Went here for the first time and I can honestly say that I'll be back!! Love the smoothies here and the employees were so kind and told us all about their menu since we were new! Best smoothies around, I'll have to try their food next!

Four words: fresh squeezed orange juice…read more So good. Several QR codes to sign up for rewards and leave a review, which is fine, and easy to complete, but sometimes it's good to just enjoy a good biscuit. I had the vicious. Amazing. It wasn't spicy like I thought it'd be. They did a good job balancing sweet/spice.

So we are visiting this area for the weekend and got a recommendation to eat here for breakfast…read more We get there about 9:30 or so and know it will probably be busy. We were not wrong, the line was to the door. The slogans on the walls and everything in the restaurant was neat and well organized. I read the two comments on the chalk board and my expectation for high quality food increased significantly. Sadly, that would be it. Two registers looked available, but only one was working. The guy taking orders seemed new and friendly. Unfortunately, his conversation tended to move away from taking orders and trying to make small talk with the customers. This made waiting in line borderline intolerable, especially with the child behind me jumping up and down on the wall leading to the register (thank goodness one of the parents finally made her stop). Once at the register, it seemed that the guy was new (or newer) and struggled with the orders a little bit. After repeating my order a few times, he got it. We went to the "Jam Bar" for coffee and water. The sweetener was almost out, there was no cream and one urn was out (the lady was prepping the empty urn for new coffee). I commented about the cream, but was completely ignored by the employee. Another employee came up and I asked her about the cream. She pointed at the 4-5 single serve creamers there and said that was it. I asked about the metal pitcher and she said, "Oh yeah, that has some too." I told her it was empty. She looked confused and then picked it up and left. So, I just served old coffee in my cup that I had to go find since no one offered it to me ($3.50/cup, I would have assumed it would be pristine, but not so much and no one seemed concerned). Now to the meal: I ordered the Vicious Benny and Old School Breakfast. The Vicious Benny was mediocre at best. The ham and hollandaise were good, but the biscuit was grainy and the over easy egg was runny and a little slimy. And there wasn't a whole lot of taste to the meal. The OS Breakfast was much better, but still not a lot of flavor. The bacon was pretty good and flavorful. The eggs and potatoes were cooked well, just no seasoning. Overall, such a sad experience. Maybe my expectations were too high based on what I saw and the crowd when I went into the restaurant.

The most recent issue happened when I placed an order through the app for four sandwiches totaling $56.35. When I arrived to pick them up, I was told they didn't have white bread or roast beef, meaning they couldn't even make the sandwiches I ordered. I asked to cancel the order, but the employees said they couldn't do it in-store--I had to cancel through the app. However, the app directed me to cancel in-store, leaving me in an endless loop with no resolution. I ended up reordering at another location and figured I'd call the next day to request a refund. When I did, the manager was incredibly rude. She repeatedly told me to "calm down"--even though I was speaking normally and politely--and then abruptly hung up on me. Instead of helping, she refused to process the refund and vaguely suggested I could "come in and get a sandwich," completely ignoring the fact that I had already purchased food elsewhere. This wasn't the first bad experience. Two weeks ago, I arrived at 8:30 PM (they close at 9), but the workers told me they were done for the night and wouldn't let me order. So now, I've tried to get food from this location twice and still haven't received anything--just a wasted trip and frustration both times. Between the lack of customer service, rude management, and overall incompetence, I won't be returning to this location. If you're considering ordering here, be prepared for inconvenience and frustration. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. 1/5 stars (only because zero isn't an option)

I had ordered online sandwiches, two bags of chips and two bottles of drink. I sent my husband to get the order and when he came back, the only thing in the bag were the sandwiches even though the chips and drinks were clearly marked on the receipt. When I called the store, the first young man was confused as to why we didn't grab the chips and drinks ourselves as apparently those are self serve items my husband was confused as to why the order wasn't prepared as per the receipt with all items included at the pick up station where the order was marked with our name. He stated "so they're just gonna trust me to grab whatever chips and drinks I want and leave? I guess the store personnel didn't pay him much mimd when he came in and grabbed our order. Anyway, I asked if it was possible to get partial refund for the drinks and chips and I was handed off to another young man who gladly took my credit card information and told me the items have been credited. Apologies for the confusion on both sides I have to admit, I was surprised as I was already preparing for an argument in my head ! I know, everybody knows the feeling of being disappointed that you didn't get the food or drink item that you were expecting. Thank you to the staff for making what could've been very frustrating situation Better with good customer, service kindness, and patience. The quality of the food was also very good by the way.

They don't have a drive-through so I had to go inside. Being brand new, everything was nice and clean, but I was surprised that they didn't have more patrons. It was pretty obvious that the staff was not totally up to speed just yet; the light kitchen staff looked busy:, on the order side of the counter there were four or five employees standing around doing nothing; two ladies on the pick up side handled my entire order. The lady tried hard to make a milkshake for me, and it did taste good, but it was very thin. The burger was very good, but the Cajun fries were over seasoned (which is saying a lot, since I grew up around here and like things really spiced up) and soggy. I ate about half the fries, and after finishing the burger, it felt very heavy in my belly all night long. Maybe in a couple months I'll give them another try, but I'll be sure to tell them to make the fries extra crispy. I gave them one extra star for not using Styrofoam.
