I went with the herbal pedicure and had a fantastic experience. It was the last full day we had in Florida and wanted to end it having a relaxing time. It was a truly relaxing environment and service was great. Each person gets a new pack of tools so it makes it feel even more clean and professional. I hope to come back to Florida and have another pedicure experience here. They share a parking lot with other business but they have designated reserved spots for Nini customers which I thought was fantastic. Excellent place to come get your nails done!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. From the moment I told the nail…read moretechnician that I wanted a regular manicure instead of Gel-X, his entire attitude changed. He seemed visibly irritated and displeased about having to do my nails, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, his attitude also seemed to reflect in the quality of his work. My nails were done very sloppily and felt rushed, as if he simply wanted to get me out of the chair because I wasn't getting the more expensive service. I still paid for my service in full, but I chose not to leave a tip because I did not feel the service or experience warranted one. I didn't say anything while I was there because I was honestly so uncomfortable and upset by his demeanor that I just wanted to leave. No customer should feel like they are an inconvenience simply because they choose a basic service instead of a more expensive one. Regardless of what service someone chooses, they should still be treated professionally and receive quality work. I left feeling uncomfortable, disappointed, and unhappy with my nails. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this salon. I also only gave it one star because I couldn't give it zer

Heather was very friendly and chatty, and I could tell that she had a lot of regular clients in her salon, as she greeted many people by name. Nancy did a great job on my toes, and I was pleased with the job Heather did on my nails. Prices were comparable to other salons in the area, and I will definitely return here.
