Had a little time between meetings so I stopped here for a quick bite and I wasn't impressed honestly. The salmon burger was burnt to a crisp and extremely salty, I think the pineapple was to offset all the salt but it didn't taste fresh, definitely a cooked canned product. The cheeseburger egg rolls were done on the outside and cold in the inside, plus they lacked so much of flavor. I might not use this place as another quick stop for a bite. Happy Yelping read more

Laid back easy going store. Order at counter and they bring to you. Limited non carbonated drinks. Burgers were really good. Good value for the burgers they have but build you own can get a little expensive read more

The service was great. Food was pretty good. I am a fry snob and theirs were a little soggy. 4 out of 5 for fries. Not bad, not great. Hamburgers were really good. I'd eat there again. Not a super fan of the egg rolls, but I'd give them another chance. All in all it's a good place. Pricey. I like Burger Plus better. read more

Love it! I got the Cowboy Burger with onion rings and cookies n cream egg rolls. The burger was good! Nice size, good flavor and juicy! 10/10 for me. The onion rings are good as well. Now the egg rolls.. I did not like that they were warm. I know they're fried so I should've expect that nice flavor but I'll have to try them again after they're cold. I wish they had better hours. I feel like 6 or 7 is too early to close. and they're closed on Sundays. That's why I'm giving 4/5. read more

The burger tasted gourmet! BurgerIM offers burgers with a wide variety of toppings and customization options, and the service is known for being friendly and efficient. You could mention how the high-quality ingredients and unique flavor combinations made your meal enjoyable, and highlight the excellent customer service you experienced. read more

The burger was pretty good taste wise. The chopped cheeseburgers were a bit smaller than they seemed in the picture. The egg rolls weren't a favorite of mine. They would have been better with a different type of cheese and stuffed with the filling a little more. The restaurant has seating and everything was clean and tidy. read more

The service was meh, but I can't say I was expecting a top flight experience. It was clean inside. I ordered the salmon burger and it was ok. The meal came with fries and a drink. The sandwich itself relied a lot on the toppings! The salmon wasn't seasoned and doused with sauce that helped to cover the overly grilled flavor (if you catch my drift). read more

The angus beef burger tasted very homemade and the staff was extremely friendly. The Cajun fries were pretty salty but that is Cajun lol. The ambiance is relaxing and the TVs playing sports channels are a great addition. The price point doesn't really break the bank unless you're going above and beyond with ordering certain items such as a milkshake. Slightly disappointed that there aren't any pickled jalapeños. I would come back. read more

This place as completely flipped from when they first opened. They created their own unique menu and it's way better. The chopped cheeseburger is one of my favorite lunches. I stopped by to try the crawfish and shrimp egg rolls! They did not disappoint! So delicious and filling! I stopped by at a slow time but the staff was friendly and quick. It's definitely a place to stop by on game days to watch any game on the big screens read more

This is absolutely one of the top burgers in Baton Rouge. Everyone orders at the counter and it is brought to your table. I ordered the Angus Beef burger. It comes with sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickle, shaved onion and American cheese. I did no onions, added jalapeños and swapped cheddar cheese. The burger was prepared very quickly. The brioche bun is fresh and soft. That is a good thing because the burger is very juicy. You need the bun to soak up at least a little of the juice because it is literally dripping from your hands. The restaurant was clean. The decor is LSU game decor. It isnt a very large space but there is plenty of parking in the shopping center they are in. Definitely recommend going. read more

I had the fish sandwich and my husband the Cowboy Burger... My fish sandwich was delicious, one Of the best I have, it had breading but very little so you can actually taste the fish ... it was juicy not dry there were 3 pcs of fish and a brioche bun... more than enough food I didn't get the fries. I had a feeling that was more than enough!! It was new on the menu I was told... I hope they keep it !! My husband was also impressed with his burger... he said it was very good but too big lol .... And big it was The lady taking our order was informative and very friendly.... She had a pretty smile.. The place was clean and appetizing ! We will be back !! read more

Guy taking the order gets a zero for friendliness and personality. I believe he was the manager. Burgers were very small. But very expensive. Over $30 for two small burgers, fries and drinks. What a joke. They have weird hours also. Closing at 6:00/7:00 pm. Really? Closed on sundays. Will never go back. read more

Great place to go in and out. They also offer platters for all your family food needs or any type of occasion you are having!

Popular lunch stop for me and my coworkers. We've been here three times. The angus burger is well made. The fries are okay, but the burger is the star. I also really like the cheeseburger egg rolls and the dipping sauce for them. The ambiance leaves a bit to be desired, but the service and workers have always been kind. It's a nice comfort food spot when you're having a rough day. read more

Employees seemed nice and helpful. Food was not. Extremely overpriced for a mediocre burger and bland fries. The free style coke machine only offered 3 drink offerings. Will not spend anymore money at this restaurant. read more

Okay okay----initial visits back in 2019 I was not really impressed but since I have been here almost monthly since the pandemic I guess it has to be pretty good----I am not a wild and diverse menu item selector so I have only sampled the general burger, french fries and onion rings however I am satisfied with the taste and flavor so that's part of the reason for the 4 stars---the other reason is that the customer service and staff has always been friendly and courteous and the wait time for the burger has been short and thus the additional justification for the 4 stars. Now, I know this is not the gluttonous times of the past but perhaps I choose to stay in that era---as such, I am not certain if the size/portion of the basic burger is smaller than its competitors ---I do know that when I finish my meal I am not stuffed and will be ready to eat again at the normal time of my next meal if not earlier. BurgerIM also has many many other burger type offerings, chicken, salmon and hot dog and even lamb offerings so you should find something you want---I believe but am not 100% sure but they also have a veggie burger offering. Also, I believe there are additional side item offerings other than fries and onion rings---if you have not tried this place then you should give it a try. read more

I saw this place on IG. I do appreciate a good burger. Of course I went to see what it was about. So you walk in and seat yourself. You walk up to the counter and you order. There are little burgers and regular burgers. There are wings, desserts, and salad options as well. I opted for the duo build your own. I ordered the angus patty cooked medium well with American cheese, onions, lettuce, extra Mayo. I had the other burger with a crispy chicken patty dressed the same. The angus patty was prepared well done. There was no seasoning on the patty. The bun was really soft. The chicken patty had a funny texture to it. The fries were really good!!!!! They look like chips but they have a French fry texture. I can eat those alllllll day. I will definitely go back if just for the fries ‍ read more

This place is delicious. I attempted to order online with a large order but was unsuccessful so I had to go in and place 3 large family boxes. As soon as the cashier knew I was placing a large order she gave the cook a heads up. With the family box we were able to mix and match our burgers. To our surprise the burgers were sliders but the flavor was so good and juicy that we disregarded the size. In the family box the burgers were accompanied by wings and two sides. The portions of the sides were perfect! I was anticipating the wait for the 3 large family boxes to be about 20mins. My complete order was ready within 10 mins. I was able to bring to a few hungry Soldiers and the burgers were the main topic fir the rest of the day. Sorry I didn't get a pic. read more

The burgers are okay, but nothing to go out of for way for. The biggest issues I had was no head gear for the kitchen staff and the manager parking right up front. Both of these shown me a lack of concern or attention to details. If that's what I can see, I'd hate to know what I can't see. Oh yeah, the onion rings are a notch above Burger King onion rings. read more

We had been wanting to try this place for a while since we pass it constantly. The location is great but the burgers are mediocre. My husbands "big burger" was meh, it was dry and didn't have much flavor. My two mini burger sliders were pretty good! I got them on a lettuce wrap instead of a bun which is always pretty messy but worth it if you're low carb type person ‍. My two little burgers were $7 which isn't horrible I guess but that's without fries and a drink. I can't help thinking I'd rather be at Fat Cow... my husband did really like their version of fries (they look like chips but taste like fries). Overall I'd say it was not bad but not good- probably won't be back unless I'm in a pinch for a burger in this area of town. read more

Why doesn't this place get more hype around town? My first time here, and I'd put it up against any other burgers. My burger was juicy, messy and full of flavor. I really can't complain about anything. Also I enjoyed the circle, thin cut fries. And the place itself is clean with televisions all over. Next time I go, I'll try a milkshake. Those look really yummy. read more

Food: 5 Service: 4.5 Atmosphere: 4.5 I have been here about 5 or 6 times. Ordered to-go during shutdown when dine-in wasn't available. I have never had an issue with my order(s), service is always great, and food is always exactly as ordered. Service: it's order at counter service and it's a simple process. The staff is always friendly and when I have questions they have been helpful in answering them. Order at counter process is quick and convenient. Food: I usually order two of the gourmet burgers listed on the menu, Dry-Aged Beef or the Angus Beef. These two burgers are amazing!!! I have had the regular fries and sweet potato fries and also the onion rings. All three sides are good. I do like the onion rings, has a decent amount of breading to give it a nice crunchiness. I have also had their milkshakes and they are tasty!!! They should be though, this place makes great burgers so a good milkshake to compliment it is always a nice thing. Atmosphere: This is in a nice new building and has a very clean feel to it. They have several TVs and sports on so it's nice to watch anything sportsy while in there. read more

Where do I begin, I've had Burger Im on multiple occasions from a few days after the grand opening and then again to go for a group work lunch. Overall the few times I've been I always ordered a specialty burger and fries along with chicken wings and a shake at times. My two stars comes from the pricing compared to the food. Gourmet prices for subpar food in which I feel I can get far better quality food from cheaper places around town. My coworkers felt the same way which inspired me to leave this review expressing our disappointment for a burger joint we had high hopes for. read more

Easy, quick and filling. The service was satisfactory and the food as well. The burgers (tried three types of sliders and a full size spicy delight) were exactly as expected from imagery. I will start this review by saying this company wants to get it right and cares about it's customers. My first visit was not what I expected. I was very disappointed and not sure if I would be back. I had the opportunity to express my feedback with management and they convinced me to try them again. It was awesome. I got a family pack and shared it with my coworkers to get their opinion and they all loved it also. My first visit was soon after they opened and I am thinking they were still working out the kinks. They surely have done that and I highly recommend them. Also, thank you to Will for listening and making it right. read more

Burger IM - Family Pack - Desserts Near Me - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Overall decent burger joint. What's unique about this is that the burgers are completely customizable. They have some go-to's (a la bbq bacon, Cali, etc) but you can also just build your own. They also have different sizes. I decided to build my own mini burger combo, 2 pack. One was lettuce wrap, turkey, and with the grilled chicken toppings option, that comes with avocado, chipotle sauce, Swiss cheese. The other one was a classic bun, beef, with jalapeños, and bacon. Oh and my side was the their fries which were fantastic. Both were great, came out quick, and staff was good. Soda machines were the big Coca-cola ones that have like 100 options but a lot of them were unavailable. I also prefer my meat on the medium rare side, but not sure if that was an option. Definitely check out this unique burger place. read more

Ok let me give you the run down on my experience! The service was great! I even got a free shake! However the shake was milky and terrible.. unless thats your thing.. I dont think they were prepared to open because the buns were not the buns on the pictures... Also they tasted old and lowkey stale... the burgers were small and REALLY not worth the high ass price. Super bummed at my last experience here. I ordered on Waitr for a carryout order. They never sent the notification that the food was ready so I waited the full amount of time that waitr said it would take. When I arrived, my food was sitting on the counter ready to go. I had to remind them that I ordered a drink, but that's no big deal. I took my food and ate on the drive home. I ordered 2 chicken sliders with avocado, lettuce tomato and mayo. They fully skipped out on my avocado and they barely put any of the other toppings on there. Chicken was slimy. The fries were undercooked which was a huge bummer because I loved them so much on my first visit and was really looking forward to it. I only ate 1 slider and later that evening my stomach hurt so bad I felt like I would be sick. Could be unrelated to the food, but i thought it was odd that it happened when my food was so bad. read more

I came here for the first time and got the Angus burger with the patty cooked to medium. The whole burger was just dry and the bun was very weird, the texture was like rubber. I don't know if they had put the bun on the grill for too long or if it was old but it was not soft and good. I don't think my stomach digested that right and it didn't feel right sitting in my stomach. Never going back. And it had no flavor ! read more
