Had a little time between meetings so I stopped here for a quick bite and I wasn't impressed honestly. The salmon burger was burnt to a crisp and extremely salty, I think the pineapple was to offset all the salt but it didn't taste fresh, definitely a cooked canned product. Love it! I got the Cowboy Burger with onion rings and cookies n cream egg rolls. The burger was good! Nice size, good flavor and juicy! 10/10 for me. The onion rings are good as well. Now the egg rolls.. I did not like that they were warm. I know they're fried so I should've expect that nice flavor but I'll have to try them again after they're cold. I wish they had better hours. I feel like 6 or 7 is too early to close. and they're closed on Sundays. That's why I'm giving 4/5. read more

This is absolutely one of the top burgers in Baton Rouge. Everyone orders at the counter and it is brought to your table. I ordered the Angus Beef burger. It comes with sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickle, shaved onion and American cheese. I did no onions, added jalapeños and swapped cheddar cheese. The burger was prepared very quickly. The brioche bun is fresh and soft. That is a good thing because the burger is very juicy. You need the bun to soak up at least a little of the juice because it is literally dripping from your hands. The restaurant was clean. The decor is LSU game decor. It isnt a very large space but there is plenty of parking in the shopping center they are in. Definitely recommend going. read more

The burgers are okay, but nothing to go out of for way for. The biggest issues I had was no head gear for the kitchen staff and the manager parking right up front. Okay okay----initial visits back in 2019 I was not really impressed but since I have been here almost monthly since the pandemic I guess it has to be pretty good----I am not a wild and diverse menu item selector so I have only sampled the general burger, french fries and onion rings however I am satisfied with the taste and flavor so that's part of the reason for the 4 stars---the other reason is that the customer service and staff has always been friendly and courteous and the wait time for the burger has been short and thus the additional justification for the 4 stars. Now, I know this is not the gluttonous times of the past but perhaps I choose to stay in that era---as such, I am not certain if the size/portion of the basic burger is smaller than its competitors ---I do know that when I finish my meal I am not stuffed and will be ready to eat again at the normal time of my next meal if not earlier. BurgerIM also has many many other burger type offerings, chicken, salmon and hot dog and even lamb offerings so you should find something you want---I believe but am not 100% sure but they also have a veggie burger offering. Also, I believe there are additional side item offerings other than fries and onion rings---if you have not tried this place then you should give it a try. read more

I saw this place on IG. I do appreciate a good burger. Of course I went to see what it was about. So you walk in and seat yourself. You walk up to the counter and you order. There are little burgers and regular burgers. There are wings, desserts, and salad options as well. I opted for the duo build your own. I ordered the angus patty cooked medium well with American cheese, onions, lettuce, extra Mayo. I had the other burger with a crispy chicken patty dressed the same. The angus patty was prepared well done. There was no seasoning on the patty. The bun was really soft. The chicken patty had a funny texture to it. The fries were really good!!!!! They look like chips but they have a French fry texture. I can eat those alllllll day. I will definitely go back if just for the fries ‍ read more

This place is delicious. I attempted to order online with a large order but was unsuccessful so I had to go in and place 3 large family boxes. As soon as the cashier knew I was placing a large order she gave the cook a heads up. With the family box we were able to mix and match our burgers. To our surprise the burgers were sliders but the flavor was so good and juicy that we disregarded the size. In the family box the burgers were accompanied by wings and two sides. The portions of the sides were perfect! I was anticipating the wait for the 3 large family boxes to be about 20mins. My complete order was ready within 10 mins. We had been wanting to try this place for a while since we pass it constantly. The location is great but the burgers are mediocre. My husbands "big burger" was meh, it was dry and didn't have much flavor. My two mini burger sliders were pretty good! I got them on a lettuce wrap instead of a bun which is always pretty messy but worth it if you're low carb type person ‍. My two little burgers were $7 which isn't horrible I guess but that's without fries and a drink. I can't help thinking I'd rather be at Fat Cow... my husband did really like their version of fries (they look like chips but taste like fries). Overall I'd say it was not bad but not good- probably won't be back unless I'm in a pinch for a burger in this area of town. read more

Why doesn't this place get more hype around town? My first time here, and I'd put it up against any other burgers. My burger was juicy, messy and full of flavor. I have had the regular fries and sweet potato fries and also the onion rings. All three sides are good. I do like the onion rings, has a decent amount of breading to give it a nice crunchiness. I have also had their milkshakes and they are tasty!!! They should be though, this place makes great burgers so a good milkshake to compliment it is always a nice thing. Where do I begin, I've had Burger Im on multiple occasions from a few days after the grand opening and then again to go for a group work lunch. Overall the few times I've been I always ordered a specialty burger and fries along with chicken wings and a shake at times. My two stars comes from the pricing compared to the food. Overall decent burger joint. What's unique about this is that the burgers are completely customizable. They have some go-to's (a la bbq bacon, Cali, etc) but you can also just build your own. They also have different sizes. I decided to build my own mini burger combo, 2 pack. One was lettuce wrap, turkey, and with the grilled chicken toppings option, that comes with avocado, chipotle sauce, Swiss cheese. The other one was a classic bun, beef, with jalapeños, and bacon. Oh and my side was the their fries which were fantastic. Both were great, came out quick, and staff was good. Soda machines were the big Coca-cola ones that have like 100 options but a lot of them were unavailable. I also prefer my meat on the medium rare side, but not sure if that was an option.
