I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. From the moment I told the nail…read moretechnician that I wanted a regular manicure instead of Gel-X, his entire attitude changed. He seemed visibly irritated and displeased about having to do my nails, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, his attitude also seemed to reflect in the quality of his work. My nails were done very sloppily and felt rushed, as if he simply wanted to get me out of the chair because I wasn't getting the more expensive service. I still paid for my service in full, but I chose not to leave a tip because I did not feel the service or experience warranted one. I didn't say anything while I was there because I was honestly so uncomfortable and upset by his demeanor that I just wanted to leave. No customer should feel like they are an inconvenience simply because they choose a basic service instead of a more expensive one. Regardless of what service someone chooses, they should still be treated professionally and receive quality work. I left feeling uncomfortable, disappointed, and unhappy with my nails. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this salon. I also only gave it one star because I couldn't give it zer

By far the best place I've been to for nail design on a budget…read more I am not consistent with my nails, I'll sporadically get them done and when I do, I like to try different salons. I started going to CC in a few months ago and got a full set of acrylic nails. I maintained them for about 3 months and every time I went back, I asked for a different design. They killed it each time! All I did was show them a photo of what I wanted, and they recreated each look almost to the T. The best part of it was that they are reasonably priced. If you're looking for a last minute place to get nail art while on a budget - this is the place. I was able to receive a full pedicure and nail art in gel on all of my acrylic nails for under $100, that's a steal in my opinion! I've visited other places where the technicians simply do not possess the nail art skills necessary to recreate a design from a photo so I'm really happy I gave this place a try.

I'd been going to a nail salon in South Tampa since 2019, when I first moved to the area... and I…read morealways had the same person doing my nails. Needless to say, I was devastated to learn she was no longer there... and I was left underwhelmed when I got a manicure from someone else there. That meant I was on the hunt for a new nail salon that lets you make online appointments... and let me tell you, I am SO glad I found Trina and Ruby's! The first thing I noticed was how every person in there seemed to be a regular. Whenever someone walked in the door, they were greeted by name. Having previously gone to a GIANT salon, where only the nail tech I was loyal to knew my name, this was quite a different experience. I had booked a dip manicure and gel pedicure with Ruby, who was still finishing up with another client, so another person started the process of removing the old dip from my nails. Ruby then took over, and was so sweet and welcoming. She explained how, even though their colors were from all different brands, they always use OPI for the base and top coats because it lasts so much longer. I was glad to hear it, because I know that from personal experience! In the end, I was blown away by how beautiful my nails looked. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so streaks or bubbles would always really bother me. These look flawless, and SO incredibly shiny. Thank you, Ruby! :)
