6 Donuts

6ix Donutz specializes in mini donuts. Coming from Canada. They make the donuts fresh. Where you could add different glazes and toppings. I got a 25 box with 5 different flavors. My favorites were the strawberry fruity pebbles and vanilla with powder sugar. It's a small spot but fully decked out with 6ix Donutz branding. It's colorful and vibrant. Make sure to grab a milk with your donuts. Shout out to Ricardo for helping me out.

I don't normally like donuts but this is an exception. The mini donuts are so tiny and cute. They also smell and taste delicious! The texture is different from a regular donut which may be why I like it so much. The outer layer is crispy since it's freshly fried and it's fun to bite into.

Fast casual spot for some made-to-order donuts. Love the full ability to customize your order with drizzles and toppings. Wide variety of selections--the combinations seem endless.

You will need more than 6ix Donuts!!! They're delicious. They're mini donuts fried fresh while you wait. Choose from so many combos of glaze and toppings. The owner dresses them all with love fresh on the spot. Try the deconstructed Snickers bar, his personal favorite

Late-night moseying around the LES landed me here after coming across 6ix Donutz on the Too Good to Go app. The man behind the counter coated the six mini donuts with an apple-cinnamon glaze? I would have preferred the option to choose the glaze and toppings because there is a variety of flavors, but hey, I ordered off the app, so I didn't have a say. All good. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the donuts because they were light and airy. I want to note the donuts are made to order. The sauce was balanced and wasn't cloyingly sweet. I feared that the donuts would taste like oil because the establishment smelled like the oil used at carnivals or summer fairs if you know what I mean. But it did not. I would return and order a bigger batch because the mini is truly mini, and that size isn't enough

The donuts were tasty and the staff was friendly. However, the hefty price on such tiny donuts seems a bit absurd. The mini size doesn't really allow the donut to quite hit the spot. It's something good to try once and to take a pretty picture to post, but if I were craving a donut I would grab one at donut plant instead.

Donuts are made fresh and hot! Definitely eat them asap, we waited a bit too long and they got a little soggy but that's on us. Staff was super kind and helpful, and the shop is cute!

I'm so impressed with this place it's ridiculous. I'm not even a doughnut person but I was blown away. These are the best looking doughnuts I've ever seen. They come in a slick pizza box when you order them online . And if you think they look good just wait till you taste them! Must try

Hello 6ix Donutz!! I would like to order the 35 pack of donuts to be delivered to the lower side. What would my total cost be for that?…

Hello, you can go on Uber eats, and DoorDash to check the price with the total fees. If you pick it up at the store it will be around $28.

I needed a sweet pick-me-up after missing a train home. While the ice cream flavors looked interesting, I opted for a blue coconut iced matcha latte instead. Aside from the striking visuals, the drink tasted great. There was sweetness from the matcha and the coconut but not super overtly sugary. I also got a box of four donuts. They're a little pricey, but each donut is a pretty hefty ring of chewy glutinous rice flour batter. I had them the following morning, and the donuts still tasted fresh. There was a little bit of oiliness from the frying, but it did not taste off or too greasy. I think this is from the meticulous frying process and good management of the oil. I got the Cookies and Cream, Rose, Lavender, and Pistachios. I loved the Rose and Lavender flavors, especially the lavender which had a solid floral flavor without being perfume-y. I look forward to trying other donuts and sweets from Bear Donut in the future!

In fact, I work so close and the donuts are so good that I have now become a regular at The Donut Pub. I normally get two donuts, and have been exploring the types of donuts. So far I've had the chocolate dipper, double chocolate dipper, Brooklyn creme, vanilla creme, strawberry creme and Boston creme. They never disappoint. All of the staff members are efficient and sweet, even when the shop is busy. Even if there's a line or they are making a bunch of orders, their service is consistently extremely fast without sacrificing quality. Their matcha latte and regular coffee latte are also pretty good. The cups are adorable. The interior is the old diner from back in the 90s style, and surprisingly they have a decent amount of seating considering how small the establishment is. Run, don't walk! (You might feel like you should run off the calories if you try the food but I personally feel like the donuts are worth it)

Nice guy at the register helped me select the Black and white, Creme Brulee, and the Grand Central Special specific mini doughnut in a pretty shade of green with gold stars. The guy told me he honestly wasn't a fan of the black & white, but theirs was pretty darn good. Packed in their brown bag, and I was on my way. I didn't get a chance to eat these until later, but that Creme Brulee was a messy one. I would consider this a dessert (not since it technically is, but due to this being rich and heavy). The creme within seemed to be concentrated on one side, so this was the last side I ended up finishing. The mini was perfect and simple in vanilla. I finally ate the black & white the next morning, and this was probably my favorite; I ate each side equally until the end. Glad I tried Doughnut Plant, and that I didn't have to go to Brooklyn for them, but am definitely willing to on another visit!

Anyways, one order of the mini donuts, they are super customizable and if you need help picking and choosing flavors and toppings, the staff member can provide suggestions and pairings. The problem with massive strawberries is eating them. If I had a knife, I could cut them into smaller pieces as eating them on a skewer stick got really messy. Also the strawberry itself overpowered any of the chocolate taste, so it didn't balance well in terms of taste. For sure favored the milk chocolate over the dark chocolate.

Filled donuts are bursting at the seams with custard that tastes like egg yolks, cream, sugar, vanilla and little else. The orange cream cheese donut is generously frosted with, I'd guess, a mixture of cream cheese, marmalade, powdered sugar, and cream. Based on what we've tried, the donuts at Caroline's are old fashioned, unadulterated and excellent. I recently picked up four donuts for the fambly: the aforementioned orange cream cheese, creme brulee, Boston cream, and raspberry glaze donuts. This was in the afternoon around 4 p.m. and all of them were perfectly, wondrously fresh. The person at the counter (the male proprietor, I think) assured me in his charming French accent that they freshly fry donuts several times a day. Creme brulee was the fan favorite with the hard, crisp, sugar shell on top cracking delicately under a knife to reveal a loose, rich, custardy filling. But across the board, donuts were beautifully made (both aesthetic and delicious!), and well frosted / glazed / filled. The raspberry glaze by itself was a touch too sweet for our tastes, but applied with restraint so the overall effect was balanced. We are not in the donut market very often, but have had this place bookmarked ever since my esteemed Yelp colleague, Alan S., reviewed it last year. Now that we've tried these beauties, I think we're going to find many excuses to be back (e.g. for Hannukah sufganiyot, anything round for Lunar New Year, anything fried for Diwali, anything that can support a candle for birthdays, etc...).We really like this place and we suspect you will, too.

I'm talking about an establishment that makes high-quality gourmet treats. As you can imagine, I was thrilled to see this one opening in the neighborhood last year. I have been to Caroline's several times since it opened its doors to the public. I've tried a few of their items, including the glazed twist, Boston creme, coffee donut, and strawberry filled. The glaze twist is one of my favorites. It's wonderfully sweet while not cloying, and I especially enjoy topping it with the Bon Mama berry jam I have at home. The Boston creme is truly made with love. It's sufficiently stuffed with creme and topped with a thick layer of chocolate ganache - the expensive stuff! The coffee donut is also delicious. Of everything I've tried, the strawberry filled was my favorite. You can tell their strawberry compote is homemade and not too sweet. The dough is light and fluffy and generously coated with granulated sugar. What a treat!
