papaya Juice Blend, Non-Fat Milk, Turbinado, Soy Protein. A size medium, with added yogurt cost well over 7 dollars. In this economy, ehhh this is not acceptable for my wallet. Needless to say, my consistency was good, I like fresh, thick smoothies, however, I would have like to have many of my questions answered and the person taking my order was not prepared or did not feel like answering them. If my Ninja and I don't work out well, I am sure I will give this franchise another chance this summer. However, there are so many up and coming places that are offering fresh juices and smoothies, that may steal many of Smoothie King's fanbase away. read more

Always a good experience. Enjoy each staff member and was pleasantly surprised with Marco's professionalism and quality smoothie skills. Would rate a 5, but depending on staff member sometimes smoothies taste different, but still always good! read more

The staff is friendly and courteous and answers my questions in the drive thru. I may need protein one day and energy the next. They always ask If I need any extras. The site is also convenient. Wonderful Place! read more

Visited here a few times and my smoothie is never consistent. 3 out of the 4 times it tasted like a bland icee. One other thing I noticed the "$5 Friday" is not what they promote. They charge $6 for a "premium" smoothie. I started coming here because it was on my way to work. I will gladly travel out of my way back to Bluebonnet to get my monies worth. This owner has more than one has more than one store so the $6 premium is a joke, it's called greedy. Sherwood, Bluebonnet, and Prairieville charge only $5 and the smoothies are consistent. read more

Very slow. I went around 2:30 through the drive through and it took about 15-20 minutes from the time I placed my order

Came here at 9:35 PM and waited 10 minutes to get my order taken for the worker to tell me their blenders are down. As I drive by I see them clearly making smoothies and about to hand one to a customer. I come to Smoothie King regularly and never experienced this before. If you close at 10, there should be no problem getting a smoothie 20 minutes beforehand. Waste of time! read more

This is the THIRD time I went to smoothie king and scanned my app and the line I received each time is it will take 48 hours for it to show on your loyalty app.... no... How come when I visit any other smoothie king it shows the points right away? But I do what they say and wait for nothing to happen. This is obnoxious! On top of this they're very rude as if they don't want to service you in the first place. At this point three times in a row tells me not to return. I am missing still missing points from previous receipts you will have to manually enter and wait for a response on the app! They expect you to keep track of the receipts days after a smoothie king purchase is made. What's the point in even using this app at that point?? I guess I'll have to keep a zipblock full of smoothie king receipts from now on just to insure I receive every point I "EARNED"! I loved the convenience of it being located on the same street of Planet Fitness but this discouraged me to continue with my loyalty. I'll take my money to The Big Squeezy instead. read more

Although I Enjoy Smoothie King, there are plenty of other better locations to go to. I stopped by about a week ago and ordered a Strawberry Gladiator, after waiting at the drive-thru window for over 10 minutes and getting no response or service. I parked and went inside to find a dirty and unkept store with workers that did not seem interested in helping me. When I was finally served, (my friend and I were the ONLY customers inside) my smoothie was not what I ordered. A Banana Hulk is not a Strawberry Gladiator, SmoothieKing. Get it together. read more

It's weird because you have to go through the bank drive through to order. Besides being pricy the smoothie was great.
